Butter vs. Margarine, Which is More Healthy?

Someone recently asked if margarine can be used as a substitute for baking a cake?

We trust nature over chemists, advertisers, and propaganda.

An awesome reply we found online was:

“Yes, but please don’t…”

Harvard Medical School explains:

The truth is, there never was any good evidence that using margarine instead of butter cut the chances of having a heart attack or developing heart disease. Making the switch was a well-intentioned guess, given that margarine had less saturated fat than butter, but it overlooked the dangers of trans fats.

Taste Test: Butter wins!

Universally, our research  strongly recommends that when using butter, people should choose grass-fed varieties, if possible.

(We even make certain our supplements, like Green Pasture contain naturally sourced ingredients).
