DOJ is Silently Recognizing There Was No Sedition at US Capitol in January

Mainstream corporate media is far more guilty of overthrowing the government than any person who charged into the US Capitol building in January 2021.

Media and Deep State operatives fabricated much of the storyline to deliberately blame President Donald J. Trump and his patriotic supporters with the breach.

Developing reports indicate that none of the 402 people arrested for their involvement in the breech have been charged with sedition, according to the Post Millennial. The most serious charge that has been brought against any defendant is assault. Nothing even close to charges of conspiring to overthrow the government have been brought forward.

The real outrage is the media. From Russian Hoax to the deceitful impeachments, their coverage has been deceptive at best.

Outrage and the threats of charging “insurrectionists” with sedition—the act of attempting to overthrow the government—proving them based upon actual facts and evidence seems to be more unlikely each day.

“Many of the trials for individuals involved in the Capitol riot of January 6th have started and much to the chagrin of liberals everywhere, the charges these folks are facing aren’t quite as serious as we were all led to believe they would be,” wrote Michael Cantrell in America’s Sheriff. “In fact, the Justice Department has now said that the body of evidence in these cases is not as damaging as it was previously thought to be.”

The Post Millenial lays it out: “Others have been charged with conspiracy, and obstruction. While five people lost their lives during the riot, only one was killed with a weapon, and that was Ashli Babbit, who died after being shot by an unnamed Capitol Police Officer.”

This inconvenient fact counters media narrative and Democrats hypocritically. Prosecutors will have a difficult challenge to overcome this truth.

The secrecy surrounding the death investigations of officer Brian Sicknick and Babbit do nothing to sustain confidence in “transparency” or media tales. The other three victims suffered medical emergencies, but all official accounts are lackluster at best. Maybe it will go away and be written off in the media like Hillary Clinton’s 33,000 emails, Jeffery Epstein power over high profile politicians, or Hunter Biden’s “earnings.”

While prosecutors have been toiling to prove some kind of imagined mass conspiracy, “less than 25 people are facing that charge, and ten people are said to have ties to the Oath Keeper militia movement,” the report confirms.

Jacob Chansley

Media elites originally reported Arizona prosecutors who detained Jacob Chansley–the strange tall horned guy in the Capitol–had a lot of strong evidence to support the charge of sedition and/or mass conspiracy. This supposedly included “intent of Capitol rioters was to capture and assassinate elected officials.” However, Cantrell asserts that no proof of this was ever submitted.

Post Millenial reports, “Another man, Ethan Nordean, was accused of sending ‘encrypted communications’ to the Proud Boys, but this, too, was dropped when it turned out that his phone battery died and he was unable to use it. The judge in Nordean’s case said there was a ‘dearth of evidence’ and declined to jail him. Prosecutors are trying again, however.”

A report cited Michael Ferrara, an attorney with Kaplan Hecker & Fink, LLP, and former federal prosecutor, explaining that “if it becomes clear that prosecutors overreached, engaged in hyperbole, or simply misunderstood social media and text messages, it would be no ‘small error.’”

Ferrara also stated that the zeal of the prosecutors could “color the way the judge sees the case going forward,” which could have a huge impact on the outcome for many of the defendants.

Judge Amit Mehta

Ferrara isn’t the only one concerned. During a hearing in the case against the Oath Keepers, U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta said that remarks made by DOJ officials “threatened to taint the prosecution of individuals accused of taking part in the assault,” as the Washington Examiner reported.

Predictably to most Americans, we know media continues to steer opinion away from reality to the point it’s nearly impossible to ignore their hyperbole, the overzealousness, and the hypocrisy of politicians and prosecutors.

LawOfficer publication said it best: “No matter the outcome of these cases, they stand in even starker contrast to the far less aggressive—practically encouraged—violence and rioting that have taken place in the past year.”

Media Coverage For Trump and Pandemic Was 96% and 87% Negative Respectively

Second only to coverage of President Donald J. Trump, when the national U.S. media covered the COVID pandemic, 87% of the coverage was negative. Mainstream media coverage for Trump was 96%.

This study solidifies most Americans thoughts that media is biased and much of their reporting is false.

The study was initiated by Bruce Sacerdote, an economics professor at Dartmouth College. According to The New York Times, he began the study after noticing that the coverage always seemed negative. That was true even when the news was encouraging.

It turns out that the U.S. national media coverage was far more negative than other outlets.

Among international media outlets, just 51% of the coverage was negative. As for regional media coverage in the U.S., it was 53% negative. Even scientific journals provided negative coverage just 64% of the time.

Molly Cook, a co-author of the study, observed, “The most well-read U.S. media are outliers in terms of their negativity.”

Man Suffers Life Threatening Reaction to COVID Vaccine Jab

WARNING: The following article contain graphic images.

Richard Terrell received the new one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine earlier this month near his Goochland County, home in Ashland, Virginia. Soon after, a severe rash spread over his entire body and turned his skin a blistering red. The 74-year-old was admitted to the hospital and spent five days at the VCU Medical Center.

WRIC news is reporting Terrell was released from the hospital and is recovering at home.

Terrell notes that he remains very weak and that it will take some time for him to fully recover.

“It all just happened so fast. My skin peeled off,” Terrell said as he peered down. “It’s still coming off on my hands now.”

On March 6, Terrell received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine in Ashland, Virginia. Four days later he started experiencing symptoms.

“I began to feel a little discomfort in my armpit and then a few days later I began to get an itchy rash, and then after that I began to swell and my skin turned red,” Terrell explained.

Photos provided by Dr. FNU Nutan with VCU Health.

Terrell said as days passed, things got worse. He had a consultation with a dermatologist and was told to go to the emergency room; on March 19 Terrell was admitted. The rash quickly spread over Terrell’s body. His legs and hands were almost unrecognizable from swelling and his skin was red and patchy.

“It was stinging, burning and itching,” Terrell said as he described the pain. “Whenever I bent my arms or legs, like the inside of my knee, it was very painful where the skin was swollen and was rubbing against itself.”

Fnu Nutan, a dermatology hospitalist at Virginia Commonwealth University Health, is one of Terrell’s doctors. After conducting a biopsy over the weekend, it was determined that it was a drug reaction. Dr. Nutan said it could have been life-threatening if untreated.

“Skin is the largest organ in the body, and when it gets inflamed like his was, you can lose a lot of fluids and electrolytes,” Nutan said.

Reserve Your Username For President Trump’s Upcoming Social Media Site

President Donald J. Trump’s planned social media platform will debut summer 2021.

“We’re going to have a platform where the president’s message of America First is going to be able to be put out to everybody,” Corey Lewandowski, Trump’s former campaign manager and senior adviser said on the conservative Newsmax TV network’s “Saturday Agenda.”

“There’ll be an opportunity for other people to weigh in and communicate in a free format without fear of reprisal or being canceled,” he said.

Jack Dennis of Cleverjourneys has reserved his username.

President Trump said on March 22 that after being banned from Twitter and other major social media platforms, he’s working on his own and would have more details soon.

“I’m doing things having to do with putting our own platform out there that you’ll be hearing about soon,” Trump said in an interview for Fox News contributor Lisa Boothe’s podcast “The Truth.”

Trump adviser Jason Miller said last week that Trump would return to social media in a few months. I have reserved my username “JackDennis” on the site DJTUP. To check if your desired username is available and signup for one, go to

I have not been able to verify if this site is the official social media account of President Trump, his family or associated businesses. But just in case, I wanted a username.

Nurse Charged With Felony After COVID Patient’s Death

A nurse in Indiana who is accused of removing the oxygen mask from a 72-year-old nursing home patient who died 8 hours later has been charged with practicing medicine without a license, a felony, according to the IndyStar.

Connie Sneed, a licensed practical nurse, was charged after another nurse at Wedgewood Healthcare Center in Clarksville, Ind., contacted the facility’s director about a Facebook post written by Ms. Sneed.

“I just want y’all to know the hardest thing I’ve ever done in 28 years start a patient on O2 for 4 days 12 LPM. with a non-rebreather mask,” she wrote, describing the treatment of the nursing home resident, according to USA Today. “I asked him on day 4 if he’s tired he said yes I said do you want me to take all this off for you and let you go and fly with the angels and he said yes.”

The post continued: “I took it all off of him I went in the hallway and I cried and I let him go and he passed away … after I left.”

Ms. Sneed’s actions led to an investigation by the Indiana Department of Health and the state attorney general.

“We presented our findings to the Clark County Prosecutor and charges were filed as a result,” a spokesperson for the Indiana attorney general told the IndyStar

Ms. Sneed was fired from Wedgewood May 6, about a week after the alleged incident. The facility’s executive director determined she didn’t obtain a physician’s order to administer oxygen nor to later remove the patient’s oxygen supply, according to the IndyStar.

If convicted, Ms. Sneed faces a maximum of six years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.

Texas Doctor Warns Vaccines More Dangerous Than COVID Itself

Dr. Steve Hotze, a physician in Houston, Texas aired his concerns over the mRNA technology used to make the Pfizer and Moderna Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines.

“This so-called COVID-19 ‘vaccine’ does not provide the individuals who receive the vaccine with immunity to COVID-19, nor does it prevent the transmission of this disease,” Dr. Hotze said in February.

“It does not meet the CDC’s own definition of a vaccine. That is why it is a deceptive trade practice, under 15 U.S. Code, Section 41 of the Federal Trade Commission, for pharmaceutical companies who are producing this experimental gene therapy, to claim that this is a vaccine.”

“These pharmaceutical companies are lying to the public,” Hotze continued. “The government health bureaucrats are also lying to the public, by calling this treatment a vaccine. This COVID-19 experimental gene therapy is only designed to minimize your symptoms if you were to be infected with the COVID-19 virus.”

“Let me reemphasize that this COVID-19 experimental gene therapy does not meet the CDC’s own definition of a vaccine. It does not provide immunity or prevent transmission of the disease. By referring to this therapy as a ‘vaccine,’ the pharmaceutical companies are attempting to shield themselves, because vaccine injuries or deaths are exempted by law from any product liability lawsuits.”

On March 15, Dr. Hotze emphasized again on a posted Rumble that the first two jabs made available to the Americans don’t really provide immunity against COVID-19.

Hotze’s unveiling help us understand why the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) warned the public that it’s still possible for vaccinated people to get and spread SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

Pfizer and Moderna got their emergency use authorization (EUA) from the FDA in December to become the first two COVID-19 vaccines rolled out in the United States. An EUA does not equate to an FDA approval.

EUAs for the Pfizer, Moderna, and now Janssen jabs explicitly allow the FDA to authorize the use of “unapproved medical products.”

Dr. Hotze indicated that the mRNA vaccines of Pfizer and Moderna were actually gene therapy drugs designed to minimize symptoms if a person becomes infected with the disease.

By law, pharmaceutical companies are not liable for vaccine-related injuries or deaths

These unapproved “vaccines” — which were authorized for use without any long-term data nor published animal studies — do not meet the CDC’s own definition of a vaccine.

Prior to 2020, mRNA gene therapy was never tested in humans, “because of its failure in previous animal studies.”

These “vaccines,” which are “manufactured using cells derived from human babies that were aborted in the 1970s, should more accurately be called an experimental gene therapy,” he said. “They are an untested, unproven experimental gene therapy that poses a much greater danger to your health than COVID-19 itself.

“Moderna is a pharmaceutical and biotech company located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, founded in 2010 as ModeRNA Therapeutics. It has been developing experimental gene therapy using synthetic mRNA for the treatment of various diseases including COVID-19.

Moderna has never successfully developed a product for treatment of any disease prior to this. An experimental gene therapy using synthetic mRNA to treat an infectious disease has never been attempted in humans, because of its failure in previous animal studies.

We Must Honor Veterans For Their Service to Protect Our Freedoms

A very dear friend, 95-year old World War II Veteran, Ralph Watkins passed away on Oct. 28, 2020. For several years we were Whataburger breakfast buddies and I enjoyed his tales of service in the Pacific during the war.

Ralph & me celebrating his 93rd birthday.

Virtually every morning diners would stop by to shake his hand and thank him for his service. He was humbled but honored they would see his veterans cap and acknowledge him.

Dodie and I would also visit him at his home and towards the end through a window outside his hospice bedroom. Among the last things he smiled and said was “tell them I didn’t die of that damn COVID!”

With this article, I’m making good on his request.

Read Whataburger With Ralph” by clicking here.

Earler today I ran across this picture:

It reminded me of Ralph, my own grandfather, other friends and brave family members and all of our veterans. We owe so much to their service and sacrifice to protect and save our precious freedoms.

A few years ago I was changing planes at Dallas Love Field when I saw a crowd of people, some visibly crying and emotional, walking away from windows overlooking some sort of ceremony at the Southwest Airlines gates down below.

I was in a hurry, but asked a bystander what was going on.

“A Vietnam veteran is coming home,” the kind lady said, gently waving a small American flag towards me.

I gave a quick salute and hurried on to my connecting flight.

Last week, going through some old files, I found a note to remind myself of the “Vietnam veteran coming home.” Here are the results:

The Veteran was Col. Roy Abner Knight Jr. who as a pilot in 1967 was shot down and his body had only been recently found and identified.

A notable part of this story was Col. Knight said goodbye to his family at Love Field 52 years prior. His son, Bryan, was  only 5 years old when he left to serve our country in Vietnam.

Bryan Knight grew up to  be a Captain for Southwest Airlines.  It was he who flew the plane that brought his father’s remains home back to the same airport where they said what would be their final farewells.

Capt. Knight touched down on the tarmac while a crowd of onlookers, who had been informed about the powerful moment over airport intercom, watched in awe from the terminal.

Right before my plane arrived, hundreds of people were watching in silence as the flag-draped casket of the fallen airman was taken off the jet.

Col. Knight served as a clerk typist in the Philippines, Japan and Korea before attending Officer Candidate School in 1953. He married his wife, Patricia, after being commissioned a 2nd Lt., and the pair had three children together, Roy III, Gayann and Bryan.

Col. Knight then served as a fighter pilot in Germany and France before returning to Texas with his family in 1963 to become an instructor pilot. He was called to serve in the 602nd Tactical Fighter Squadron during the Vietnam War in 1966 and reported to Southeast Asia in January 1967. There, he flew combat missions almost daily until being shot down in Laos on May 19 of the same year.

Col. Knight’s body was not recovered because of the hostile location where his plane crashed, and he was declared dead by the Air Force in 1974.

He was posthumously awarded the Air Force Cross, Silver Star, Distinguished Flying Cross, Purple Heart and six Air Medals for his actions, his obituary states.

Col. Knight’s family remained without closure until February 2019, when his remains were recovered by personnel assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency and identified with the help of dental records.

The veteran’s casket was flown home by his youngest son to be buried with full military honors in Weatherford, Texas.

One article reported Southwest Airlines said they were “honored to support [the veteran’s] long-hoped homecoming and join in tribute to Col. Knight as well as every other military hero who has paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the armed forces.”

“Earlier this year, Captain Knight learned that his father’s remains were positively identified which began the mission of returning Col. Knight to his home in North Texas,” the company explained. “Today, his son flew his father home to Love Field where he was received with full military honors to express a nation’s thanks for his Dad’s service to our country.”

Foods You May Not Know That Are Loaded in Sodium

Too much sodium can have negative effects on our health. We consume sodium each day, and that’s good because our bodies need the mineral sodium to help maintain water-electrolyte balance and blood volume. But a diet high in sodium is strongly correlated with an increased risk for high blood pressure, which contributes to heart disease and stroke.

You may be surprised to learn that most of the sodium in our diets doesn’t even come from the salt shaker: It’s hiding in foods we eat every day.

High levels of sodium can cause the body to retain too much fluid. This can be harmful to people with high blood pressure or heart, liver or kidney diseases. People with these conditions should be especially careful about sodium intake.

The current percent daily value (%DV) for sodium is 2400mg, however, the American Heart Association recommends that people with high blood pressure eat less than 1500mg per day, or less than 3/4 of a table spoon of salt.

Some of the top salt shockers include:

Beef Noodle Soup (2,354 mg or 98% DV per ounce)

Ham and egg biscuit (1,989 mg or 83% DV per biscuit)

Whole wheat pancake mix (1,987mg 83% DV per cup)

Canned sweet peppers (1,917 mg or 80% DV per cup)

Soy Sauce (1,228 mg or 51% DV in one tablespoon)

Mini pretzels (1,029 mg in 10 mini rounds)

Frozen pepperoni pizza (902 mg in one slice)

Dill pickles (881 mg in one medium pickle)

Salted pumpkin seeds (711mg or 30% DV per ounce)

Cooked bacon (614mg or 25% DV in one ounce, 175 mg in one slice)

Canned peas (428 mg in 1/2 cup)

Bacon (303 mg per slice)

Remember salt can be hidden in ketchup, frozen dinners, and instant hot cereals. Other examples include salad dressings, mustard, meat tenderizer, cheeses, instant foods, pickles, canned vegetables and soups, salsa and barbecue sauce. Even common medications such as antacids, laxatives and cough remedies contain sodium compounds.

Package label terms to be aware of and check include:

Sodium free or salt free/Less than 5 milligrams of sodium per serving

Low sodium/140 milligrams or less of sodium per serving

Reduced or less sodium/At least 25% less sodium than the food’s standard serving

Light sodium/50% less sodium than the food’s standard serving

Unsalted or no salt added/No salt added during processing, but could contain natural sodium

Steps to Reduce Your Sodium

  • Get rid of or limit your use of the salt shaker. Try a shaker with smaller holes.
  • Substitute salt seasoning with other flavorings, such as onion, garlic, lemon, vinegar, black pepper, or parsley.
  • Choose fresh, frozen or canned vegetables without added salt.
  • Cook fresh or frozen fish, poultry and meat more often than canned or processed forms.
  • Compare the amounts of sodium in various brands of frozen dinners, packaged mixes, cereals, cheese, breads, salad dressings, soups and sauces. Sodium content varies widely among different brands.
  • Rinse canned beans and vegetables to remove added salt before cooking.
  • Choose foods labeled “low sodium,” “reduced sodium” or “sodium free.”
  • Know how much sodium is in your favorite condiments, especially soy sauce, steak sauce, ketchup and salsa. Limit your intake accordingly.
  • Avoid foods with MSG (monosodium glutamate), particularly when dining out. You can ask to have your meal prepared without MSG.
  • Try to limit your daily sodium intake to less than 2,300 milligrams.

Texas GOP Chairman Allen West Alerts Texans to More Biden Dangers

Texas GOP Chairman Lt. Colonel Allen West sent out two letters to fellow Texans this week informing significant concerns about the current White House Administration. Per West’s words:

The Equality Act has nothing to do with “equality.”

It is about manipulating our entire culture, denying biological truth, and making special carveouts and privileges for sexual “orientation” and “gender.

More specifically, this radical bill will force doctors to provide abortions on-demand, force religious organizations to violate their time-honored biblical beliefs and traditions, and severely restrict our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and freedom of association.

Even though it has not yet been signed into law, the Republican Party of Texas is leading the nation against the dangerous policies of the Equality Act through our critical legislative priorities in the Texas legislature.

Will Joe Biden and the Democrats in Congress be the death of the Tenth Amendment?

In case you have not noticed, Joe Biden and his far-left allies in Congress are pulling off one of the most egregious federal power grabs in our nation’s history.

Bigger than FDR’s New Deal, bigger than LBJ’s Great Society, and bigger than Obama’s domestic and international surveillance programs.

Just look at the radical policies they have passed or proposed in the few short months that they have been in power:

–       HR1: “The For the People Act” will give the federal government power to determine the processes and procedures of our elections;

–       HR5: “The Equality Act” will give the federal government power to broad scale punish religious institutions, non-profit organizations, and businesses;

–       HR844: “The Pro Act” will give the federal government the power to determine how small businesses across the country can hire workers;

–       And, they are still trying to pass a federal $15 minimum wage mandate that will destroy the economies of small, rural states.

Joe Biden

Friend, forget about how lethal these policies are to our First and Second Amendment rights, our Constitutional conservative beliefs, or our values as proud Texans . . .

Each of these radical pieces of legislation have a common theme: to eliminate State and individual sovereignty and expand the federal government — a direct violation of the Enumerated Powers Clause of the Tenth Amendment.

University to Pay $1.1 Billion in Sex Scandal Suit

The University of Southern California in Los Angeles agreed to pay $1.1 billion to hundreds of patients who filed class-action lawsuits accusing a former student health gynecologist of repeated sexual abuse.

The billion-dollar payout, the combination of three sets of settlements, sets a record for collegiate sex abuse payouts, according to The New York Times.

The Los Angeles Superior Court approved the largest settlement March 25, requiring USC to pay $852 million to 710 women who filed a class-action suit against the university and George Tyndall, MD. The settlement amount also includes a $215 million settlement reached in 2019.

USC said the settlement reached March 25 “marks the end of a painful and ugly chapter in the history of our university.”

“I am deeply sorry for the pain experienced by these valued members of the USC community,” USC President Carol Folt, PhD, said. “We appreciate the courage of all who came forward and hope this much needed resolution provides some relief to the women abused by George Tyndall.”

Dr. Tyndall served as USC’s only full-time gynecologist at its student health clinic from 1989 to 2016. Prosecutors say he abused his position of power and trust by subjecting his female patients to both physical and verbal abuse.

USC suspended Dr. Tyndall from his role in 2016. In 2017, he was forced out of USC. The university allegedly received reports of sexual harassment by Dr. Tyndall dating to the 1990s but didn’t report them to the Medical Board of California until 2018, when approached by the Los Angeles Times regarding an investigative report about the scandal.

In 2018, an investigation was launched into the conduct of Dr. Tyndall and the university’s handling of the sexual assault allegations.

After the investigation, Dr. Tyndall was arrested and charged with 29 counts of sexual assault, and in 2020, an investigation by the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights found USC mishandled reports of the allegations.

Dr. Tyndall, who now faces 35 counts of criminal sexual misconduct, pleaded not guilty to the charges and awaits trial, according to the Times.

The scandal forced then-USC President C.L. Max Nikias, PhD, to resign in 2018.
