Wonderful, restorative everything! I love the simmer pot; gotta do it. Cranberries and beets are particularly good for strengthening your heart and regulating blood pressure, glad to see them here, as the cold adds a lot of stress to your heart. Let me add a Yankee soup: fish chowder, leave the skin on the fish (salmon is great) for the Vitamin D and the milk for the calcium and magnesium. Muscles relax with this one.
