We received this information below from a reader on how Americans are supporting the Brunson Brothers lawsuit going before the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) in January 2023.

Amazingly, defendants include Joseph Biden, Kamala Harris, Michael Pence, and 382 other sitting house members and senators “for breaking their oath of office by voting AGAINST the proposition (that came from members of congress) to investigate the claims that there were enemies of the constitution who successfully rigged the election.”

This is in reference to the 2020 election. When the case came before congress to investigate the allegation of fraud put forward by 100 members of congress, the other 380+ members voted no. The senate did nothing to stop the certification without the 10 day investigation period either.

The oath of office they broke? “”I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…”

Before you take any action as shown below, here is a quick outline about why this case is so critical:

🔹Two brothers, Loy Brunson and Raland Brunson, both filed a court case in Utah. Loy’s case is still pending in Utah, but Raland’s case has now made it to the Supreme Court docket.

🔹Getting a case docketed with SCOTUS (while it is still undecided in the 10th circuit court of appeals) is unusual and for me, somewhat suspicious.

🔹Their case hinges on constitutional amendment violations of the right to due process.

🔹When an election has concerns of fraud, the US Constitution allows for a 10-day investigation to look at the potential fraud questions and determine if fraud did or did not occur.

🔹This case is NOT one of election fraud, but about congress and the senate NOT doing their oath of office and violating Amendment I to the Constitution, Article VI of the Constitution, the 14th Amendment of the Constitution, section 3, the 5th and the 9th Amendment of the Constitution, as well as a couple of Utah State Constitution articles.

🔹Most pertain to due process, the right to investigation, and not performing the 10-day investigation when questions of election fraud were presented to congress.

🔹The lawsuit originated in Utah, then transferred to federal court when there were originally three defendants listed, Biden and Harris as well as Nancy Pelosi. and then 381 other defendants AND over 100 Jane/John Does to the defendant list. All are Federal Government members that are named so far.

Patriots Actions and Instructions

1)    Mail a letter to SCOTUS. All you need to do is write “I support Brunson v. Alma Adams et al”. If you want to add more, the template has been provided. Please make sure you add a personal postscript. Handwritten is best since personalization is extremely meaningful and adds gravitas to your letter. Have your kids and grandkids send a letter as well. Ask them to draw a picture or decorate with stickers!

2)    Copy your letter.

3)    Send the original to the Supreme Court and PLEASE mail the copy to the Brunson brothers. This is critical so they can validate the amount of letters the Supreme Court is receiving. Address is:

4)    If you can, include $1 with your letter to the Brunsons. We know they have spent a major portion of their net worth financing this project. Again, your letter to the Brunsons will corroborate the amount of letters sent to SCOTUS.

5)    Send these instructions to your friends and family. Have letter writing parties or host a zoom call to write letters together. Be creative, action oriented, and effective! Reach out overseas: America may be the last light out unless we all come together.

6) Time is of the essence. Please mail NOW. Notably, this case is slated to be in conference on January 6th.
