The United States Supreme Court sided with former football Coach Joe Kennedy who argued that the Bremerton School District in Washington state violated his religious freedom by telling him he couldn’t pray on the field after games.
The First Amendment case concerned prayer on the 50’yard line. The Court says the school district violated the coaches free speech and free exercise of rights when it barred him from on the field after games.
In October 2021, U.S. Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on The Constitution, and James Lankford (R-Okla.) filed an amicus brief signed by 11 other Senators and 14 Representatives in support of Kennedy in Kennedy v. Bremerton School District.
The brief asked the Supreme Court to reverse the Ninth Circuit’s decision that allowed Coach Kennedy to be fired for silently kneeling and praying after school football games.
U.S. Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R-Mo.) is co-leading the brief for the House.
The attorney generals of Alaska, Arizona and Texas led a 23-state coalition defending religious liberty for the coach who was unjustly fired for praying after games.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Coach Joseph Kennedy’s religious discrimination claim against the school district, saying that because Coach Kennedy prayed in view of students, his prayers are considered government speech that the district can censor.
The coalition urged the Supreme Court to review and reverse that decision because of the serious First Amendment concerns it raises.
“The Ninth Circuit’s conclusion threatens to make everything a public employee does while on the clock into government speech,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said. “In turn, that would require public employers to control their employees’ every word in order to avoid liability.”
“Americans do not abandon their religious liberties at the door of their workplace,” Arizona AG Mark Brnovich said in a statement. “Especially at this moment in our country’s history, it is imperative that heavy-handed government be restrained from trampling on our rights to personal expression as recognized and protected by the First Amendment.”
The Ninth Circuit’s decision curtails the First Amendment liberties of public employees, which will deter individuals from seeking public employment to avoid being forced to give up their constitutionally protected liberties.

Practically not a week goes by where we do not hear someone in our circle of friends and family report that someone they know “suddenly” died after being vaccinated with the experimental jabs.
Since January 2022, we personally know 17 people who died (ages 28 to 64) with the same thing in common: each had received at least two COVID vaccine shots and some had booster jabs.

Now this is antidotal, but we are discovering many others are having similar experiences. This month we have made several trips into San Antonio to visit ailing relatives and friends in hospitals for various issues including strokes, some types of “carditis,” and clotting problems.
WORKER SHORTAGE
🔹Today the U.S. is experiencing a raging 11.4 million worker shortage.
🔹There are 5.5 million more job openings than there are workers available to fill them, according to the Labor Department.
🔹The U.S. Chamber of Commerce admitted this month that in May 2022, we have 2.8 million fewer Americans working today compared to February of 2020 when lockdowns began.
🔹If every unemployed person in the country found a job, we would still have 5.4 million open jobs.
🔹A significant cause is from the COVID-19 shots. Massive deaths and injuries from the COVID vaccines are an extraordinary factor.
I first started keeping track of this after taking notes from a January 2022 Washington DC conference hosted by Senator Ron Johnson. Attorney Thomas Renz testified that three military medical professionals (whistle blowers who put their careers on the line) exposed data contained in the Department of Defense Medical Database.
Under oath and under penalty of perjury, they reported an explosion of miscarriages which increased by almost 300% in 2021, an almost 300% increase in cancer, and over a 1000% increase in neurological injuries. Their concern was the direct impacts over the pilots flying in the military.
Since the first of 2022, there has been another explosion: It’s the growing body of scientific and clinical evidence that shows myriad side effects—some of which are extremely severe—from COVID-19 vaccines.
We learned last week that Sicily’s Court of Administrative Justice ruled that Italy’s mandatory Covid vaccination obligation is unconstitutional. The experimental mRNA treatments show “serious or fatal adverse effects,” rendering the mandate unconstitutional.
Looking at most recent data (today is June 27, 2022), even the government’s intentionally skewed numbers are startling:
BABIES
🔹From the 5/20/2022 release of VAERS data, there have been 4,202 cases recorded of fetal deaths following COVID-19 vaccines for the past 18 months.
🔹VAERS for the previous 30 years (360 months) reported only 2,239 fetal deaths following all FDA-approved vaccines.
🔹This is a 3,653% increase in dead babies following COVID-19 vaccines compared to deaths of pre-born children following vaccines for the previous 30+ years.
🔹For the 17 months since the COVID-19 vaccines were authorized, people under age 40 have filed 6,711 cases reporting some type of “carditis,” resulting in 36 deaths, 261 permanent disabilities, and 656 life threatening events.
🔹In the previous 30 years prior to COVID-19 vaccines there were 713 cases of carditis total reported for those under 40.
🔹That’s a 19,832% increase of cases of carditis reported for this age group following COVID-19 vaccines.
🔹The latest U.S. Government Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) reports 1,255,355 cases of adverse reactions filed following COVID-19 vaccines since December of 2020.
🔹This accounts for 27,758 deaths and 51,600 permanent disabilities.
🔹In the previous 30 years before COVID vaccines, there were 936,214 cases reported with 12,964 deaths and 23,838 permanent disabilities following all FDA-approved vaccines during a 360-month period.
🔹This is a 4,434.22% increase in deaths following COVID-19 vaccines, compared to deaths following ALL FDA-approved vaccines for the previous 30 years.
ENCEPHALOPATHY
My wife, retired nurse Dodie Dennis, tells me the term “Encephalopathy” is “any diffuse disease of the brain that alters brain function or structure.”
🔹Since the beginning of COVID-19 vaccine distribution in December, 2020, there has been over 64 cases per month reported.
🔹The previous 30 years (360 months) before the COVID-19 vaccines started, there were 1,068 cases of “encephalopathy” reported after all FDA-approved vaccines, an average of less than 3 per month.
INSURANCE DATA
🔹So far, annual reports for American insurance companies, including Prudential and Northwestern Mutual, reveal significant increases in paying out death benefits much larger in 2021 than in 2020.
🔹Lincoln National insurance reported a 163% increase in death benefits paid out under its group life insurance policies in 2021. Their stock price fell from about $70 a share on January 3 to $48.98 on Friday.
🔹One America insurance reports deaths among working people ages 18-64 were up 40% in the third quarter of 2021.

🔹In 2021, Dr. Jessica Rose performed a comprehensive analysis to determine the “under-reported factor” in VAERS. She revealed that it is “41X,” meaning that the recorded data for adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines in VAERS had to be multiplied by 41 to get more accurate numbers.
🔹Albert Benavides, who analyzes the VAERS data each week is reporting many records of COVID-19 vaccines are being deleted for at 10 weeks. So far, he discovered over 20,000 records purged from VAERS.

Many of those counties were separated by only a few thousand votes.
ZUCKERBERG BUCKS TO CHEAT
Zuckerberg funneled his money through the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), a liberal nonprofit based in Illinois, which received the lion’s share of the money, at least $350 million. CTCL is a radical leftist organization filled with Obama Foundation fellows and Obama appointees. Almost all of the money went to Democrat-run and controlled areas. Very little, for cosmetic purposes only, went to Republican areas. They threw us a bone.

🔹In January 2021, Cornyn sent me a letter explaining his stance on not supporting Trump in the election fraud and the January 6th Capitol protest. Based on my inquiry, he responded:
“This stunning display of disrespect for the law is un-American, and those that attacked the Capitol should face the full extent of the law…This assault did not succeed in deterring or intimidating Congress, and we ultimately reconvened and certified the vote of the Electoral College…”
“…President Trump’s legal team filed numerous lawsuits across multiple states challenging the election outcome…However, none of the legal arguments or evidence presented by the President’s legal team convinced the more than 50 state and federal courts that sat in judgment. Every single lawsuit was ultimately rejected, some on the merits, some on procedural grounds, but both equally dispositive…”
“ …I followed the election recounts and court cases brought by the President’s legal team very closely, and determined the evidence and arguments presented did not warrant overturning the election results.”
🔹In December 2020, knowing he was not going to support Trump’s fight against the election fraud and electoral college challenge, Cornyn joined Susan Collins (R-ME), to announce the U.S. Senate must start with an amnesty for illegal aliens enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program in an effort to reach “comprehensive immigration reform.”
The result of this DACA amnesty was the triggering of Biden’s southern border surge that more than quadrupled the number of illegal aliens pouring through the border. Since DACA’s inception, thousands of recipients from the program were kicked off because they were found to be criminals or gang members.
🔹In October 2021, Trump blasted Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky), Cornyn and other Republicans for “folding” to Democrats during a congressional standoff of a deadline to avoid a default regarding the US debt ceiling.
“Looks like Mitch McConnell is folding to the Democrats, again,” Trump said in a statement. “He’s got all of the cards with the debt ceiling, it’s time to play the hand. Don’t let them destroy our Country!”
McConnell and Cornyn voted to support extending the debt limit to December, allowing Democrats to use a budgetary tactic to raise the debt limit without any Republican votes.
🔹It was little surprise most recently when McConnell, a bitter foe of President Trump, hand picked Cornyn to lead the Republicans in the gun control discussions.

🔹I took careful note when Congresswomen Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Georgia) and Lauren Boebert (R-Colorado) were among the first to call out Cornyn and nine other GOP senators who agreed on a gun reform agreement with liberal Democrat representatives Sunday.
Cornyn was joined with Senator Thom Tillis (R-North Carolina) along with Senators Kyrsten Sinema (D-Arizona) and Chris Murphy (R- Connecticut) to lead negotiations.
“The Senate Republicans are everything wrong in the GOP,” Greene tweeted. “Too many of them have helped Joe Biden pass his America Last agenda even more than the Progressive Democrats in the House. The Republican Party needs a drastic identity change for America to survive. Or the GOP won’t.”

The Hammer is Used to Steal Presidential Elections
In 2012, United States Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts was directly opposed to Obamacare and stated so in his own legal argument. In a bizzare move, Roberts completely changed his mind during the 11th hour. The cause of his sudden reversal can be attributed to “The Hammer”.
🔹Inventor and software designer Dennis Montgomery, a CIA/DOD/DHS/NSA/FBI contractor-turned-whistleblower, alerted FBI Director James Comey’s office a few years later (in 2015) that President Obama’s CIA Director John Brennan and Obama’s Director of National Intelligence James Clapper had turned the super-surveillance system that Montgomery designed for foreign surveillance, known as The Hammer, into a domestic surveillance system.
🔹Montgomery became alarmed when Obama and his intelligence chiefs Brennan and Clapper turned the super-surveillance system against the American people.
🔹Montgomery, under a second limited immunity agreement, also in 2015, provided the FBI and the DOJ with sworn testimony about The Hammer and the contents of 47 hard drives. Particularly concerning was the fact that the Obama team used a Hammer application called “Scorecard” to steal the 2012 presidential election in Florida.
🔹By 2020, the Hammer’s Scorecard was used to steal the presidential election for Obama’s controlled and compromised Joe Biden.
🔹A week prior to the 2020 election day, The American Report warned about the stealing of the election:
🔹The Hammer was developed only to be used for foreign surveillance, not to be weaponized for domestic surveillance against the American people, according to Montgomery and to U.S. military sources.
🔹Montgomery realized that Obama, Brennan, and Clapper used The Hammer in a diabolically intrusive manner in order to spy on the American people and collect massive amounts of surveillance data for “leverage” and “blackmail.”
🔹By October 2020, it was revealed by citizen journalists and confidential sources that Scorecard would be stealing votes in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona. Now we know this was true.
🔹Scorecard stole the elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points of state election computer systems and outside third party election data vaults as votes were being transferred. The Obama team had an encrypted VPN in order to access The Hammer at will.
🔹Also in August 2015, Montgomery revealed the federal government continuously targeted Joe Biden and Hunter Biden with electronic surveillance via The Hammer. Among the evidence stored on the 47 hard drives, was information implicating Hunter Biden in illegal activities. Montgomery told the FBI there were 10,000 pages of documents regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, including compromising videos and images.

By Tuesday night Freedom March Canadian Truckers raised right at $10 million for food, fuel and provisions . According to several news sources, they have accumulated more funds from donations than the major federal political parties of Canada raised during the last quarter of 2021.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s reigning Liberal Party of Canada received in $3.7 million during the last quarter of 2021, according to public records with Elections Canada.
On Monday, Trudeau gave a video speech from his secret exile location to indicate:

Media Heavy on Propaganda
Media, especially the Canadian Broadcasting Company, are issuing propaganda reports that the trucker’s convoy and protest are part of a Russian misinformation campaign. Americans know all too well about media and their “Russia-Russia-Russia” tactics.

According to Reuters, a publicly-traded Kowa, a Japanese pharmaceutical company, reported have they have been working with Tokyo’s Kitasato University to test the Ivermectin anti-parasite drug against common Covid variants, and were seeing positive results in their clinical study.

UK Cancels Mandate
The United Kingdom announced Monday that, as scores of other countries have, is canceling its vaccine mandate for healthcare workers. UK’s mandates on nurses and medical staff has caused serious work shortages.
Britain’s Health Secretary Sajid Javid said they were canceling the mandate for safety and Omicron reasons. Javid announced he is troubled that the vaccine mandate will “endanger patients” because of the loss of key healthcare personnel from an already understaffed health service.

Prior to Javid’s announcement, healthcare workers had until February 3 to get their first vaccination or be terminated.
“While vaccination remains our very best line of defence, I believe it is no longer proportionate to require vaccination as a condition of employment by statute,” Javid said in an address to Parliament. “I will launch a consultation on ending vaccination as condition of employment in health and all social care settings. Subject to the response and the will of this house, the government will revoke these regulations.”

When the New York Supreme Court striked down the state’s COVID-19 mask mandate last week the writing was on the wall. As of today, there are only 11 states left across the United States with widespread masking requirements.
🔹Eight states—California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington—require most people to wear masks in indoor settings regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status.
🔹Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico also have similar orders in place.
🔹Connecticut has an indoor mask mandate that applies only to those who have not been vaccinated.
🔹Rhode Island requires masking for everyone at indoor venues with a capacity of 250 people or more. Masking is also required in smaller venues unless those venues implement a vaccine requirement.
Is Colorado COVID Cancelled?
Last week, the Colorado State Health Department said its vaccination requirement for large, indoor events will end.
Liberal Denver announced the retirement of its mask mandate and vaccine passport rules for local businesses, beginning Friday. The Mile-High city will maintain mask mandates at schools and day cares.
The Tri-County Health Department on Monday went a step further than Denver by ending mask requirements for schools in Adams and Arapahoe county as well.
Denver Mayor Michael Hancock called it a “pivot point in this battle” against COVID-19, but said the virus will just be something “we’re going to have to manage and learn to live with.”

“Beginning Friday, people will no longer be required under the public health order to wear a mask or show proof of vaccination for entry into a place of business in Denver,” Hancock said.
Florida Senate Sanity
The Florida Senate passed SB 620, the “Local Business Protection Act” last week and most Floridians are counting on the state House to do the same.
If enacted, local businesses can sue local governments if they pass any regulations reducing business profits by more than 15%.
It offers various protections to local governments, such as limiting the recovery of lost profits to only 7 years, and giving local governments a three-month window to “undo” the regulation after being notified of a claim.
The University of Florida issued a campus wide letter last week announcing that “as the COVID-19 pandemic transitions to an endemic and the omicron surge rapidly declines,” they will begin “treating COVID as we do other contagious illnesses such as the flu.”
There is an old Chicago saying: “That guy laying in the cemetery has just as much a right to vote as anyone else in there.”
Corruption is firmly ingrained in the culture of the state. U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D) for instance, is to the Senate what Nancy Pelosi is to Congress. Chicago, like Pelosi, exemplifies how corruption is often at the heart of grand bait-and-switch politics. (Remember Obama’s “You can keep your doctor.”).
Tony Rezko
During his 2008 presidential campaign, many secrets and rumors came out about Senator Barack Obama. One tough fire to extinguish was over his 17-year friendship with Tony Rezko, who was charged the previous year with demanding kickbacks on state business deals under Gov. Blagojevich.
Obama, told the Chicago Tribune that, in all the years he’s known Rezko, “I’ve never done any favors for him”.
Much of the criticism focused on two real estate deals involving Obama’s South Side mansion.
Obama paid $300,000 less than the asking price for a doctor’s home. Rezko’s wife paid the doctor full price for the vacant lot next door and then a few months before Rezko was indicted Obama bought part of that lot from Rezko’s wife.
As an Illinois state senator in 1998, Obama, indeed “did a political favor” for Rezko by writing letters to state and local government officials in support of a Chicago housing project proposed by Rezko’s company.
Rezko’s low-income housing empire eventually collapsed, leaving many African-American families in buildings riddled with problems, including ramshackled living conditions, vacant apartments, lack of heat, squatters and drug dealers.
Meanwhile, Obama was taking thousands of dollars in campaign donations from Rezko as this was going on. Eleven of Rezko’s buildings were in Obama’s state Senate district.
Let’s go back to 2015, when Durbin came under heavy fire after saying on the Senate Floor that American treatment of terror detainees at the Guantanamo Naval Base is comparable to torture at the hands of Nazis, Soviet gulags and even Cambodian mass murderer Pol Pot.
“The Nazis gassed people,” the late Rush Limbaugh responded in his radio program. “The Nazis mass murdered people. The Nazis committed all kinds of atrocities. The Nazis would attach electrodes to genitals. The Nazis would use electrical shock. The Nazis were literally brutal. We have nothing in common with them. The Soviets and their gulags?”

“The Soviets killed over 1.7 million people in their gulags alone,” Limbaugh continued. “Many of their gulags were in Siberia, where it’s often below zero on a daily basis. That’s not Guantanamo Bay and what we did – and Pol Pot? The Khmer Rouge in Cambodia? Pol Pot was a mass murderer of his own citizens. … We deserve to lose this war. If we’re going to be led by such idiocy and such ignorance as this, we deserve to lose it.”
🔹Just before the COVID pandemic hit, Danny Solis– chairman of powerful Committee on Zoning–wore a wire for federal agents recording longtime Alderman Ed Burke over a two-year period. He was pressured to do so after he was confronted by the feds about his own alleged wrongdoing.
The feds alleged Solis received sex acts at massage parlors, the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra and campaign contributions in exchange for ushering deals through City Council.

🔹Soon, a federal affidavit revealed the FBI secretly recorded then-Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan trying to get business for his law firm from a developer brought to him by Ald. Solis.
🔹In March 2019, Alaina Hampton filed a federal sexual harassment lawsuit against the Democratic Party of Illinois, the Democratic Majority, the 13th Ward Democratic Organization, and Friends of Michael J. Madigan, according to the report.
She accused Kevin Quinn, a Madigan aide and brother of Ald. Marty Quinn of sending her “a barrage of unwanted messages and phone calls in pursuit of a romantic and sexual relationship,” the corruption report stated. She settled the suit in November 2019, and Quinn was fired by Madigan.
🔹In May 2019, federal agents raided City Club’s offices, seeking documents related to Madigan-ComEd scheme.
Former public service officials of ComEd admitted to prosecutors that it paid Madigan associates more than $1.3 million over nine years in an attempt to influence the speaker.
Madigan soon resigned from his house seat and as chairman of the Illinois Democratic Party.
🔹In May 2019, then-Ald. Proco “Joe” Moreno was arrested on felony charges of insurance fraud and obstruction of justice. He was jailed the following year after being charged with drunken driving, which violated his bond.

🔹Also that month, former Ald. Willie Cochran was sentenced to a year in prison after pleading guilty to federal fraud charges.
By 2019, there were 26 public corruption convictions in the Northern District of Illinois, which includes all of Chicago and the northern third of Illinois. This was double the number recorded in 2018. To the status quo, “Trump had to go.”
The Department of Justice’s data contains statistics from 1976 through the end of 2021. During that time period, Chicago had a total of 1,890 public corruption convictions or an average of 41 per year.
By comparison, Los Angeles has seen 1,699 cases, while the New York City borough of Manhattan saw 1,561. As bad as LA and NYC are, Chicago remains the corruption capital of America.
“It’s fitting and little wonder that Barry ‘Barack’ Obama came from the bowels of Illinois corruption,” one state observer noted.
“My grandfather worked for Mayor Daley Senior and used to go down to the graveyards in his district to write down names to register to vote in the next election.” said Toddy Littman. “Just saying you have to think about it from there, they’ve perfected the cheating and the propaganda so get the wisest to help ya through the muck and mire of their games in carrying on ‘The Chicago Way.'”
The only way to stop the illegal voting is to “surround counting rooms on election day,” suggests Brandon Paine. “Block the roads with trucks. No one in, and no one out. Infiltrate the vote harvesting groups, store the ballots, as evidence, and BBQ their asses after the election.”
“This is how states like New Mexico and Colorado became ‘Blue’,” Donnie Dreward from Chicago, explained. “Then later Virginia and such were infiltrated with (George) Soros, (Bill) Gates and (Mark) Zuckerberg money. It is all nothing on TV news but a freaking illusion. The fight for ‘voting rights’ is to keep it hidden or the entire thing topples down.”

This weekend, US Senate candidate Robert ‘Bobby’ Piton of Illinois released a statement saying he is “going to prove that Durbin, Duckworth, Pritzker, and Beetlejuice were all selected and not elected.”
“They are all frauds. Every person in Illinois knows this, I am focused on proving it beyond a reasonable doubt,” Piton said. “These corrupt souls need to be removed permanently.”
“The first county of Illinois that I did a deep dive on with over 100,000 people has over 20,000 suspect registrations or possible phantom voters,” Piton claimed.
Piton says his initial estimate of 7 to 10% of all registrations in Illinois “being fraudulent appears to be too conservative.”
“I estimate that upwards of 22% of the registration files of IL are bogus,” he penned. “This essentially allows any desired election result for any and all races.”
“Illinois is Ground Zero of the Uniparty. Makes sense as Rockefeller founded U of C (University of Chicago).”
“The corrupt practices of Chicago politics have not only infected Illinois, but the Nation,” he continued. “I estimate that there are more fraudulent voters than the total population of the 80 smallest counties in the State combined.”
“Southern Illinois, my focus is on exposing all of this fraud against your counties first and then I will visit these counties on the campaign trail.”

America needs 34 states for a Convention of States Resolution, to call for a limiting of federal power, spending, and terms of office.
Currently, 16 states have now joined the call: Georgia, Alaska, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Indiana, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arizona, North Dakota, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Utah, Mississippi, and Wisconsin.
“Thank goodness our Constitution has given the states and the people a framework to step in and save the Republic when Congress will not. Today we sent a message that Wisconsin stands ready to rein in federal overreach,” said Wisconsin State Senator Kathy Bernier following the Badger State joining the first 15.
“Times like these are precisely why the Founders created the mechanisms in Article V,” agreed Wisconsin State Representative Dan Knodl. “Federal overreach has thrown our country into chaos, and it’s time for the states to exercise their authority as granted to them in the constitution to restore order, states’ rights, and limited, constitutional government. I’m incredibly proud that our state has officially thrown its support behind this movement.”
Senators in Nebraska are expected to take their final vote on the COS Resolution in a matter of days.
Once 34 states apply for a convention to propose amendments on the same issue (i.e., limiting the power and jurisdiction of the federal government), Article V requires Congress to name the place and the time for the convention. If it fails to exercise this power reasonably, either the courts or the states themselves can override Congressional inaction.
The coalition of Americans who have joined the Convention of States Action group indicate they have “built robust teams in all 50 states, some of which are tens of thousands of patriots strong.”

In Virginia, COS District Captain Karen Greenhalgh won a race against an incumbent candidate for a seat in Virginia’s House of Delegates.
In New Jersey, Convention of States Petition signer Edward Durr shocked the nation in 2021 when he ousted the longtime president of the New Jersey state senate, Steve Sweeney. .
In Texas, State Director Shelby Williams won a seat on the Plano City Council in 2019. Initially faced with two opponents, Shelby gained enough grassroots support to prevent the well-known incumbent from garnering the 50% of votes required to win outright in the May 4th election, thereby triggering a run-off election. Though ending 2.5 points behind on May 4th, in the final June 8th vote, Shelby pulled ahead to a 53-47% victory.
In Ohio, Mike Carey won a seat in Ohio’s 15th Congressional District on Nov 4, 2021, replacing resigned Rep. Steve Stivers. Mike signed the COS petition at the Madison County, Ohio county fair in July 2021.
In Wisconsin, former COS State Director Tom Peters was elected to the County Board in Brown County.
In Minnesota, John Heinrich won his election thanks in large part to Convention of States volunteers. In 2018, Heinrich faced four challengers in the primary, two of whom were against a Convention of States and two of whom were noncommittal.
The average taxpayer’s contribution to wasteful government spending in the year 2021 equaled about $15,332 each.
