Ingredients:
1 lb steak (your choice of cut)
1 cup cooked rice (or cauliflower rice for low-carb)
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 lime (juice)
1 cup pico de gallo
2 cups lettuce, shredded
1 avocado (for sauce)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for sauce)
1 tbsp lime juice (for sauce)
Salt, pepper, and seasonings to taste

Directions:
Marinate steak: Season steak with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook rice: Prepare rice and mix with chopped cilantro and lime juice.
Make avocado sauce: Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and seasonings until smooth.
Cook steak: Grill or pan-sear steak to desired doneness, then slice thinly.
Assemble bowls: Layer cilantro-lime rice, fresh pico, lettuce, steak, and drizzle with avocado sauce.
