U.S. Senator Bernie Moreno of Ohio has called on Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Kash Patel to investigate how a 24-year-old Venezuelan who is in the U.S. illegally was able to pose as a 16-year-old high school student over the past year and a half.

Senator Moreno called the situation “horrifying,” stating, “I ask that you take any and all lawful measures to enforce our federal immigration and criminal laws against an alleged Venezuelan illegal alien, adult male, that may have defrauded federal and state government agencies, while allegedly preying on minor(s) in Ohio.”
The school reported that the Venezuelan used fraudulent documents to assume the identity of an unaccompanied minor for enrollment. The man also obtained an Ohio driver’s license, social security number, and Temporary Protected Status.
Senator Moreno wrote, “That a 24-year-old alleged illegal alien adult male was permitted to attend an Ohio high school for nearly a year and a half under allegedly false documentation, including potentially false immigration documentation, is shocking to say the least. … If the arrestee was granted TPS status, it is imperative for me to know why they were granted such status and the vetting that was conducted on the arrestee.”
A judge in San Francisco has ordered DHS to continue the Temporary Protected Status of Venezuelans in the U.S.

The teachers didn’t suspect that something was wrong? Why would a 24 year old want to be in high school? Was he selling drugs, recruiting gang members or have mental issues?

I wonder who finally spoke up. And what alerted them.
