When I was 5, my 4 year old neighbor was stung over 50x by bumble bees. It was horrible but was hospitalized & I was so happy to see him when he came home. At 10, my grandmother was hospitalized by bumble bees. So even today, I dont want to be near them. BTW, I enjoyed your latest blog. We have similar backgrounds & understand your thoughts on alcoholism.

Thanks, Jack. It’s not the easiest thing to write about but the history of the family wouldn’t be right without it. I got stung by a BB this past summer. The worst stings are those little ground wasp that mimick a Honey Bee, they hurst like hell.

Fascinating information. The best time to study was particularly interesting. The ice cube on the roof of the mouth for 30 seconds sounds challenging, but it would be better than drugs that may cause the rebound phenomena. 🙂

The honey bee with it’s little tongue in the honey, and the tiger with his royal fanny in the stream whilst reclining, are the best.
