Biden’s Disastrous $7.3 Trillion Budget Provides More Wokeness, Less Safety & Costly Social Engineering

While Big Mainstream Media continues their propaganda reporting on the virtues of Joe Biden’s recent State of the Union Address and his newly released 2025 budget proposal, reality is far different.

Republicans, who traditionally favor tax reductions and lower government spending, sent the same message on Monday, as House Speaker Mike Johnson, House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, Majority Whip Tom Emmer, and Republican conference chair Elise Stefanik issued in their joint statement.

“Biden’s budget doesn’t just miss the mark — it is a road map to accelerate America’s decline,” they said. “While hardworking Americans struggle with crushing inflation and mounting national debt, the President would increase their pain to spend trillions of additional taxpayer dollars to advance his left-wing agenda.”

Just last week, Republicans in the House issued a plan to balance the federal budget within the next 10 years by cutting $14 trillion in federal spending, including two Biden-Obama favorites: green energy subsidies and student loan forgiveness.

Donald Trump, more appearingly the Republican presidential nominee against Biden again, offered some of his own economic proposals Monday in an interview on CNBC.

“I think taxes could be cut. I think other things could happen to more than adjust that. But I’m a big believer in tariffs,” Trump said.

He said the imposition of new tariffs on imports helps American businesses when they are “being taken advantage of” by China and other nations.

“Beyond the economics, it gives you power in dealing with other countries,” Trump said knowing he was right and effective with such policies during his first term as President.

Even an opinion piece, from all places–the Wall Street Journal–describes the Biden 2025 budget as a fantasy:

Most U.S. presidential budgets are exercises in fiscal deception, but even by that standard President Biden’s Monday proposal for fiscal year 2025 sets a record for unreality. It proposes defense spending as if the world is at peace, entitlement spending that isn’t sustainable, and tax increases that would hurt the economy if they passed, which they won’t. Congratulations, Team White House.

In 2023, the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget (CRFB) called out the Joe Biden Administration’s disastrous 2024 budget failures.

“The President’s actions to date have not reduced deficits but instead increased them,” CRFB wrote. “Between the American Rescue Plan, the bipartisan infrastructure law, and various executive orders, we estimate at least $2.5 trillion has been added to deficits through 2031 over the President’s term so far.”

Jon Huntley, senior economist at the Penn Wharton Budget Model, agreed that any deficit reduction that did occur under Biden was artificial because it was due to expiring pandemic spending by the federal government.

“The decline in the deficit between fiscal years 2021 and 2022 was largely expected,” Huntley revealed. “As the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget notes, deficits were forecast to decline by about 1.4 trillion dollars from 2021 to 2022.”

“The 2021 Congressional Budget Office (CBO) Long-Term Budget Outlook highlights the reason for this decline: Under current law, a huge amount of mandatory spending was scheduled to expire in 2022,” he continued. “Therefore, the federal deficit was going to decline under current law. Congress would have needed to explicitly pass an extension of these mandatory spending programs to maintain 2021 levels of federal spending. As no such extension passed, spending declined in excess of a trillion dollars in fiscal year 2022.”

2024 brings even more deception as we learn of the White House’s 2025 budget proposal, on a burgeoning national debt that has reached an overwhelming $34.5 trillion.

Mayorkas

Biden’s Build Back Better plan continues the Democrat and RINO increases in government spending on public health, education, housing, crime prevention and other programs, but some offset, they claim, will come with new taxes on mid-to-high income and high-wealth households.

In Biden-proposed $7.3 trillion budget (Beginning Oct. 1, 2024) of  March 11, he intends to raise the corporate tax rate from 21% to 28%, impose a rate increase on individuals earning more than $400,000 a year, and force those with more than $100 million in wealth to pay at least a 25% income tax.

This strengthens China’s hold in America, but harms American-owned companies.

● Lisa Gilbert, executive vice president of Public Citizen, argues that the Biden Regime’s priorities are misplaced.

The Pentagon “is a three-quarters-of-a-trillion-dollar agency that has never once passed an audit. It’s infamous for waste, fraud and bankrolling defense corporations,” Gilbert said.

“It’s impossible not to comment on the $895 billion defense top line,” she said. “War hawks squealing that a 1% increase to defense spending is ‘meager’ or ‘catastrophic’ lack perspective altogether. The true catastrophe is the existing scale of U.S. military spending.”

● As if the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)  hasn’t created enough harm to our health and pharmaceutical interests, it looks like Biden is giving them even more rope to hang us.

Over the next decade, Biden (Obama/New World Order) budget invests $2.5 billion in the CDC to support an “evidence-based community violence initiative,” which aims to address causes of violence in communities and reduce related health inequities. It also requests $60 million for gun violence research between the CDC and NIH.

● Why and how does gun violence tie into $60 million for CDC and NIH research? This gives them even more rope for harm than they’ve already caused.

Biden-Obama’s public health infrastructure is centered on World Health Organization, World Economic Forum and Bill Gates-type controls. The Biden budget earmarks $9.8 billion for their “Prevention and Public Health Fund” — an increase of $499 million from the 2023 enacted level. It also asks for $20 billion in mandatory funding for HHS public health agencies to support biodefense.

● Highly in tune to Big Pharma interests especially in regard to disease treatment and prevention, the Biden 2025 budget allots funding for infectious disease treatment and prevention including HIV, vaccine-preventable disease, and hepatitis C. They propose even more and new vaccines for adults and an expansion of vaccines for their existing and questionable children’s program.

● They want $37 million for their U.S. Agency for International Development and America’s voluntary contribution to the United Nations Population Fund.

● With little to no concern for protecting our southern border from fentanyl and drug smuggling, they propose $1.6 billion in supplemental funding for HHS to expand substance use prevention, treatment, harm reduction, and recovery support services to address their opioid overdose crisis.

They also want to boost funding for the State Opioid Response grant program, and invest in a new technical assistance center to strengthen health providers’ understanding and treatment of women’s mental health and substance use.

● Their budget calls for pumping in $75 million for the bureaucratic Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response to manufacture more “essential medicines, medical countermeasures and critical inputs in the United States.”

● It also sets aside $12 million to help the FDA identify potential disruptions and shortage threats, and installs a new office to coordinate HHS’ supply chain efforts for drugs, biologics, medical devices and critical foods.

● The budget features $1 billion for behavioral health providers to advance technology adoption and engagement.

● Americans  can expect less in-person doctor visits and more reliance on Telehealth. They want $2 billion for USDA broadband programs that includes $122 million for the ReConnect program, which hands out loans and grants for broadband access in underserved areas, like tribal areas.
