Reasons Texans Don’t Trust Deep State Karl Rove’s Politics Against Ken Paxton

By reporting on Texas politics for decades, it is not too surprising to our readers that I loath RINOs such as (the now sinking) John Cornyn, his friends Karl Rove and Phil Graham.

Earlier in 2026, former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, 76, and Gramm, 83, were among those campaigning for John Cornyn’s senate reelection–which thankfully failed.

Recall that Gramm was a well-paid executive at a Swiss bank when he cochaired Arizona Sen. John McCain’s presidential campaign and advised the candidate on economic matters. He was significantly mentioned as a possible Treasury secretary if McCain would have won.

At one time Graham was actually a Democrat, but switched to Republican in 1983. He served as a U.S. senator from 1985 to 2002. He was a strong advocate for deregulation which benefited the Enron Corporation.

Gramm ran unsuccessfully for the Republican Party nomination in the 1996 presidential election. He already had raised $8 million by as early as July 1994 and actually tied for first place with Robert Dole in the 1995 Iowa Straw Poll.

Not long after a fierce scandal broke out when it was discovered he had previously invested in the porn movies industry, which led the New York Post to nickname him “Porno-Gramm.”

Today, mainstream liberal media are reporting on what they deem a “ferocious battle” raging in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston and other left-wing leaning platforms who all too familiarly try to paint the Republican Party as soulless.

Cornyn, Graham and Karl Rove obviously turned their backs to Paxton who obviously is one of the most effective America First torchbearers in the country.

On the otherhand, Rove’s world group called Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLR) is the antithesis of America First.

Paxton was a thorn in the side of RINOs who worked hand-in-hand with the Biden administration.

In 2020, the Obama-Biden-Harris playbook included a more personal battle against AG Paxton. Some employees within his office initiated a concerted campaign of insubordination. In response, Paxton decided to replace his executive team. To retain their positions, the rogue employees snitched to the FBI, baselessly alleging Paxton’s involvement in criminal activities and seeking cover from the Biden regime in Washington, D.C.

These employees also sought the support of influential state figures to oust Paxton and seize control of his office. If there was ever an attempted insurrection in America in 2021, it was happening in Texas, with repeated and over attempts to sabotage the AG’s office from within.

When their efforts to force Paxton’s resignation failed, they launched a smear campaign to tarnish his reputation and hinder his re-election efforts. Despite these attacks, savvy Texas voters saw through the political smokescreen, re-electing Paxton and reaffirming their faith in his leadership.

Undeterred, the globalist Texas insurrectionists continued their vendetta through a civil lawsuit. In a move to focus on the critical state and federal litigation he was elected to oversee, Paxton chose to settle, leading to a manipulation of the terms of the settlement and the now-famous failed attempt to impeach Paxton through the Texas House of Representatives.

The trial was a political hit developed with the help of the Biden Administration, George Soros, Dade Phelan, Karl Rove, Big Media and with RINOs attacking him along with a remnant of the Bush legacy. At the time Texas was a purple state, controlled by House Democrats, not Republicans.

This battle reached a critical juncture, resting before the Texas Supreme Court, with much concerns about the impartiality of the judiciary. The Supreme Court of Texas has financial ties to the TLR. Significant donations made by TLR to various justices have raised questions about the court’s independence and ability to make impartial decisions. For example:

Chief Justice Nathan Hecht received $10,000 from TLR.
Justice Debra Lehrmann received $59,684.
Justice Rebeca Huddle received $49,684.
Justice Jane Bland received $26,662.
Justice Jeffery Boyd received $10,000.
Justice Brett Busby received $15,000.
Justice Evan Young received $49,730.

TLR’s enmity towards Paxton is unsurprising to those who understand Texas politics and so called journalism. They’ve orchestrated the funding of the ‘Austin Swamp creatures,’ that contributed to their unsuccessful goal of Paxton’s impeachment.

Major TLR donors, like Dick Weekly and Harold Hamm, have further betrayed conservative values by backing Trump former political opponent, Nikki Haley.

The divide between Paxton and TLR is more than a political feud. It is a definitive clash between the proponents of a globalist agenda and the guardians of American sovereignty and conservative values.

The future of America hinges on the outcome of these battles. The compromised court and TLR’s influence raise significant concerns about the integrity of the judicial process.
