‘Don’t Mess With Texas’ is the Rallying Outcry Against Biden, Feds, Court Across the Lone Star State

The Biden regime and US federal government may have picked the wrong southern state to mess with when it comes to the historic invasion of illegal aliens across the southern border.

On Monday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott told America, “This is not over” regarding Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett joining the three liberal justices in a 5-4 vote to allow the federal government to resume the removal of the fence installed by Texas along the southern border near Eagle Pass while litigation continues.

Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh were on the side of the US Constitution and Texas and would have denied the application to vacate injunction brought on by the White House.

“This fight is not over, and I look forward to defending our state’s sovereignty,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton posted on X.

“The destruction of Texas’s border barriers will not help enforce the law or keep American citizens safe,” he continued.

Brandon Judd, President of the National Border Patrol Council, said the Court’s ruling would “undoubtedly encourage more illegal immigration.”

“Unfortunately, this means Border Patrol agents are going to be tied up dealing with give ups rather than going after the criminal elements that constantly cross our borders illegally,” Judd announced.

“The administration no doubt will say this is a win for border security, but if they sought rank and file input, they would be told this will do the exact opposite,” he revealed. “Agents support what Texas was trying to accomplish in the absence of true border security policies from this administration.”

Besides installing the wire barriers to protect citizens, Gov. Abbott signed, in December 2023, a new state law that allows local police agencies to detain people they suspect of being in the country illegally and move to deport them.

Gov. Abbott, the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), and the Texas National Guard jointly convey they will “continue to work together to secure the border; stop the smuggling of drugs, weapons, and people into Texas; and prevent, detect, and interdict transnational criminal activity between ports of entry.”

Since the launch of Operation Lone Star, the multi-agency effort has led to over 496,000 illegal immigrant apprehensions and more than 38,500 criminal arrests, with more than 34,900 felony charges.

In the fight against the fentanyl crisis, Texas law enforcement has seized over 453 million lethal doses of fentanyl during this border mission.

Texas has also bused:

  • Over 12,500 migrants to Washington, D.C. since April 2022
  • Over 37,400 migrants to New York City since August 2022
  • Over 31,100 migrants to Chicago since August 2022
  • Over 3,400 migrants to Philadelphia since November 2022
  • Over 15,900 migrants to Denver since May 18
  • Over 1,500 migrants to Los Angeles since June 14

Operation Lone Star “continues to fill the dangerous gaps created by the Biden Administration’s refusal to secure the border,” Abbott’s office said. “Every individual who is apprehended or arrested and every ounce of drugs seized would have otherwise made their way into communities across Texas and the nation due to President Joe Biden’s open border policies.”

  1. I assume that crossing boarder as being done is illegal as Texas will be detaining or arresting those caught

Simple solution would be to detain and arrest those assisting in the illegal act AS THIS WOULD ALSO BE A CRIME

Now that would be a show down worthy of TEXAS

    • Yes, Texas troops were doing that, but Federal controlled border patrol have to process them & make sandwiches (literally) afterwards.
One way to get around this was by TX passing law last month allowing any police officer to arrest them AFTER they are released in public.

      • At least she is in favor of fossil fuel and lots of folks have Democrat parents. Mine were too. I think she wanted to put the onus back on the federal government to protect our borders rather than the governors. Places the blame back on Biden. Who knows? Just hope she doesn’t rule Trump off any state ballots.

  2. I do not understand how the current administration gets a pass on not supporting our country’s sovereignty and securing the border. Opening it up to unvetted drug and child traffickers, terrorists, and criminals, is treason. Why would anyone support this? Well, I really do know why and so do you.
