House Speaker Mike Johnson announced on X (Twitter) Friday, that “Today, I am keeping my promise to the American people and making all the January 6th tapes available to ALL Americans.”

Roughly 90 hours of security footage from the Jan. 6, 2021 protest on the U.S. Capitol was soon released, and the rest of the more than 40,000 hours of footage is to be incrementally posted over the next several months.

While Johnson’s promise is to “ensure that every citizen can view every minute of the videos uncensored,” corrupt and embarrassed Big Media outlets are preparing:

• by minimizing and reimagining their coverage with more emphasis on other news,

• creating additional propaganda to protect their false coverage of January 6 protest, and

• inventing new propaganda.

Johnson said House panel’s decision to release the footage “will provide millions of Americans, criminal defendants, public interest organizations, and the media an ability to see for themselves what happened that day, rather than having to rely upon the interpretation of a small group of government officials.”

Tucker Carlson was quick to chime in with “The amount of lying around January 6th, and it was obvious in the tapes that I showed, is really distressing and anyone who’s covering for those lies should be ashamed of themself and that would include almost the entire American media, including Fox News”

By Saturday morning, Steve Bannon invited investigative journalist Julie Kelly on to his show The War Room.

“I want all of those four celebrity January 6 cops, Mike Fanone, Dan Hodges, Aquilino Ganell, and Harry Dunn,” Kelly said. “They not only lied under oath to Congress in that hearing, they have lied under oath in court testimony and victim impact statements that have prompted longer prison sentences because they’ve all lied about what they endured on January 6, what they saw, allegations of racism.”

“Michael Fanone was almost killed,” she continued. “We also have footage that totally contradicts that. Those four need to be put back on the stand under oath and explain their lies.”

“The goal of our investigation has been to provide the American people with transparency on what happened at the Capitol on January 6, 2021 and this includes all official video from that day,” said Rep. Barry Loudermilk, chairman of the Administration Committee’s oversight subcommittee. 

“We will continue loading video footage as we conduct our investigation and continue to review footage. As I’ve said all along,” Loudermilk continued. “The American people deserve transparency, accountability, and real answers supported by facts instead of a predetermined political narrative.”

Joe Biden’s Justice Department, led by controversial Attorney General Merrick Garland, has charged almost 1,200 with federal crimes related to their participation in the protest.

Patriotic political expert Dinesh D’Souza also responded:

Facing liberal DC and other judges, over 800 of those arrested elected to plead guilty or be convicted at trial. Almost 700 people have been sentenced, with about two-thirds receiving prison terms ranging from three days to 22 years.
