These Eight RINOS Voted Against Impeachment Proceedings of Mayorkas

Eight Republican representatives in the United States Congress voted against a resolution aimed to initiate the impeachment of Joe Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas from his cabinet position.

Those representatives were:

Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-N.C.)
Rep. Tom McClintock (R-Calif.)
Rep. John Duarte (R-Calif.)
Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-N.C.)
Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.)
Rep. Cliff Bentz (R-Ore.)
Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.)
Rep. Mike Turner (R-Ohio.)

In a 209 to 201 vote, the House chamber decided to shelve the resolution, first introduced by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), and supported a motion to refer it to the Homeland Security Committee.

Taylor Greene introduced the resolution after a Georgia couple were tragically killed by illegal alien smugglers.

The elderly couple, Jose, 67, and Isabel Lerma, 65, were killed in a head-on crash with a human smuggler fleeing police in Texas.

They were identified by Texas authorities as the victims in one of the two cars involved in the crash. Six people, including illegal immigrants from Honduras, in the other car, including the suspected smuggler, also died.

“The utter disregard for American life displayed by Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas can no longer be ignored. The time for more hearings and phases is over,” said Greene, representing the viewpoints of millions of American citizens.

Under the failed and purposeful leadership of Mayorkas, the US southern border has remained wide open for three years.
