Gov. Newsome’s Office Provided $360,000 to Parent Company
Investigators in Reedly, California have discovered a Chinese connected warehouse in a farming industrial complex turned into a dangerous bio-lab with enormous amounts of bacterial and viral agents, 1,000 mice, and evidence of COVID-19 and pregnancy tests production.
From May 2 through May 4, the CDC’s Division of Select Agents and Toxins inspected the makeshift lab. Court documents confirm the CDC found potentially infectious agents at the location. These included both bacterial and viral agents, including: chlamydia, E. Coli, streptococcus pneumonia, hepatitis B and C, herpes 1 and 5, rubella and malaria.
Nevada-based Prestige Biotech, Inc. moved equipment into the Reedling warehouse in 2022 to establish the lab.
Court documents indicate that Prestige operated a lab in Fresno in 2022 that was destroyed in a fire, prompting them to move to Reedley.
A warrant was executed on March 16, 2023 to inspect the warehouse at 850 I Street after city workers noticed a garden hose attached illegally to a warehouse near the center of town. The building was supposed to be vacant. When code enforcement officers from the city went to investigate, they discovered that it was in use and observed several code violations.
The sophistication of the operation indicated significant financial and organizational backing.
Mainstrean media, Governor Gavin Newsom’s office, and the White House have been particularly silent on the serious questions concerning the extent of China’s influence and interference on American soil.
The company was the largest creditor of Universal Meditech (UMI), Inc. which filed for bankruptcy. When everything was relocated to the Reedley warehouse after UMI ceased operations, it was learned that “Prestige Biotech was a creditor to UMI and identified as its successor, according to court documents.”
A document released on March 24, 2019 by Governor Newsom’s Office of Business and Economic Development, a California Competes tax credit allocation agreement of $360,000 was cemented with UMI.*
In 2019, Mr. Zhaoyan Wang, CEO of UMI, praised the Fresno County Economic Development Corporation’s guidance regarding tax credit opportunities and HR resources.
“The EDC has provided us with guidance and HR resources as well as worked with us in terms of the NEO program, which has helped us save a lot of time and working capital on employee hiring. The EDC has also informed us about other incentives available for business, such as California Compete Tax Credit and referred us to proper departments and personnel for further assistance.” – Zhaoyan Wang
Prestige Biotech Inc. is a Nevada Domestic Corporation filed on April 3, 2019. The company’s filing status is listed as Active, and its File Number is E0153542019-3.
The Registered Agent on file for this company is Barry Zhang Cpa & Associates LLC and is located at 3528 Wynn Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
The company has two contacts on record. The contacts are Xiuqin Yao and Zhaolin Wang from Las Vegas, Nevada.
One room of the warehouse was used to produce counterfeit COVID-19 and pregnancy tests. In other rooms, investigators discovered blood, tissue, and other bodily fluid samples. They also found thousands of vials that contained unlabeled fluids.
Health officials discovered nearly 1,000 lab mice, with at least 175 dead.
Also found were thousands of vials, many of which contained biohazardous materials including human blood, and other unknown substances.
A representative for Prestige, Wang Zhaolin, told investigators that mice were “genetically engineered to catch and carry the COVID-19 virus.” Due to the conditions, the mice were euthanized.
The facility wasn’t properly licensed and was improperly disposing their waste.

Caught, like a rat. Interesting that the CDC is now investigating; was it that the corruption was not so much in the organization as in Fauci or is that wishful thinking?

They’re both complicit. Fauci started with the lies, including funding Gain-of-Function research using our taxpayer dollars. CDC picked up the ball and ran with it, perpetuating the lies, thereby ensuring they each profited handsomely throughout the plandemic. Fauci, who has the nerve to call himself a doctor as well as ‘true science’ needs to be extradited from his retirement chateaux in the south of France, along with former CDC Director Walensky, and stand trial for crimes against humanity and mass genocide. Without their direction and Bill Gates’ funding, these dangerous injections wouldn’t have become the deadly bioweapons that they are.
