Which States Rank Best, Worst in Driver Safety

  1. I’m surprised, but really it makes sense so many New England States are rated high. Most are pretty crowded, and if you weren’t careful, you’d be dead. But that still doesn’t explain California. My sister, who drives in Boston, made my brother drive in L.A. It was too much for her!
