United States Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has issued an Order stating that any ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day in Pennsylvania must be segregated and secured.
If these ballots are counted, they must be counted separately. There is a petition pending before the Supreme Court.
Justice Alito ordered the opposing side of the petition to reply by 2 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2020.
Alito’s order states “… neither the applicant (Pennsylvania Republicans) nor the Secretary has been able to verify that all boards are complying with the Secretary’s guidance, which, it is alleged, is not legally binding on them.”
Meanwhile, political watchdog JusticeWatch just announced their investigation of voter rolls nationwide turned up 2.5 million extra names.
“Our analysis of data from the U.S Election Assistance Commission found 378 counties that had a combined 2.5 million more voter registrations than citizens old enough to vote.”
Trump Campaign lawyers are requesting “ballot images” in Pennsylvania and Michigan. The ballot images are the digital photos of every ballot that was scanned. This will provide evidence of what took place.
