Paxton Sues Big Pharma For Marketing Tylenol to Pregnant Mothers

Aligning with their usual propaganda narratives, Big Pharma and Big Media are spinning away:

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton took legal action against Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue. He accused them of deceptively marketing Tylenol to pregnant mothers.

They did this despite knowing that early exposure to acetaminophen increases the risk of autism.

Tylenol’s only active ingredient also significantly raises the risk of other disorders.

โ€œBig Pharma betrayed America by profiting off of pain and pushing pills regardless of the risks. These corporations lied for decades, knowingly endangering millions to line their pockets,โ€ said Attorney General Paxton.

โ€œAdditionally, seeing that the day of reckoning was coming, Johnson & Johnson attempted to escape responsibility by illegally offloading their liability onto a different company. By holding Big Pharma accountable for poisoning our people, we will help Make America Healthy Again.โ€

For decades, Johnson & Johnson willfully ignored science.

They attempted to silence the evidence that prenatal and early-childhood exposure to their acetaminophen products can cause Autism and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (โ€œADHDโ€) in children.

Despite being well aware of this fact, Tylenol was marketed as a completely safe pain medication for pregnant women, violating Texasโ€™s consumer protection laws.

The considerable body of evidence demonstrating these dangers was recently highlighted by the Trump Administration.

Further, Johnson & Johnson violated the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act by fraudulently transferring liabilities arising from Tylenol to a separate company, Kenvue, in order to shield their assets against lawsuits arising from the harmful impact Tylenol had on children.

Paxton has relentlessly fought against Big Pharmaโ€™s destruction of Americaโ€™s health.

โ€ขHe has sued Pfizer over the COVID-19 vaccine.

โ€ข He took action against Eli Lilly for bribing providers to prescribe its medications.

โ€ข He secured a $700 million settlement with Johnson & Johnson for making misleading and deceptive claims about its baby powder products that contained talc.

  1. Big Pharma sure has shot themselves in the foot. First, they make all the claims surrounding the COVID jab:
    1. Take the jab and you won’t get COVID (never mind that many did)
    2. Take the jab and you won’t spread COVID (and still we did)
    3. Take the jab and it won’t be as severe (another lie)
    4. The COVID jab does not cause the increase in cardiopulminory (never mind atheletes dying after the jab)

Now they tell us that the hundreds of studies linking tylenol to autism mean nothing since they have hundreds of countering studies. Go ahead, Big Pharma, reload and make my day.

  2. I had a wacko doctor tell me to take marathon doses of Tylenol years ago when I was battling a relentless fever. It would give me the night sweats. I’d wake up drenched-and that was just taking it twice a day! Apparently, she was trying to end my misery.

  3. It sure is a head shaker reading those little blurbs up there where the MSM tries to say DJT is making these claims on his own, and accusing Gov. Abbot of “sucking up”–oh please. People who don’t want to know will believe it and go on buying this stuff. If I had a really terrible fever, I woud make some wintergreen tea and sip on it. It grows on the mossy bank across from the house. There is so much in the herbal world that takes just a little research and doesn’t poison us-but read the directions! It’s all real medicine; too much is bad; sad, sad experience speaking. That’s why we have health food stores with herbal medicine with directions. If enough of us would take advantage of this, we could leave Big Pharma in the dust, permantly, and THAT is what they are afraid of. They’d really rather go on harming people.
