If Arizona’s Katie Hobbs, suspiciously installed as governor during the state’s last controversial election, is not protecting her citizens, then who is her allegiance to?
Common knowledge throughout politics indicates the radical governor is a puppet for the Soros-Obama deep state.
Protected by mainstream media, Hobbs dared to prove it again with recent vetoes against proposed legislation to protect Arizona citizens.
Crooked Assistance Program
Arizona Senator John Kavanagh is calling out Hobbs for irresponsibly vetoing his legislation to ensure Arizona’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) has proper oversight to prevent fraud and ensure the program is used as intended.
With ongoing concerns over individuals wrongfully taking advantage of state and federal welfare programs, Senator Kavanagh sponsored SB 1071 to ensure important government resources are only provided to the Arizona citizens who need them most.
SB 1071 would have increased oversight of SNAP by requiring monthly evaluations of eligibility requirements for participants. This includes verification of employment records, income amounts, and job search activity.
The bill would have also allowed the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) to use Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards to track any purchases made out-of-state over a 90-day period. This would have helped ensure that anyone who has moved out of state is no longer collecting these benefits from the State of Arizona.
“The Governor choosing to veto this bill sends a strong message to our people that she cares more about maintaining a broken system that is widely abused by bad actors, than providing guardrails to protect resources for those who actually need them,” said Senator Kavanagh. “This was a commonsense measure to safeguard the hard-earned dollars of Arizona’s taxpayers from fraud and waste. I am extremely disappointed, but not surprised, that she continues to choose to appeal to the radical left with her tone-deaf veto decisions rather than support legislation to ensure fiscal responsibility of public funds.”
Protects Chinese Interests
Senate Judiciary & Elections Committee Chair Wendy Rogers is denouncing Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs for jeopardizing state and national security by vetoing legislation late last week protecting critical infrastructure from Chinese threats.
SB 1027, also known as the Secure Telecommunications Act of 2025, would have banned any critical telecommunications infrastructure within the State of Arizona from using equipment manufactured by a foreign adversary. The bill would have required reporting requirements for telecommunications providers and penalties for noncompliance.
The bill stemmed from an FBI report released in 2022 that determined Chinese-made Huawei radio equipment, sold below the price of production and used throughout the United States within communications infrastructure, was able to provide the Communist Party of China access to domestic intelligence for espionage and sabotage attacks against Americans.
In 2023, the State of Nebraska enacted a law to address this issue after discovering Huawei equipment surrounded their nuclear missile silos, prompting Senator Rogers to introduce SB 1027 with the same goal of protecting against critical infrastructure attacks by foreign adversaries.
“Governor Hobbs’ veto of SB 1027 shows just how radical she really is, when similar legislation in Nebraska to protect against Chinese threats was introduced by a Democrat senator, received unanimous bipartisan support at their state legislature, and was ultimately signed into law,” said Senator Rogers.
“The safety and security of Arizona is in danger because she continues to serve as an obstructionist against commonsense legislation addressing the grave risk foreign adversaries pose to our nation,” she continued. I’m hopeful the citizens of Arizona are paying attention to her destructive agenda, from vetoing important border security legislation and bills safeguarding our energy supply, to now this latest shameful action against SB 1027. Arizona is in danger, and the security of our nation is on the line, so long as Hobbs occupies the Executive Towers.”
Supports Radical DEI Practices
Senate Majority Leader Janae Shamp is calling out Governor Hobbs for supporting discriminatory hiring practices within the State of Arizona by vetoing legislation to ban preferential treatment provided to applicants based on sex, race, skin color, and sexuality instead of qualifications, experience, and competence.
SB 1584, sponsored by Majority Leader Shamp, would have prohibited state government, and any political subdivisions, from establishing hiring policies that prioritize Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
This means employers would be banned from using tax dollars to implement radical DEI programs in job postings, required trainings, or any manner that would deprive an individual from an employment opportunity when their skin color, sex, sexual preference, or race doesn’t meet an employer’s preference.
SB 1584 would have also empowered the Attorney General, county attorneys, or any concerned citizen to file for declaratory relief or damages in cases where merit-based hiring standards are violated.
“The Governor despicably vetoing this bill demonstrates her support for discrimination and a lack of leadership for refusing to push back against fellow Democrats who support these unethical hiring practices,” said Majority Leader Shamp. ” I am extremely disappointed, yet not surprised, that Hobbs continues to appeal to the radical left with her tone-deaf veto decisions, rather than support legislation to reform workplace policies that prioritize anything other than talent and hard work. It’s truly petrifying that we have a governor who can, without shame, prioritize discrimination and favoritism, over unity and respect for every Arizonan.”

Outraged Arizonians would have a difficult time if they wanted to hold a recall election for Hobbs. The number of signatures needed would have to be 25% of the total number of actual votes cast PLUS 25% of the fake 300,000 votes. 🙂
