A Strong Legal Solution to Arizona’s 2022 Election Fraud Offered by Political Analyst

Political analyst John Berstein has a different and interesting take on how lawyers should handle the rampant ballot fraud that is plaguing Arizona and perhaps other states known for like corruption. Bernstein is known as an insightful news anchors, television talk show host and speaker, especially concerning American conservative causes. He has appeared on well over 4,000 radio programs and at least 50 TV shows as an expert commentator. Please subscribe to his website at https://joshbernsteinuncensored.com/

He advises citizens and politicians who have been scammed with elections to a “Common Law” approach to filing lawsuits, rather than “Administrative Law” pursuit:

Section 1-201 of the Arizona Constitution under the adoption of Common Law states, “as it is consistent with and adopted to the natural and psychical conditions of this state and the necessities of the people thereof, and not repugnant to or inconsistent with the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of this state of Arizona and the established customs of the people of this state is adopted and shall be the rule of decision in all courts of this state.”This means every single one of these campaigns can and should file separate lawsuits under Common Law, which is the law of the land, and supersedes the restrictive and unequal justice of Administrative Law. https://www.azleg.gov/ars/1/00201.htm

In addition, any pending future litigation must include and more importantly prove mal-administration of the election. Any suit must show the election was conducted illegally and violated Article 2, Section 21 of the Arizona Constitution which clearly states, “All elections shall be free and equal, and no power, civil or military, shall at anytime interfere to prevent the free exercise of the right of suffrage.” This is a provable fact that is outcome determinative through signed and notarized affidavits, election worker testimonies, BOD printers that were DISCONTINUED by the manufacturers BEFORE the election but were used anyway, voter disenfranchisement, conflicts of interests by the conductors of the elections, co-mingling of ballots, uncertified machines, equal protection clause violations, etc. Any one of these issues is a provable outcome determinative VIOLATION of Article 2, Section 21 under “free and equal” access to voting rights. https://law.justia.com/constitution/arizona/2/21.htm

Moreover, Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone and any other law enforcement officials who set up armed blockades in front of the MCTEC where votes were being counted also VIOLATED Article 2, Section 21 “No power civil or military, shall at anytime interfere to prevent the free exercise of the right of suffrage.” If we had a real Department of Justice instead of one that protects our Banana Republic perhaps these criminals from Maricopa County would be in a jail cell where they all belong.

And finally, Katie Hobbs, Stephen Richer, and Bill Gates all have VIOLATED A.R.S. 38-503 under “Conflicts of Interests”

“Any public officer or employee who has, or whose relative has, a substantial interest in any decision of a public agency shall make known such interest in the official records of such public agency shall refrain from participating in any manner as an officer or employee in such decisions.”https://www.azleg.gov/ars/38/00503.htm

So when Katie Hobbs refused to recuse herself from overseeing her own election she VIOLATED A.R.S. 38-503 Moreover, Chairman Gates also VIOLATED A.R.S. 38-503 when he didn’t recuse himself due to the Political Action Committee he ran with his partner in crime Stephen Richer. Richer, not only VIOLATED A.R.S. 38-503 but he even VIOLATED the Arizona State Bar Association Rules for Professional Conduct. Ethical Rule 8.4 states, under Section (c) that it is professional misconduct to “engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.” Section (d) prohibits “conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice.” Section (e) says an attorney may not “state or imply an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official or to achieve results by means that violate the Rules of Professional Conduct or other law.” Richer, a lawyer opened up an anti Trump PAC in November of 2021 thus violating the official code of conduct. Don’t worry Stephen the AZ Bar will be receiving my official complaint soon. https://www.azbar.org/for-lawyers/ethics/rules-of-professional-conduct/

Kari Lake’s Message to Arizona and America After Corrupt Officials ‘Certified’ 2022 Election

Arizona, it’s Kari Lake, and I wanted to update you on what’s happening in our fight against Arizona’s sham elections and those who run them.

For starters, I want you to know that I am firmly in this fight with you. Maricopa County just couldn’t wait to certify their botched election, the botched election where half of Election Day voting centers were inoperable, the botched election where Election Day printers caused mayhem across the county, the botched election where Arizonans were expected to wait in line two, three, four, even five hours simply to exercise their sacred right to vote.

Arizonans were told to throw their vote into a drawer, where it might ultimately end up in a plastic bin or a trash bag. Maricopa County, where it took two weeks to count, is the poster child for broken, botched elections. But, if you bring up any of these issues, you are labeled an election denier or a conspiracy theorist.

They don’t want us talking about our shoddy elections under any circumstances. They shut us down and made us fear exercising our freedom of speech, and they canceled anyone who questioned past elections. Because of that, many Americans did not speak out, and nothing was done to shore up elections.

And now, we are paying the price again. Arizona, America, if we do not stand up and speak up right now about the most dishonest elections in the history of Arizona, I truly fear for our future.

.

Our sacred vote is supposed to be the great equalizer of the people. And right now, our vote has been trampled upon. We must work hard right now to save it. This is our last chance.

Those of you who are speaking out about what happened on November 8, those who testified before the corrupt Board of Supervisors, thank you, and God bless each of you. I am with you.

Here’s what I’m busy working on. I’m working with a team of patriotic, talented lawyers on a legal case to challenge the botched elections. My team and I realize how important this case is and what is at stake. We will file this case in accordance with Arizona state law. And you will want to stay tuned for this one. Trust me.

Guilty Gates popular meme

So many have expressed concern about Maricopa County’s certification. I agree. This botched election should not be certified, especially in Maricopa County, where the board of supervisors are well aware of the catastrophic issues caused by maladministration of Supervisor Bill Gates and County Recorder Stephen Richer, who started a dark money PAC with the sole purpose of going after me, my campaign, and our movement, while they supervised the election.

Let me repeat that. They ran an election with my name on the ballot, and their number one political goal was to see to it that I was not elected.

Can you say conflict of interest? Another member of the Board of Supervisors charged with certifying this botched election has been chosen to be on Katie Hobbs’ transition team. Another conflict of interest.

And perhaps the greatest conflict of interest of all: Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, the woman in charge of running her own election, who did almost zero campaigning, oversaw the botched election, is now threatening counties with legal action if they do not crown her Governor by certifying the election that she botched.

You simply can’t make this stuff up. Add to this the Attorney General’s letter implying wrongdoing in this election. It would give any honest person, any ethical person, pause to investigate and correct any issues, even after certification.

Hobbs

The multiple conflicts of interest, the incompetence, the maladministration, the ignorance, and the disrespect of voters is off the charts with those managing and operating our elections. We the people will not forget, God will not forget, and I will not quit.

I want to ease your mind a bit. My case, our case moves forward with these sham certifications. In fact, state statute requires certification before our case can move forward.

You know how hard I worked on the campaign trail leading our movement to bring common sense solutions to our problems. I am taking that same work ethic and using it behind the scenes right now, building a strong legal case. While we come together on this unifying issue of restoring honesty to our elections, rest assured, Arizona, nothing will stop me from putting everything I have into reforming elections here in Arizona and in America.

Signature Verification on Ballots is Enormously Ripe For Election Fraud

ARE THESE SIGNATURES FORGED?

In 2020 and 2022, under the guise of a “pandemic,’ mail-in ballots began pouring in by the millions to election offices across the country, to become pre-stacked and prepared for processing. But before the count, comes the signature test.

.

In 2016, mismatched signatures were the most common reason that mail ballots were rejected, according to federal officials. With record numbers of people voting by mail each cycle, ballots thrown out for signature problems and other issues have the potential to decide races where the margin of victory is slim.

See A Below

There is no doubt ejected mail-in ballots have been a significant factor in recent elections.

It is now obvious the corporate biased media would rather look the other way and practically deny any election fraud news. Worse, regularly attempt to dismiss or explain away evidence that doesn’t fit their pre-approved “move along, nothing to see here” narrative. They falsely insist that there are no vulnerabilities in the electoral process.

.

One of the most obvious examples of the media pundits remaining silent when they were put in their place was in St. Louis, Missouri in 2016. A Democratic primary election was overturned due to absentee ballot fraud. The incumbent, Penny Hubbard, seemed to win the Democratic primary race by ninety votes, but her opponent, Bruce Franks, challenged the results because of the large (and suspicious) number of absentee ballots cast for Hubbard. A judge ordered a special election after determining that many improper absentee ballots had been cast. Franks won that special election by a 3:1 margin.

Absentee ballot fraud standard practice in many jurisdictions across the country and often takes advantage of some of the most vulnerable citizens in our society. It is often calculated and organized. It’s not the media implications that they are just simple mistakes made by innocent people who were duped by the legal system.

.

Take the case of Bret Warren in Florida, who pleaded no contest to two felony voter fraud charges. His scheme was uncovered after five residents in a neighboring town did not receive their absentee ballots for the 2016 election, but were surprised to discover that they had been filled out, signed, and returned. Warren’s fingerprints were found on each of those ballots.

See B Below

In Texas, the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled that officials can exclude mail ballots with signature discrepancies, and do not have to notify voters of the decision until after the election.

In New Jersey, John Fernandez, who worked for the Essex County Department of Economic Development, was convicted of election fraud, absentee ballot fraud, and forgery. Fernandez, who received a five year sentence, was involved in a large scheme to help a Democratic state Senate candidate win. Fernandez obtained absentee ballots and filled them out on behalf of voters who never received or filled out their ballots. Such cases are often ignored by mainstream media (CNN, PBS, MSNBC, New York Time, ABC, CBS, NBC, USA Today, etc.).

.
.

Here’s how signature verification works in many states:

An election employee scans the barcode on the ballot envelope, which pulls up the voter’s file on a computer screen. That may include a single signature from a driver’s license or voter registration card, or several signatures that the state has collected over time.

The election worker compares the signatures and makes a decision in as little as five seconds.

If the worker determines the signatures match, the ballot moves on to be counted. If not, the ballot is set aside for further review.

See C Below

In some populous areas, like Los Angeles County and Clark County, Nev., a computer program takes the first pass at ballots, scanning for possible handwriting mismatches. If a discrepancy is found, the signature is given a second, and sometimes third, look by humans.

But in smaller counties with fewer resources, and in states where mail-in voting wasn’t widespread until this year, election workers rely on their own eyes.

In some counties, the process can be so low-tech that election workers use a paper clip to attach a copy of each voter’s ballot application to the ballot envelope, so that employees can glance at the two signatures.

ANSWERS

A: No. These signatures were written by two different people. In 30 states, voters are notified of a perceived mismatch and are given a chance to “cure” their ballot, in case officials made the wrong determination.

B. Yes. These signatures were written by the same person. Handwriting evolves with age, and many years may have evolved between a signature on a ballot and signature on a voter registration form.

C: No. These signatures are from different people.

Corporate Mainstream Media Goes Nuts Mocking Kari Lake

“Election Denier” has joined the media propaganda buzzwords “without evidence,” “the big lie,” and “conspiracy theorist” this month to please their masters. A look at just the most recent headlines reveals just how out of touch they are with reality. By now, only the most leftist sheep would be following corporate news. Here is a sampling:

Real Clear Politics: Marc Elias: Kari Lake’s “Crocodile Tears” About Voter Suppression Are The Definition Of “Chutzpah”

UPROXX: Soft Lighting Enthusiast Kari Lake Is Still Pushing Wild Conspiracy Theories About Her Election Loss

AB CLUB: Tom Petty’s estate won’t back down from stopping Kari Lake’s use of his music

The Tom Petty estate issued a cease and desist to the defeated Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate concerning her use …

A few days before the November 8, 2022 election, Kari Lake discussed mainstream media while she was talking about her support of law enforcement and police:

Men and women who put their lives on the line every single day… and while this was happening, my desperate opponent (who is sinking like a lead weight in water) pulled a stunt, and you guys fell for it.

Continuing, Lake then went on to emphasize what her opponent did and highlight just how easily the MSM hacks, who she referred to as propagandists for the Democratic Pary, fell for the stunt/hoax and went along with the defamation of her, saying:

She put out a defamatory statement and you all ran with it. You didn’t do your journalistic duty. it was a malpractice of journalism like I’ve never seen before.

It was an effort, I believe, to influence this election. Many of you are an arm of the Democrat Party Many of you are propagandists. And almost all of you should be ashamed.

Lake then emphasized those same points again, playing up her support with LEOs and using that relationship to rebut the idea that she was any way involved in the break-in of her opponent’s office, hammering the media again for just running with the story, saying:

Yesterday, my Democrat opponent put out a statement while I was meeting with police officers and firefighters, working to make sure that our state is safe, she’s pulling stunts and you guys are falling hook, line, and sinker for them.

She put out a statement about a petty theft that took place at her office. She knew darn well I had nothing to do with it, so she puts a statement out, and right away, your gatekeepers over at the Arizona Democratic Party jumped on it and put a statement out, which was the cue to you to go ahead and start running with it.

NBC News, an arm of the Democrat Party, was the first to start reporting on it. And then we get this from Newsy, whatever that is, “Gubernatorial candidate’s campaign headquarter broken into.”

You guys spread this like wildfire. And then The Guardian, overseas, “Campaign HQ Broken Into,” Watergate, oh my goodness.

The B-Glitch That Stole Elections

Arizona’s George Soros owned Secretary of State Katie Hobbs has been called many names by the citizens of Arizona and throughout the nation, but GLITCH (although close) is likely not one of them.

Local news KUTP-TV reported that at the Nov. 16 meeting of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, citizens addressed those responsible for the voter suppression they experienced on Election Day 2022.

“You look into your own soul, and you look back at yourself in the mirror, and realize you are the cancer that is tearing this nation apart,” resident Matt Baker said.

“You need to resign,” Lizette Lindt said. “You need to resign today, and I pray that God is going to convict your heart.”

Hobbs

.

Meanwhile, Arizona Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright of the Elections Integrity Unit, sent a letter to Thomas Liddy the Civil Division Chief of the  Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and county officials Saturday demanding an accounting for the widespread ballot tabulation and ballot printer problems seen during the general election on Nov. 8, 2022.

“The Elections Integrity Unit (“Unit”) of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office (“AGO”) has received hundreds of complaints since Election Day pertaining to issues related to the administration of the 2022 General Election in Maricopa County,” Wright began.

“These complaints go beyond pure speculation, but include first-hand witness accounts that raise concerns regarding Maricopa’s lawful compliance with Arizona election law,” she continued. “Furthermore, statements made by Maricopa Board of Supervisors Chairman Bill Gates and County Recorder Stephen Richer, along with information Maricopa County released through official modes of  communications appear to confirm potential statutory violation of title 16” election law violations.

The letter mentioned that the county claimed “at least 60 polling locations” had critical equipment that was not properly configured causing a GLITCH or GLITCHES to fail and with no ability to tabulate ballots.

Ballots are printed on demand because voters are able to check in at any location in Maricopa County, which includes multiple congressional, state and local districts.

“Wdespead problems…to non-uniform BOD printer configuration settings.. “

“Based on sworn complaints submitted by election workers employed by Maricopa County, the BOD printers were tested on Monday, November 7 without any apparent problems,” Wright wrote.

“Following widespread reports of problems at voting locations on Election Day, Chairman Gates publicly stated that voters who had already checked in to e-Pollbook, but were having difficulties voting could ‘check out’ of that voting location, and would be able to nonetheless vote in another voting location,” her letter revealed.

“Based on sworn complaints received by the Unit, not only have poll workers reported that they were not trained and/or not provided with information on how to execute ‘check out’ procedures, but many voters have reported the second voting location required the voter to cast a provisional ballot as the e-Pollbooks maintained the voter had cast a ballot in the original voting location.” she added.

“Based on sworn statements…poll workers reported they were not trained…how to execute ‘check out’ procedures…”

The letter indicated:

🔹Arizona state law prohibits a voter to cast a provisional ballot who has already been signed in electronically.

🔹 State law was violated when poll workers failed to keep ballots that were successfully tabulated on site segregated from those that were not.

“Maricopa County has admitted that[,] in some voting locations, ‘Door 3’ non-tabulated ballots were commingled with tabulated ballots at the voting location,” Wright wrote.

“Further, we received a sworn complaint from an election observer indicating that more than 1700 ‘Door 3’ non-tabulated ballots from one voting location were placed in black duffle bags that were intended to be used for tabulated ballots,” she continued.

“Pursuant to Arizona law, Maricopa County was required to complete ‘reconciliation of ballots cast against check ins’ at the voting locations before leaving the voting location, not at central count,” she informed.

“Arizonans deserve a full report and accounting of the myriad problems that occurred in relation to Maricopa County’s administration of the 2022 General Election. As the canvass is looming, and these issues relate to Maricopa County’s ability to lawfully certify election results,” she concluded.

Popular meme

Wright demanded a response to all these issues and more raised in her letter on or before Nov. 28 when an official canvas is due to Arizona’s Secretary of State office.

KARI LAKE’S TEAM MOVES INTO ACTION

CLEVERJOURNEYS was in Phoenix on Election Day and can confirm many citizens were angered by the corruption and purposeful disenfranchising at many polling locations.

Knowing Hobbs would not recuse herself from the state election oversight, her opponent, popular conservative governor candidate Kari Lake’s team prepared for the expected corruption.

🔹They spent $2 million to monitor the counting of votes and to be prepared with lawsuits based on the facts when necessary.

🔹Calling it her campaign war room, Lake acknowledged she had scores of lawyers, along with roving attorneys monitoring polling places and vote-counting operations.

Popular meme

🔹Lake herself visited many locations to see the GLITCHING first hand as she was attempting to vote. She too experienced problems voting.

Mark Sonnenklar shared with several news outlets that 10 roving attorneys (out of 16) responded to a survey he sent them, and that his report covers 115 voting places out of the 223 places in Maricopa County.

They found:

🔹72 of the 115 vote centers (62.61%) they monitored “had material problems with the tabulators not being able to tabulate ballots.”

🔹59 of the 115 vote centers they visited (51.30%), voters had to wait 1-2 hours before they received a ballot for voting.

This forced voters only 3 options:

🔹Deposit their ballots into Box 3

🔹”Spoil” their ballots and re-vote

🔹Remain frustrated and leave the vote center without voting.

“In many vote centers, the tabulators rejected the initial insertion of a ballot almost 100 percent of the time, although the tabulators might still accept that ballot on the second, third, fourth, fifth, or sixth attempt to insert the ballot,” he wrote.

“However, many ballots were not able to be tabulated by the tabulators at all, no matter how many times the voter inserted the ballot,” Sonnenklar revealed. “The percentage of ballots that were not able to be read at all by the tabulators ranged from 5% to 85% at any given time on election day, with the average being somewhere between 25 percent and 40 percent failure rates.”

Hobbs 2020 fraud was well known.

He noted that at many polling places, “the printer/tabulator issues persisted from the beginning of election day until the end of election day.”

Sonnenklar noted that “because Republican voters significantly outnumbered Democrat voters in the County on election day, such voter suppression would necessarily impact the vote tallies for Republican candidates much more than the vote tallies for Democrat candidates.”

If Media Tells You There Is No Voter Fraud, They Are Lying: Here are Some Actual Cases

Big Media distorts, eliminates and hides much of any news regarding election fraud. We selected some of the most notorious states known for election cheating. Just a small tip of the iceberg, here is a selection of some missed or dismissed by corporate news organizations.

PENNSYLVANA

Former U.S. Congressman Michael “Ozzie” Myers was charged with over 13 felonies for his role in orchestrating a scheme to stuff ballot boxes in favor of Democrat candidates he either favored or represented as a consultant. Myers, a former Democrat congressman who was ousted from office and served time in prison on charges of bribery and corruption due to his involvement in the Abscam sting, orchestrated schemes in Philadelphia’s 39th Ward, the 36th and 2nd Divisions, to commit ballot fraud.

Myers

He conspired with Domenick Demuro and Marie Beren, Judges of Elections for each ward by bribing them to add additional fraudulent votes to voting machines for candidates Myers represented or supported as a political consultant. This scheme occurred during elections between 2014-2018. He pleaded guilty to charges of depriving persons of civil rights, bribery, falsification of voting records, and conspiring to illegally vote in a federal election. If his plea deal is accepted by the judge he faces up to 60 years in prison and over $1 million in fines.

Domenick Demuro, a Judge of Elections in Philadelphia and a Democratic ward leader, accepted bribes to add fraudulent ballots to voting machines and falsely certify election results for certain Democrat candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections.

According to the DOJ press release, Demuro “admitted that a local political consultant gave him directions and paid him money to add votes for candidates supported by the consultant, including candidates for judicial office whose campaigns actually hired the consultant, and other candidates for various federal, state and local elective offices preferred by that consultant for a variety of reasons.”

Demuro pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights and one violation of the Hatch act.

Wallace Hill, a translator at Philadelphia Poll 43-7, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to perform duty. Hill and three other board members were indicted after allegations of fraud in Philadelphia’s 43rd Ward surfaced after the 2017 special election for the statehouse seat for the 197th District. The cabal were accused of, among other things, intimidating voters who did not want to vote for the Democratic candidate. In court, witnesses testified that they were not able to cast ballots for the candidates of their choice. Hill was sentenced to 18 months of probation and was stripped of his right to vote until 2022.

Francis Presto of South Park, a registered Republican, requested and cast an absentee ballot on behalf of his deceased wife. He was charged with felonies for interfering with an election and unlawful use of a computer and a misdemeanor charge for forging a ballot. He was sentenced to a diversion program of 2 years and ordered to complete 250 hours of community service. His charges will be dropped upon completion of the terms of his diversion program.

Melissa Fisher was charged with a misdemeanor count of violating absentee and mail-in ballot provisions after signing and submitting an absentee ballot on behalf of her deceased mother during the 2020 general election in Quakertown. She pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charge and two unrelated theft charges and was sentenced to 3 to 23 months in prison and 3 years’ probation.

Harry Maxwell, of Delaware County, was charged with absentee ballot fraud. In his confession, Maxwell said that he would pick up “girls” and get them to sign absentee ballots in the names of deceased indivduals. He pleaded guilty to one count of forgery, one count of false use of an absentee ballot, and two counts of criminal conspiracy, and was sentenced to two years’ probation and ordered to pay $500 in fines.

ARIZONA

One of the most notorious cases involved Guillermina Fuentes who was charged with only one count of ballot abuse for ballot trafficking during the 2020 primary election. Although there were many charges, Fuentes was the former mayor of San Luis, and a well-known political figure in her community, and works as a political consultant.

Using that influence, Fuentes persuaded voters to allow her to collect their ballots and, in some instances, fill out ballots on behalf of the voters. Fuentes admitted that she “knowingly collect[ed] ballots from another person, and those early ballots belonged to individuals for whom I am not a family member, household member, or caregiver.” She pleaded guilty to one count of ballot abuse.

Joseph John Marak, 62, pleaded guilty to one felony count of Submission of a Materially False Voter Registration Application. Marak claimed on his application that he was not a convicted felon when he had been convicted of 18 felony counts and served several years in prison. He admitted to illegally voting in six federal elections since 2016. Marak was sentenced to 30 months of supervised probation and fined $2,400.

Long lines at conservative precincts were the norm in Maricopa Co. 2022

Marcia Johnson, 70, of Lake Havasu City pleaded guilty to the Class D felony of Voting More Than Once in the November 2018 general election. Johnson cast her own mail-in ballot as well as one sent to her deceased father whose name remained on the voter rolls after his death in 2012. She was sentenced to one year of probation, charged a special assessment of $100, and fined $1,000.

Krista Michelle Connor, 55, pleaded guilty to one felony count of Attempted Illegal Voting. Connor had signed and cast an early mail-in ballot in the name of her mother, Jeanne Sullivan, who died a month prior to the 2020 general election. She was sentenced to 100 hours of community service and fined $890.

Randy Allen Jumper voted twice in the 2016 general election. He voted by absentee ballot in Arizona and again by absentee ballot in Nevada. He pleaded guilty to attempted illegal voting, a class 6 felony. He was sentenced to two years probation, fined $5,000, and is barred from voting in Arizona.

GEORGIA

Mohammad Shafiq had a disagreement with Madison County sheriff candidate Clayton Lowe, and thought he would get back at the man by helping his opponent win the election. Shafiq fraudulently submitted voter registrations cards and–in the face of accusations–coerced a couple, Bennie and Margaret Pierce, to sign affidavits intended to exonerate him. Upon investigation, his ruse was discovered, and he was charged with two counts of perjury, three counts of tampering with evidence, and two counts of voter identification fraud. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years’ probation with a fine of $6,750.

Carleton Vines and his accomplices ran an absentee ballot fraud operation designed to rig the election in which Vines won election as a state court judge. Vines’s co-conspirators acted as “runners,” illegally “assisting” voters in filling out their absentee ballots. In many cases, ballots were transported by the conspirators to Vines’s law office before being subsequently mailed. The group signed a consent decree with the state board of election, acknowledging their actions and accepting a public reprimand. Vines was fined $15,000.

Following an investigation by the Georgia Secretary of State’s office, it was revealed that Charlie Mack Wooten and his fellow conspirators, “did in fact provide assistance to electors who were not physically disabled or illiterate.” He and four other individuals were indicted by a grand jury in May 2016 for election fraud stemming from the November 2012 election. In lieu of going to trial, Wooten pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges.

Tommy Raney, a candidate for the Jackson City Council, and his campaign worker, Debra Brown, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit absentee ballot fraud for mishandling more than 40 absentee ballots in the Jackson City Council race. Raney had won the election by 27 votes. Both were sentenced to two years’ probation. Raney was fined $158,000, and Brown was fined $20,000.

The Georgia State Election Board imposed penalties against Edwin Morris and Alexia Williams in 2011 for their roles in forging signatures to get David Osborne on the 2008 Chatham County Commission ballot. Morris received a reprimand and a 10-year suspension from campaign involvement. Williams was fined $300. In 2012, the Board ordered Kim Ross to pay a $300 fine for her involvement in the forging scheme.

Former Twiggs County Sheriff Doyle Stone and his son, Greg Stone, were investigated for mishandling absentee ballots in Greg Stone’s 2008 primary campaign for sheriff. Absentee voters complained that Doyle Stone coerced them into voting for Greg Stone, and then took their ballots rather than allow them to be mailed in. Gremmmg Stone lost the election by a wide margin. Both men agreed to pay $300 in civil fines.

Former Dodge County Sheriff Michael Douglas, Jr., and Deputy Sheriff Olin Gibson pleaded guilty to election fraud in connection with Douglas’ first campaign for sheriff. Douglas pleaded guilty to conspiracy to buy votes and to voting more than once, and Gibson pleaded guilty to buying a vote for Douglas.

MICHIGAN

One of the most interesting vote ballot fraudsters is a Reverend. Following a jury trial, Reverend Edward Pinkney of Benton Harbor was found guilty of possessing other individuals’ absentee ballots and buying votes in a runoff election. At a local soup kitchen, Pinkney would pay $5 to each poor or homeless person who would fill out an absentee ballot. Rev. Pinkney was convicted again. This time for false certification of petitions in a mayoral recall election. As a habitual offender, based on his three prior convictions, Pinkney was sentenced to serve between two-and-a-half and ten years in prison.

Trenae Myesha Rainey, 28, pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of making a false statement on an absentee ballot application. During the 2020 general election, Rainey, an employee at an assisted living facility, completed roughly two dozen absentee voter applications, forging individual signatures of residents. She then handed over the ballots to another employee, whom she instructed to send the absentee ballot requests to the county election clerk. Rainey was sentenced to two years’ probation, in which the first 45 days would be spent in the county jail.

Former Oakland County Democratic Party officials, Jason Bauer and Mike McGuinness, were charged with election fraud for trying to put a fake Tea Party candidate on the ballot in order to dilute the Republican vote. Bauer pleaded no contest and was sentenced to one year probation and $2,600 in fines. McGuinness pleaded no contest to perjury and forgery, and received one year probation, 180 hours of community service, and $1,965 in fines.

Brandon Hall was convicted of ten counts of ballot petition fraud. Chris Houghtaling, who sought to become a candidate for the Ottawa County District Court, hired Hall to acquire the necessary signatures for his candidacy; Houghtaling reportedly did not care whether the signatures were collected legally or illegally, and even assisted in Hall’s crime by providing him old 2010 petitions to copy. Hall, realizing he did not collect enough signatures, used a phone book to complete the rest. Hall’s friend, Zachary Savage, assisted with the fraud, but prosecutors granted him immunity in exchange for his testimony. Hall appealed his conviction, which was affirmed.

Former staff members for U.S. Representative Thaddeus McCotter created fake nominating petitions for his short-lived presidential campaign. Lorianne O’Brady pleaded no contest to falsely signing a nominating petition, and was sentenced to 20 days in either prison or a work program, as well as paying $2,625. Don Yowchuang pleaded no contest to 10 counts of forgery and six counts of falsely signing a nominating petition as a circulator, and received three years’ probation and 200 hours of community service. Paul Seewald pleaded guilty to nine counts of falsely signing a nominating petition, and received 100 hours of community service and three years’ probation.

Salim Ahmed pleaded guilty to one felony count of unlawful possession of an absentee ballot. Ahmed was initially charged with 20 counts of improper return of absentee ballots. He and two other men delivered absentee ballots to the city clerk’s office from people not related to them or members of their household. Ahmed was fined and ordered to pay court costs.

Armani Asad, an unsuccessful candidate for Hamtramck City Council, pleaded guilty to one count of improper possession of an absentee ballot. Asad initially faced 14 charges related to improper return of absentee ballots. He and two other men illegally delivered absentee ballots to the city clerk’s office from people not related to them or members of their household. Asad was fined and ordered to pay court costs.

Dilsa Maria Saddler, of Berrien Springs, was convicted of conspiracy to commit election fraud. She registered to vote and voted in a general election, even though she was ineligible because she is not a U.S. citizen. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 100 hours of community service, and $750 in fines and court costs.

WISCONSIN

Peggy West, a former Milwaukee county supervisor, submitted false signatures on a petition to place her on the ballot for an election. According to the complaint filed against her, West forged the signatures of multiple residents within her district, and used a third party to collect other signatures despite the legal requirement that she collect them herself. She later falsely attested to have done so. West pleaded guilty to a charge of election fraud, and was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay a $2,500 fine.

Robert Monroe, identified by prosecutors as the worst multiple-voter in state history, pleaded no contest to charges that he voted more than once in a two year span. Monroe’s record was extensive: he voted twice in a Wisconsin Supreme Court election, twice in the recall election of state Senator Alberta Darling, and five times in Gov. Scott Walker’s recall election. He also cast an illegal ballot in a primary and voted twice in a general election. On four of the counts, Monroe received a suspended three-year prison sentence, and almost a year in jail. He also received five years’ probation, and was ordered to complete 300 hours of community service and pay a $5,000 fine.

Nebi Ademi, 63, a native of Macedonia who resides in Chippewa Falls, successfully cast a ballot in a primary election, despite his status as a non-citizen. Ademi filled out a same-day registration, leaving blank the question about his citizenship. District Attorney Steve Gibbs noted that poll workers “should have caught this” and recommended, based on his determination that Ademi had not deliberately broken the law, that the charges against him be changed from election fraud to disorderly conduct. Ademi pleaded no contest. He was ordered to pay $443 in court costs.

Chad Armstrong, a convicted felon on probation, voted in the election despite being ineligible. He was charged with felony election fraud but pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor. He was sentenced to five days in jail.

Mark Fischer pleaded guilty to election fraud after voting in the 2016 presidential primary and general election despite being on probation for a felony drunken driving offense – his fifth or sixth offense of this nature. Circuit Judge Ramona Gonzalez sentenced Fisher to pay a $1,158 fine.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission issued a report to the Wisconsin Legislature in March 2017, detailing over 60 instances of 17-year-olds illegally voting in the 2016 primary election.

Just How Bad was 2022 Election Cheating in Arizona?

What do Tracey Kay McKee, Marcia Johnson, Joseph John Marak, Krista Michelle Connor, Guillermina Fuentes, Alma Yadira Juarez, Randy Allen Jumper, Richard John Greenfield, David Milton Culberson, Adam Bruce Hallin, John David Hamrick, Gerald Bernard Sack, Steven Jeffrey Streeter, and Jay Sherill Thompson have in common?

They have all been convicted of some kind of election voter fraud in Arizona.

Reading and listening to corporate media, one would think everything is coming up roses regarding Arizona elections. Arizona newspapers commonly repeat the propaganda mantra buzzwords of Big Media: “without evidence,” and “fodder for right wing conspiracy theories” are commonly included in their pretend journalism.

Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors, Bill Gates was forced to acknowledge serious problems in their voting tabulations after  Arizona Republican senatorial candidate Blake Masters, the Republican National Committee and the Republican Party of Arizona came forward with insider information matched up with voter’s speaking out against the November 8, 2022 local elections errors.

“So, people when they got to a machine and the machine didn’t work, they were invited to just drop their ballot in a secure box. Hey, we’ll count this later,” Masters revealed on the Tucker Carlson program. “Well, it turns out Maricopa County on at least two occasions mixed up those uncounted ballots with ballots that had already been counted.”

“So, it’s a giant disaster. It’s a giant mess to try to unmix these ballots,” he continued. “Right. I think the most honest thing at this point would be for Maricopa County to wipe the slate clean, just take all the ballots and do a fresh count.”

In the 2020 presidential election, there were a total of 132,556 polling places in the country and 775,101 election officials. Maricopa County appeared to be an epicenter for election fraud:

Big Media moved into action attempting to change the narrative and in some cases, cover up, for the scandals.

To millions of Americans who look beyond the tainted reports of corporate media, they realize that when local school boards complained that they were being “harassed” by “hostile” parents, that is generally a narrative stirred by left wing propaganda.

More parents are attending these public meetings for cause and to raise important issues and asking tough questions about school curriculums.

They have the right to know if schools were miseducating and propagandizing their children.  Are election officials getting upset because the public is finally paying attention to how they are doing their jobs? Is this because parents are asking challenging questions?

In Arizona, or any state, when members of the public begin questioning their election officials, they are no more “domestic terrorists” than those parents questioning their school boards are, no matter how much Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Left try to label them as such.

Here are types of alleged electoral fraud discovered:

Ballot stuffing: Casting illegal votes or submitting more than one ballot per voter.

Votes cast in the names of deceased people: The name of a deceased person remains on a state’s official list of registered voters and a living person fraudulently casts a ballot in that name.

Felon vote fraud: The casting of a ballot by a person convicted of a felony who is not eligible to vote as a result of the conviction. Voting rights for convicted felons vary by state.

Voter suppression: A variety of tactics aimed at lowering or suppressing the number of voters who might otherwise vote in a particular election.

Voter registration fraud: Filling out and submitting a voter registration card for a fictional person, or filling out a voter registration card with the name of a real person but without that person’s consent and forging his or her signature on the card.

Voter impersonation: A person claims to be someone else when casting a vote.

Vote-buying: Agreements between voters and others to buy and sell votes, such as a candidate paying voters to vote for him or her.

Fraud by election officials: Manipulation of ballots by officials administering the election, such as tossing out ballots or casting ballots in voters’ names.

Absentee ballot vote fraud: A person attempts to fill out and turn in an absentee ballot containing false information. For example, this can occur when a person attempts to fill out and turn in an absentee ballot with the name of a false or non-existent voter. The term can extend to manipulation, deception, or intimidation of absentee

World’s Most Powerful Telescope Under Construction Will Allow Detailed Views Deeper Into Space

The Giant Magellan Telescope (GMT) is a next-generation optical/infrared telescope being developed in northern Chile that will yield important discoveries on topics such as galaxies in the early universe and Earth-sized planets orbiting nearby stars.

The University of Texas at Austin’s $110.3 million investment in the GMT, allows an accelerated construction of the world’s most powerful telescope

Calling it an impressive “commitment toward building the telescope and its instrumentation, propelling the telescope closer to first light,”  Taft Armandroff, director of the university’s McDonald Observatory and vice chair of the GMT Organization board said, “GMT will provide transformational observing capabilities to our faculty, students and researchers.”

The funds are being used to manufacture the 12-story telescope structure at Ingersoll Machine Tools in Illinois, continue progress on the telescope’s seven primary mirrors at the Richard F. Caris Mirror Lab in Arizona, and build one of the most advanced scientific instruments, led by UT Austin, called the GMT Near Infrared Spectrograph (GMTNIRS).

“We are honored to receive this investment in our future,” said GMT President Robert Shelton. “The funding is truly a collaborative effort from our founders. It will result in the fabrication of the world’s largest mirrors, the giant telescope mount that holds and aligns them, and a science instrument that will allow us to study the chemical evolution of stars and planets like never before.”

GMT is under construction at Carnegie’s Las Campanas Observatory in Chile and will allow astronomers to see farther into space with more detail than any other optical telescope before.

It will have 10 times the light collecting area and four times the spatial resolution of the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) and will be up to 200 times as powerful as existing research telescopes.

This unprecedented angular resolution, combined with revolutionary spectrographs and high-contrast cameras, will work in direct synergy with JWST to empower new scientific discoveries.

GMT will be the next step in studying the physics and chemistry of the faintest light sources in space that JWST will identify. This includes searching the atmospheres of potentially habitable planets for life, studying the first galaxies that formed in the universe, and finding clues that will unravel the mysteries of dark matter, dark energy, black holes and the formation of the universe.

“We are working with some of the brightest engineers and scientists at the leading research institutions around the globe,” said Walter Massey, GMT board chair and former director of the National Science Foundation and chairman of Bank of America. “The recent contributions from our investing partners in the Giant Magellan Telescope are collectively pushing the boundaries of astronomy, making the future a reality and allowing us to answer some key science goals, including ‘Are we alone in the universe?”

The telescope has already achieved significant construction progress during the past few years. Six of seven primary mirror segments have been cast in Tucson, Arizona.

The third primary mirror segment has completed its two-year polishing phase and is undergoing final testing.

Construction of a 40,000-square-foot facility in Rockford, Illinois, to manufacture the telescope structure is complete.

The production of the telescope’s first adaptive secondary mirror is well underway in France and Italy, and the site in Chile is being primed for the next stage of construction and for pouring of the foundation.

Calls For Handcounting Maricopa County’s Disastrous 2022 Election Ballots Grow

The real “election deniers” are mainstream media and leftist propagandists.

Citizens far and wide in Maricopa County, Arizona and throughout the nation are calling for an election “do over” or at least an honest and transparent handcount of the ballots cast before and during the November 8, 2022 election.

Many leaders and their constituents warned county officials repeatedly, since the infamous 2021 audit revealed corruption and dishonesty in the 2020 election.

Popular memes

Arizona Corporation Commissioner Jim O’Connor, who was one of the most prolific in warning county officials around the state in advance of the election that using electronic voting machine tabulators would be illegal.

O’Connor told Arizona’s The Sun Times all of the Maricopa County Supervisors must resign, as well as County Recorder Stephen Richer and Bill Gates, chair of the Maricopa County Supervisor. He said a full hand count of Maricopa County ballots must be conducted.

“I join the voters of Maricopa County requesting the immediate resignations of the entire Board of Supervisors and the County Recorder for their gross negligence and maladministration of our 2022 General Election,” he said.

“They had many citizens inform them of the many problems and vulnerabilities associated with continuing the use of voting machines and tabulators, which they ignored,” O’Conner continued.”

“It’s time to initiate a full 100% HAND COUNT of ALL Maricopa County Ballots,” he stated. “To be clear, the people now demand HAND COUNT, not another fake audit in which fraudulent ballots are recounted.”

Very little has changed in Maricopa County since the cheating and corruption of the November 2020 election.

It remains the only jurisdiction in the United States that receives completed ballots at a USPS Processing Distribution Center, but doesn’t bring them back to their election department or tabulation center.

Again, they used Runbeck Election Services, proponents of liberal causes who were involved in other questionable elections, including Fulton County, Georgia in 2020.

Ballots from polling places and the USPS center have been delivered to Runbeck without official and bipartisan observation prior to sending them to the county.

Some are calling Maricopa County the TWILIGHT ZONE

Maricopa Using Runbeck Again to Scan Ballots With No Observers

We were in Phoenix on Election Day 2022 to report and interview on voting activities. The most important thing we learned was that very little has changed in Maricopa County, Arizona since the cheating and corruption of the November 2020 election.

It remains the only jurisdiction in the United State that receives completed ballots at a USPS Processing Distribution Center, but doesn’t bring them back to their election department or tabulation center.

Many roads lead to Kevin Runbeck when it comes to questionable ballot issues in Arizona, Georgia and other suspicious election jurisdictions.

Kevin Runbeck

In December 2019, just before America learned of something called “COVID,” Runbeck suddenly had the foresight, premonition, instinct, and urge to order 11 ballot printing and sorting machines.

Or was it inside information that caused Runbeck Election Services to buy these printers, worth millions of dollars? The company would be adding to their already five–-to handle the forthcoming election of 2020.

Almost three years later, the mailed-in ballots so hot and heavy in the news right now are sent to print vendor Runbeck Election Services, about six miles away from Maricopa’s own Tabulation Center in Phoenix.

Every single completed mail-in ballot, whether mailed or dropped off at a polling place, goes straight to Runbeck.

Today, while America waits, all mail-in ballots that were collected on election day, and the previous few days, are sitting at Runbeck headquarters.

Maricopa has no clue how many ballots are in their possession because the ballots are under no electoral processing supervision. It is no wonder in 2022, America’s future is hanging by a thread as Arizona’s votes are not under control and farmed out to a suspicious vendor with a questionable past.

Who filed a U.S. Patent Application for a computer system for “on-screen ballot duplication” to be used for “generating a revised ballot”?

According to application # 20190311030, Kevin Runbeck did:

Kevin Runbeck has been the Chairman and owner of Runbeck Election Services.

Stunningly, government records indicate Brian Runbeck, who worked for his family’s ballot printing company,  was a prolific monetary contributor (over 50 times in 2020) to Act Blue, Biden for President and the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee.

Rey Valenzuela, who was Maricopa County elections director in 2020, had a curious relationship to Kevin Runbeck, owner of the printing company. He was highlighted on Runbeck’s website during the 2020 fiasco.

(Note: The reference by Valenzuela has been taken down from the Runbeck website.)

(Note: The reference by Valenzuela has been taken down from the Runbeck website.)

Sworn Testimony

When Rudy Giuliani and Arizona state legislatures held public hearings regarding the Maricopa County election fraud of November 2020, among the most compelling sworn testimonies came from elections witness Jan Bryant.

Her testimony coincided with others and may explain Arizona audit director Ken Bennett’s later revelation that Dominion Voting Systems had refused to comply with a subpoena to turn over passwords to its Maricopa County voting machines.

During the hearing on November 30, 2020, Bryant testified under oath that not even county IT staff were allowed access to the machines.

Bryant witnessed Dominion employees with a laptop computer in the counting room during the six days she worked at the Maricopa County Election Center.

During questioning by Republican state Rep. Mark Finchem, Bryant said there were daily election ballot deliveries to the center by Runbeck Election Services. According to witness testimony, these deliveries happened from Nov. 3 to at least Nov. 10.

Repeated explanations by supervisors at that time was that “Runbeck has high speed scanners,” Bryant said. She was told the ballots were scanned offsite by Runbeck and then delivered to the Maricopa County Election Center.

Transcript Quotes from Bryant’s testimony:

Jan Bryant: …ten days before they quit tabulating they thought they were done. And then more truck loads of ballots would come in. And I’m like, how can you not know how many ballots are still out there.

State House Rep. David L. Cook: Mr. Chairman I’m sorry. WOULD YOU REPEAT THAT. They thought they were done, and then there was WHAT?

Jan Bryant: They thought they were done multiple times. Multiple times the people that were running the rooms thought they were done (counting ballots), or almost done. Or were gonna be done Wednesday morning (Nov. 4th), then Thursday morning (Nov. 5th), then Friday morning. Then it went on the whole next week. And I’m like, I asked the question, You don’t know how many ballots are still left to come in? I don’t know who does, again…process…project management, but zero.

Forward to 2022 and Maricopa taxpayers continue to pay for Runbeck because they have “high-speed scanners.”

🔹Runbeck scans the ballots in batches to create a digital image of each envelope signature area.

🔹This batch of images is given to the Maricopa tabulation center (MCTEC) for poll worker review.

🔹MCTEC supposedly notifies Runbeck if any of those signatures don’t match.

🔹Runbeck separates out those bad envelopes, then delivers both sets of these envelopes by van to MCTEC.

🔹MCTEC then opens the envelopes and starts the tabulation process.

🔹This “batch” process is repeated until all “mail-in” ballot envelopes are scanned at Runbeck.

🔹This takes 10-12 days after every general election, and ballots envelopes are delivered each day by Runbeck vans.

🔹The Bluecrest Vantage mail processing machines Runbeck purchased in December 2019 scan these envelopes at a rate of 40-50,000 ballots an hour.

🔹These machines also automatically scan the ballot signatures using embedded commercial-grade check cashing signature software from Parascript.

🔹Maricopa continues to use its slow manual “batch” process of reviewing signatures.

Recall in 2020, Kelly Dixon was the Maricopa elections official who sent an email out to staff stipulating voters would be required to use Sharpie markers at polling places on Election Day, but ballpoint pens prior to that specific time.

Kelly Dixon

Some of the elections clerks suspected this could be to circumvent or take advantage of the expectations that Democrats were more likely to vote early, and Republicans were more likely to show up in person on Election Day.

Federal Election Commission records show that Dixon donated $100 to Democrat fundraising aggregator ActBlue on September 22, 2020.

She attached a memo to the donation stipulating that the cash was “EARMARKED FOR MARK KELLY FOR SENATE.”

Kelly went on to be declared the winner in the Arizona Senate race by the margin of some 78,000 votes.

Curiously, Dixon ordered subordinates to hand out ballpoint pens to voters from October until November 2 -the day before the election – then switch to Sharpie markers on November 3.

In her October 22, 2020 email to them, Dixon admitted that they are aware of significant complaints relating to issues using Sharpie markers on ballots at polling locations.

Dixon specifically indicated that on November 2, poll workers are to give out ballpoint pens instead of markers, then switch back to the markers on election day, November 3.

“Next, we’ve heard you and we know you’re hearing issues and concerns about the Sharpie Markers,” Dixon acknowledged in the email. “Starting tomorrow, 10/23, and through 11/2, we are asking that Clerks hand voters BALLPOINT PENS rather than Markers.”

Dixon actually emailed this order.

However, Dixon went on to stipulate that Sharpie markers must be used on November 3: “We NEED to use Markers on Election Day, but for now and through 11/2, hand voters a Ballpoint Pen. You have plenty of pens in your supplies right now.”

She concluded with directions for recipients of the email to “message this to your Inspectors and ensure they cascade this change down to everyone on the Board.”

These Vantage machines cost $1.06 million each.  Maricopa could purchase two of these machines and process roughly 90,000 ballots an hour in-house. But Maricopa continues to re-sign contracts with Runbeck, which prevents them from bringing all this in-house.

Dominion ballot-marking devices are used in jurisdictions in 12 states, including Arizona, Georgia, California, Michigan and Missouri.

Multi-Million Dollar Miracle?

How did Runbeck have such an epiphany–a once in a lifetime devine-like realization–that it would cause them such an extreme amount of money to go all-in and more to make this type of purchase?

Why did Fulton County, Georgia receive more than one million blank absentee ballots from Runbeck Election Services of Phoenix, Arizona just ten days before the 2020 Election, but no envelopes?

Why did Georgia Governor Brian Kemp rush to Houston just two weeks before the Trump Administration forced the closing of the Chinese Consulate there in July, 2020? Why was it so urgent for Kemp to meet with Li Qiangmin, the Consul General there?

Was it not worth the time of investigators to look into Jared Thomas, a close friend and former chief of staff for Kemp who just so happened to be one of eight registered lobbyists for Dominion Voting Systems in Georgia?

Every Reason Not to Use Dominion Ignored?

Why did Raffensperger and Kemp proceed with using Dominion and Runbeck after the Georgia Legislature, in December 2018, was warned by FreedomWorks and the bipartisan National Election Defense Coalition of the severe problems ahead using Dominion?

Are their any investigative concerns that the warnings included “these devices will cost Georgia taxpayer three times more than the most common and efficient paper ballot voting method, hand-marked paper ballots”?

Why was anyone of authority not investigating another Dominion lobbyist, former Georgia Secretary of State Lewis Abit Massey?

Why weren’t attorneys general of Arizona, Georgia, or any state, concerned about the investigation into U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings revealing that the firm which owns Dominion Voting Systems received $400 million dollars from a Swiss bank with close links to the Chinese government less than a month before the 2020 election?

Clinton & Zuckerberg Connections?

What about the records revealing Dominion donated large sums (at least $150,000) of money to the Clinton Foundation and were in cahoots with The DELIAN Project, a transnational voting technology initiative valued at over $2 million with the Clintons?

What about the festering issue that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg donated nearly $5.6 million to the Raffensperger’s office to spend on the 2020 election? The now notorious Zuckerberg-linked group, the Washington, D.C.-based Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR), donated the money.

Are there ANY concerns that Raffensperger ADMITTED IN HIS OWN PRESS RELEASE that “Instead of leaving the sending of absentee ballot request forms to local elections offices or third party organizations, the Secretary of State’s office took on that responsibility, coordinating with experienced state vendors for the printing and mailing of the request forms.”

“The Secretary of State’s office also contracted with outside mail vendors for the fulfillment of the absentee ballot requests, including the provision of processing equipment and printing and mailing ballots, to take that burden off of local elections officials.“

“The Secretary of State is providing millions of dollars in grants to local elections offices for sanitation equipment, elections infrastructure, and other voting needs. One grant in particular is dedicated to equipment like drop boxes, which will make it easier for voters to return their absentee ballots and for local elections offices to accept them.”?

2020

Why did heavily lobbied Georgia leaders go forward with the $138 million Dominion system, even after Georgia’s six county test failed?

Why Spend $100+ Million More for Failed System?

What did investigators make of the fact that if the state legislature would not have approved the $138 million expenditure, the comparative estimate of providing optical scanners to count ballots marked by pen (and providing at least one Dominion machine to offer accessible technology for voters that may need assistance) would cost about $35 million? Investigators apparently didn’t investigate.

Why did Susan Greenhalgh, an election security consultant for plaintiffs suing over Georgia’s voting system say “it’s really concerning that the Georgia secretary of state and Dominion are kind of putting their head in the sand. Common sense would say you would want to be able to evaluate the claims and then take appropriate action, and they’re not doing any of that.”?

Maricopa County Election 2020 in Twilight Zone

Maricopa County, Arizona election judge Michele Swinick was threatened with termination by her supervisor “Timothy” if she revealed publically what she experienced on Election Day.

It is important to note that Judge Pamela Gates is married to Maricopa County Elections Supervisor Bill Gates. Last year, Judge Gates chose who was to preside over the Arizona election audit case. Her husband is part of the group that did everything they could to prevent an audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 Election results. His wife also appointed a Janet Napolitano appointed judge to the Maricopa County election audit case.

As of 12:01 am (CST), with 83.7% of ballots counted, the Maricopa claimed count is Katy Hobbs at 50.72% with 1,100,00550 votes vs. Kari Lake at 49.28% of votes with 1,068,90849 ballots supposedly counted.

Michele Swinick

.

GOP candidate for governor Kari Lake noted that many of the precincts that suspiciously malfunctioned in Maricopa were Republican-heavy districts, fueling another round of corruption activities after the county became a focal point of vote-fraud in the 2020 election.

🔹Swinick worked Election Day as a judge at the Islamic Voting Center in Scottsdale, AZ.

🔹The center is heavily Republican, with “no party” designated voters as the second most populous demographic, followed by very few democrat voters.

🔹She checked in very few Democrats on Election Day and spent the entire day checking in voters.

🔹The tabulators all worked “perfectly” during the test the night before the election.

But as scanning began immediately with the first ballots Tuesday morning, voters attempted to scan their ballots “between 4 and 12 times with very minimal success.”

🔹Poll workers estimated about 1 in 10 ballots were actually being read for the first three hours of voting.

🔹Voters were given options to either spoil their ballots and try again or drop them into a different section called “Door 3.”

🔹Going against protocol, their inspector had to empty the ballots from “Door 3” three times throughout the early afternoon because of the volume of ballots.

🔹Ballots aren’t supposed to be removed from that box until polls close, but they made an exception because the box was jamming and became too full.

🔹After a technician rebooted the machines after 3:30 pm (MT), there were no further issues with ballots being run through tabulators.

🔹An offsite supervisor instructed them to put all “door 3” ballots that had not been scanned through a tabulator into a separate black bag and to label them “misreads.”

Plagued with corruption, citizens gather at Maricopa election center in 2020.

🔹These bags were sent to the tabulation center to be counted even though the “unread” ballots should have gone through the tabulators one more time before sending them to the center.

🔹The County set up a website to give voters the ability to check that their vote was counted, but site did NOT ACTUALLY VERIFY VOTE TABULATIONS. It only allowed a voter to “check in” which allows cheating.

“My roommate ran his ballot through the tabulators 15 times as one of the 1st voters at the Islamic Center,” Swinick revealed. “It did not read the ballot. He was forced to drop it in door #3.”

“About an hour after I arrived home at 9 pm MT, my roommate checked the website to see if his vote had been counted. The website reported it was,” she said. “It is mathematically impossible for his vote to have been counted by then since only an hour before, I left the center, and the ballots had not been taken from the center to the meeting point where the ballots are hand exchanged to another transport team, which takes them to the tabulation center.”

“For his ballot to have been counted, it would have also needed to be sorted and hand-counted by a team at that center and reported into the website —all within that hour,” she explained.

“In the case of ‘In Person/Day of Voting’, this proves the reporting of his ballot being received and counted is actually based on his being checked into the Voting Center and him receiving a ballot to be cast—NOT his ballot being scanned and read through the tabulator or hand counted at the tabulation center,” she noted.

“In my opinion, the machines were programmed to do this, and it was all planned,” she told Undercover DC. “The process and narrative, both machines and people. It was brilliantly done. They isolated the ballots to replace or not count them in 223 bags. The hard part for them in 2020 and during the primary was getting the ballots to match their manufactured machine count. This way, they have everything isolated in the bags.”

Kari Lake Believes She Will Be Arizona’s Governor Despite Fake News and Dishonest Politics Against Her

Kari Lake and her team expect anywhere from 60% to 80%+ of the ballots dropped off on 2022 Election Day to favor Republicans.

“If it’s in the upper part of that, then everyone’s going to win on the Republican ticket,” she said.

Lake made the rounds on radio and television news talk programs Friday continuing to express confidence that she will overtake the George Soros funded Democrat, Katie Hobbs (who is in charge of Arizona elections), in the race to be Arizona’s next governor once all the votes from Tuesday’s election are tallied.

“We’re going to win this,” Lake stated Friday evening. “100% we’re going to win this and I think the whole ticket’s going to win.”

Maricopa County, the state’s largest county, has approximately 300,000 ballots left to count as of Friday night.

This included a record 290,000 early ballots that were submitted on Election Day. Those ballots have to be processed and signature-verified before they can be tabulated, which is expected to take several more days.

Hobbs was leading Lake 50.7%-49.3% as of Friday morning, a margin of only 26,979 votes.

Lake and her campaign team continue to explain that voters who distrust the Arizona election system are more likely to have waited until the last day to turn in their ballots, and they are more likely to support the Republican ticket.

“Those are folks who don’t like the way that the elections have been run, they don’t trust the way the elections are run,” she said. “Those are people who are voting for me, and they’re going to go heavily in my favor.”

Breakdowns were in conservative precincts

.

“I think Blake [Masters] may even win, and Mark Finchem may even win, and Abe [Hamadeh] will win,” she noted.

Lake, Masters (U.S. Senate), Finchem (secretary of state) and Hamadeh (attorney general) were all trailing their Democratic opponents based on results reported as of Friday morning, but hundreds of thousands of ballots hadn’t yet been tallied.
