Do Tax Funded NGOs Aid & Abet Illegal Alien Invasion?

The Lessons of Non-Government ‘Charity’ Organizations

Lizbeth Media, of Edna, Texas, was staying home from school Dec. 5, 2023, but her friends and family did not notice anything out of the ordinary until she failed to show up at a Christmas parade that her cheerleading team was marching in that afternoon.

When her mother, Jacqueline noticed her daughter was not at the parade, she returned home to find Lizbeth dead in the bathtub of their apartment with her foot sticking out from behind a shower curtain.

Authorities were able to track the geolocation of Lizbeth’s phone to the suspect in Schulenburg, Texas, about an hour’s drive from Edna, where they arrested Rafael Govea Romero.

Romero is considered an “undocumented immigrant” according to the nomenclature of mainstream media, the Biden Regime and NGOs. However, a south Texas law enforcement officer set the record straight.

“Romero is another murderous illegal alien,” the officer said. “They arrive here illegally, knowing they are going to be aided and abetted by taxpayer funded programs–free housing, free transportation, free medical, free money, free phones to them—but we (American taxpayers) pay for all of it.”

“Now, this innocent 16-year-old cheerleader is dead, stabbed repeatedly,” the officer continued. “This is madness and it’s growing. It’s becoming normal.”

What is a NGO?

If you see or hear the term “NGO,” be on alert. It stands for a taxpayer funded Non-Governmental Organization.

McManus

In San Antonio, Texas, the police chief Bill McManus makes certain his officers are not allowed to arrest anyone as NGOs are called in to help hide illegal aliens who are packed and shipped in the back of huge trailers hauled by coyote truck drivers from the Mexico border.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has sued Annunciation House, a nongovernmental organization (“NGO”), in El Paso, to revoke their registration to operate in Texas. His office reviewed significant public record information strongly suggesting Annunciation House is engaged in legal violations such as facilitating illegal entry to the United States, alien harboring, human smuggling, and operating a stash house.

Although Paxton’s office legally demanded access to certain specified records to evaluate these potential legal violations,  Annunciation House refused to produce a single document.

Paxton

In response, the NGO sued the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) to enjoin the enforcement ability to obtain their documents.

“OAG has complete and unlimited authority to examine business records to ensure that entities operating within the State are doing so lawfully,” Paxton’s office said. “And the consequence of a flagrant failure to comply with such a request is that OAG may terminate the business’s right to operate in Texas.”

“The chaos at the southern border has created an environment where NGOs, funded with taxpayer money from the Biden Administration, facilitate astonishing horrors including human smuggling,” said Attorney General Paxton. “While the federal government perpetuates the lawlessness destroying this country, my office works day in and day out to hold these organizations responsible for worsening illegal immigration.”

Fox News Investigates Arizona  NGO

In Tucson, Arizona, Fox News’ Rachel Campos-Duffy encountered heavy resistance after she boldly confronted workers in an unmarked building who refused to answer her questions about whether they were housing migrants.

Following up on a tip, the “Fox & Friends Weekend” host arrived at a “Casa Alitas” building in Tuscon, which had removed exterior signs and did not take kindly to her attempt to get answers about the mission of the facility.

In a video posted to social media, Campos-Duffy was seen engaging with the NGO taxfunded workers and, in a follow-up video, reported her cameraman being physically accosted and assaulted by security.

Campos-Duffy and her team were repeatedly asked to leave and one woman threatened to call the police, a move that the Fox News host welcomed and encouraged in the initial video.

Campos-Duffy

“What are they hiding? What don’t they want you to know about how our govt spends your money to funnel illegals into the country?” Campos-Duffy asked in her post.

“Casa Alitas is affiliated with Catholic Charities. Not very Christian behavior. Super shady,” she added.

According to its website, Casa Alitas says it offers “shelter, necessities and travel assistance to asylum seeking families. Our guests arrive for a short stay, after their release from Border Patrol and ICE detention.”

“Casa Alitas is a program of Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona,” the website states, according to the outlet. “The Casa Alitas Leadership Team and Volunteer Service Coordinators support a network of paid staff, volunteers, and interns to create a safe, just, and compassionate refuge for the migrant families transiting through our Southern Arizona border communities.”

After arrests, many sent to NGOs

“The Casa Alitas program is sustained by an inter-denominational network of faith collaborators and inter-organizational partnerships with federal, state, and municipal government agencies; universities and colleges; and other non-governmental organizations.”

On an X post Campos-Duffy wrote, “We returned this morning on a tip that more illegals would be dropped off. What happened next was INSANE.”

“Casa Alitas security accosted our cameraman, threw his phone & left him w/ bloody lip. Then another masked security man threw rocks at our vehicle & nearly hit our cameraman with a brick.”

“What are they hiding? What don’t they want you to know about how our govt spends your money to funnel illegals into the country? Casa Alitas is affiliated with Catholic Charities. Not very Christian behavior. Super shady.”

  1. That’s one brave lady and camera crew. Thanks. For defining NGO’s. I kept hearing the term, and didn’t know what it was. It’s sort of like money laundering, passing taxpayer money off to “civil” or religious groups that help illegals using a mission statement to make them look legit?

  2. I think that all NGOs should lose all their funding and have their tax exempt status removed if they fund, promote or facilitate illegal immigration. Additionally, we should use the RICO statutes just as the left does. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. This should be done in the reddest county in a red state. If the heads of these organizations know that they face almost certain personal fines and possible jail time for their actions, they might think twice. Go after the members of the Catholic conference of bishops and the leaders of the Lutheran charities that facilitate illegal immigration. All the leaders of these organizations should face at least personal fines and their victims even the pope and I am Catholic.

off topic the Senate Minority leader McConnell is leaving his leadership position in November. Ted Cruz?
