Walmart recently joined the growing list of companies to drop woke and radical diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) practices.

Since June 27, 2024, Ford, Toyota, Molson-Coors, Tractor Supply, Harley-Davidson, Jack Daniel’s parent company Brown-Furman, Stanley Black & Decker, Caterpillar and Lowe’s are among major companies that have turned away from DEI, racial equity training and supplying data to the radical LGBTQ+ pressure group the Human Rights Campaign.
Walmart U.S., CEO John Furner explained “what we’re trying to do is ensure that every customer, every associate feels welcome here to shop and feel like they belong.”
“We’re going to continue to make the best decisions we can that makes everyone, our customers, our associates, feel like this is an environment they can shop in and thrive in,” Furner said.

However, Geico insurance employees recently learned they must complete a mandatory training course on gender ideology.

In order to keep their jobs, workers are reportedly forced to introduce their pronouns to every customer they engage with.

“I’m happy to help you today. I do want to let you know I use he/him pronouns. Let’s see about adding your new car to your policy,” read a sample scenario featured in the memo.

The insurance company instructs employees to “correct” customers who dare to misgender them.
