Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton secured a major victory stopping the Biden Administration’s attempt to unlawfully redirect statutorily obliged funds away from border wall construction in direct violation of federal law.
After losing the case in federal court, the Biden Administration declined to appeal, forfeiting any further claims. The Biden Administration was directed by the court to continue border wall construction using the funding that Congress appropriated for the purpose.
At the urging of President Donald Trump, Congress dedicated roughly $1.4 billion to the construction of walls and barriers along the southern border in order to reduce the number of aliens entering the country in 2019 and 2020.
Immediately upon taking office, Joseph Biden issued an unlawful executive order stopping border wall construction and directing the Department of Homeland Security to devise a way to redirect the funds.
Texas sued under the Administrative Procedure Act to stop this scheme, arguing that Biden violated the Consolidated Appropriations Act and asking the court to require the Biden Administration to follow the law and use the appropriated money for the purpose Congress directed.
Earlier this year, a federal district court granted a permanent injunction to end the Administration’s effort to illegally defund the border wall. The Biden Administration allowed the sixty-day appeal window to expire on July 29, 2024, and the permanent injunction remains in place.
“This is a final victory against Biden’s attempt to defund the border wall. His Administration illegally sought to prevent the construction of the border wall and illegally attempted to repurpose the money allocated for American safety and sovereignty, working instead to keep the border open,” said Attorney General Paxton. “I sued and won to stop their unlawful scheme. Now, the Administration has thrown in the towel by declining to appeal their defeat and will be legally required to build the wall.”

The only reason Joe would start the wall again is due to the fact that Kamala failed at Border Czar, and it’s an election year; otherwise he’d appeal it. . Also why he made a deal with Putin to trade prisoners because Trump promised to get them back. Interest rate will come down, gas prices will plummet, criminals will finally be prosecuted, and drilling will begin again all in an attempt to appear more like Trump. What’s next? Keeping men from women’s sports? I won’t be surprised if Putin ends his war just to keep Trump from winning. Wait for the October surprise.

Another win for AG Ken Paxton. Although it took several years to win. It does prove the Biden admin is unlawful. Biden ignored the Constitution and laws to push the lefts socialist policies. Now that Biden has been removed by a DemocRat coup a new puppet has been installed. After Kamal’s 20 year stint as a hardcore WOKE leftist we are being told to believe she has changed. Right. 90 days before the election she has had a change of heart. Kamal has been the border czar for 3 years and did NOTHING to stop illegal immigrants from flowing into our country. Kamal and Biden lie, cheat and try to rewrite history to dupe the American people. Biden signed 94 executive orders within hours of taking office destroying our border security. Biden or Kamal can’t change that.

Whatever the reasons in their creepy little heads for what they do or don’t do, or if they sold all the materials (unlawfully), they’ve lost, we’ve won, won the beginning of this long hard road to undoing this mess. If we can pray through so the illegals don’t get to vote, that will really smash a major part of their crummy ugly plans. I’m reduced to slang to get my points across; it’s been a busy day. Like Catherine says, IT’S HUGE. I know we tend to be cynical, but just bask in that a minute. Thank God that they have to eat their own words, “No one is above the law.” These things are starting to happen a lot; I’m kind of stunned.
