Cruz, Roy Demand Answers From DOJ Regarding Illegal Transgender Surgeries Whistleblower
“It’s time for the 25th Amendment. President Joe Biden has repeatedly and publicly demonstrated his inability to discharge the powers and duties of the Presidency, including, among others, the powers and duties of the Commander-in-Chief,” Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) wrote in a letter to his constituents this week.”
“With 202 days remaining in this term, it is undeniably true that President Biden is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office – in particular, as Commander-in-Chief in a dangerous world.”
“The People’s House must speak out on behalf of those we represent – specifically, that the President is, in fact, mentally incompetent. We must do the right thing.”
“That’s why I have filed a resolution calling on Vice President Kamala Harris to convene the Cabinet and declare President Biden unable to carry out his duties as Commander-in-Chief.”
Roy’s resolution calls on Harris and members of the cabinet to “activate section 4 of the 25th Amendment to declare Biden incapable of executing the duties of his office and to immediately exercise powers as Acting President.”
“The aforementioned section allows the vice president and a majority of the executive cabinet to decide whether the president is fit to serve.”
“I’m not trying to pressure or blindside leadership or anything,” Roy said of the resolution. “It’s just something I feel strongly about filing. We’ll see where my colleagues are.”
Demanding answers from Biden’s Justice Department
“Biden’s Department of Justice is going after Dr. Eithan Haim for exposing Texas Children’s Hospital for performing illegal transgender surgeries on minors,” Roy continued.
“Last year, Dr. Eithan Haim leaked documents proving that Texas Children’s Hospital continued its transgender program after it promised to end it over legal concerns. Now, the Department of Justice has indicted Dr. Haim on four felony charges which could potentially lead to 10 years in prison.”
“This prosecution is the latest example of how the Biden-Garland Justice Department is misusing its law-enforcement authority to advance left-wing policy goals,” Roy wrote.
“That’s why Senator Ted Cruz and I are demanding answers – the American people deserve to know the truth about the Justice Department’s latest weaponization scheme.”

It is going to interesting next week. There is a NATO summit next week in DC. All NATO members plus Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Ukraine.
I think that Biden will leave around the 50th anniversary of Nixon’s resignation. I don’t feel sorry for him. He has been vindictive his whole political life. The way he treated Jill’s ex and the way he treated Republican judicial nominees when he chaired the Senate Judicial Committee was disgraceful. The way that he treats J6ers and his political opponents is disgusting. He is worse than Woodrow Wilson who had the Silent Sentinels tortured in prison supposedly for jaywalking but really holding signs on the sidewalk in front of the White House calling him Kaiser Wilson. He also had Eugene Debbs put in prison because he was a socialist and running for President.

You are quite the historian. My best guest is Biden gets the nomination, then the Obama regime move into action: war mongering excuse to stall or prevent election, oust Biden, install Michelle (Hillary, Newsome, Whitmer, Buttigieg
:VP).
