Ingredients
- 5 bulbs garlic, roasted
- 8 ounces whipped butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 ounces light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, optional
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Squeeze the garlic into a bowl and smash the bulbs into a smooth paste.
Step 3 -Gradually add the whipped butter to the garlic paste and fold it with a spatula to combine.
Step 4 -Season the butter mixture with the black pepper.

Step 5 -Gradually add the soy sauce to the butter mixture and mix until it is well incorporated.
