Oh blast, you are making me dog hungry! These are wonderful. In regard to the tangled state of Mr. Beefy, my dog Jewel once stuck her head in the handle of a full ash bucket by the woodstove, and panicked. Imagine, if you will, the state of the house. Mr. Beefy looks like he knew where to go for help!

Yes, she was barely six months old and freaked out. I had friends staying at the time, and she cleaned out the stove, but didn’t carry the bucket out. Fortunately , the ashes were cold. She said Jewel ki-yied all over the house when she found the handle stuck on her neck. I came home from an 11to 7 shift, with everybody in trauma and ashes.

I can’t stop looking at these pictures! The chihuahua in battle armor is so dead-on accurate, and the “bark at nothing” ones are pinpoint. Maybe they do do it just for fun?

Beefy loves to tunnel under blankets, towels, dirty clothes, clean clothes, etc. Here, he managed to slip through the straps of one of my nightgowns and twisted it behind him. Looks like part of a belly dancer’s outfit. 😊🐾

Jack, do you all know anything about K9s for Warriors, based in San Antonio? I just saw an ad for it on Youtube.

I know very little about them. I think they are a subsidiary of the organization based out of Florida. In San Antonio, I believe they are near Kelly Air Force Base & Lackland AFB, a heavy military concentrated area. I need to write about my experience with K9s someday.
