Trump Endorsed Jim Jordan Shows How Far Republican National Committee Is Not In Touch With Their Voting Citizens
RINO season begins in the swamps of Texas beginning today.
Both Lt. Governor Dan Patrick and Attorney General Ken Paxton are calling for Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan to resign.
Many patriotic Texans believe ‘Drunk Dade’ should take the hint.
“Texas conservatives have seen their State House hijacked by liberal RINO Republicans for far too long,” said Paxton. “Texas should be a leading beacon for conservative policies. Instead, Texas has had to watch a liberal House Speaker, and his loyalists kill hundreds of pieces of conservative legislation that would unleash untold economic growth and secure even more freedom.”
Paxton is focused on the upcoming primary election by endorsing a slate of challengers to Republican House members.
Paxton will be touring the state in support of these challengers to incumbents he says are “some of the most liberal Republican politicians in the nation.”
His first round of challenger endorsements include:
David Covey, who is challenging House Speaker Dade Phelan (Beaumont)
Mike Olcott, who is challenging State Rep. Glenn Rogers (Graford)
John Perez, who is challenging State Rep. Mano DeAyala (Houston)
Matt Morgan, who is challenging State Rep. Jacey Jetton (Richmond)
Wes Virdell, who is challenging State Rep. Andrew Murr (Junction)
Andy Hopper, who is challenging State Rep. Lynn Stucky (Sanger)
“I have had enough, and I know conservative voters have had enough. I’m making these endorsements to begin restoring a conservative majority in our state House. I look forward to campaigning with these candidates in the days ahead,” added Paxton.
The Republican primary election will take place on March 5, 2024.
Meanwhile, conservative and independent voters are reassessing three representatives for their lack of support for Jim Jordan’s (R-OH) run for Speaker of the House in October.
Texas Reps. Jake Ellzev, Kay Granger, and Tony Gonzales joined a coalition of over 20 RINOS despite growing pressure from their peers and constituencies from their districts as Congress has ground to a halt.
Granger chairs the powerful House Appropriations Committee, where both Ellzev and Gonzalez are members.
Rep. Chip Roy (R-Hays County) responded by saying “I can just tell you that there’s a lot of support for Jim Jordan in Texas. So, I wouldn’t want to be on the other side of that, knowing the voters of Texas.”
Even all five California Republicans from districts President Biden won in 2020 stood firmly behind Jordan.
Many Republican voters are dissatisfied with their party’s leadership and believe the uni-party concept is real with both parties controlled by New World Order influencers.
Forty-nine percent of GOP respondents disapprove of how congressional Republicans are handling their jobs, according to a Thursday poll conducted by Global Strategy Group and released by Navigator Research, a Democratic firm.
It appears to be obvious to everyone, excluding Republican party leadership, that just the fact that Jim Jordan reached over 200 votes is a reflection that he and Trump are the real representation of the GOP.
Even Sarah Longwell, an anti-Trump Republican strategist, admitted, “It’s not right, it’s not left. It’s just Trump.”
