Meet US District Court Judge Tanya Chuctkan, a left-wing extremist Barack Obama 2014 appointee who will oversee President Donald Trump’s latest Democratic sham indictment from Biden’s DOJ special counsel Jack Smith.

Big Media is having a field day building her up with biased propaganda for public consumption, but any fair reporter would admit that her radical outlook will be extremely prejudiced.

She is absolutely the worst-case scenario for Trump.

She spent 12 years at the law firm of Boies, Schiller, & Flexner LLP, where Hunter Biden was also employed. They both left in 2014, the year of her Obama appointment and Biden’s placement on the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, earning $1 million per year.

This was a year after he co-founded BHR Partners, the now infamous Chinese state-backed investment fund, with Devon Archer and Jonathan Li.

Chuctkan has been extremely hard-core and tough against Jan. 6 defendants, including putting four in jail despite the DOJ not recommending jail time. She sentenced one man to jail who never entered the Capitol but just took a selfie outside.

Another judge, Trevor McFadden, has raised sharp questions about whether Jan. 6 defendants were being treated more harshly than people accused of similar conduct during the summertime violence of 2020 which included Democrat and/or leftist radicals such as Black Lives Matter and Antifa, both of which have been funded through New World Order and George Soros entities.

“I think the U.S. attorney would have more credibility if it was even-handed in its concern about riots and mobs in this city,” McFadden said at the time.

“Presidents are not kings, and Plaintiff is not President,” she wrote of Trump.

“This was no exercise of First Amendment rights. It was a violent attempt to overthrow the government,” she said of the Capitol attack in one sentencing hearing. 

“They were mad that their guy lost,” she said in another. “The people who mobbed that Capitol were there in fealty and loyalty to one man. Not the Constitution.”

Is anyone surprised that the DOJ randomly selected this judge?
