Is Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas) a RINO?
He seems to be progressively siding with Democrats and RINOS against his constituents more often.
🔹Cornyn was one of the first Senators to side against President Donald J. Trump’s concerns of voter fraud during the 2020 elections and the January 6, 2020 US Capitol breach.
🔹A growing number of Texans are calling out Cornyn as being “RINO-ish” along the lines as Liz Cheney and Mitt Romney.

🔹Even President Trump called Cornyn out that January after the Senator said he would vote to certify Joe Biden’s victory as Congress reviews the Electoral College.
🔹In January 2021, Cornyn sent me a letter explaining his stance on not supporting Trump in the election fraud and the January 6th Capitol protest. Based on my inquiry, he responded:
“This stunning display of disrespect for the law is un-American, and those that attacked the Capitol should face the full extent of the law…This assault did not succeed in deterring or intimidating Congress, and we ultimately reconvened and certified the vote of the Electoral College…”
“…President Trump’s legal team filed numerous lawsuits across multiple states challenging the election outcome…However, none of the legal arguments or evidence presented by the President’s legal team convinced the more than 50 state and federal courts that sat in judgment. Every single lawsuit was ultimately rejected, some on the merits, some on procedural grounds, but both equally dispositive…”
“ …I followed the election recounts and court cases brought by the President’s legal team very closely, and determined the evidence and arguments presented did not warrant overturning the election results.”

🔹In December 2020, knowing he was not going to support Trump’s fight against the election fraud and electoral college challenge, Cornyn joined Susan Collins (R-ME), to announce the U.S. Senate must start with an amnesty for illegal aliens enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program in an effort to reach “comprehensive immigration reform.”
The result of this DACA amnesty was the triggering of Biden’s southern border surge that more than quadrupled the number of illegal aliens pouring through the border. Since DACA’s inception, thousands of recipients from the program were kicked off because they were found to be criminals or gang members.

🔹In October 2021, Trump blasted Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky), Cornyn and other Republicans for “folding” to Democrats during a congressional standoff of a deadline to avoid a default regarding the US debt ceiling.
“Looks like Mitch McConnell is folding to the Democrats, again,” Trump said in a statement. “He’s got all of the cards with the debt ceiling, it’s time to play the hand. Don’t let them destroy our Country!”
McConnell and Cornyn voted to support extending the debt limit to December, allowing Democrats to use a budgetary tactic to raise the debt limit without any Republican votes.
🔹It was little surprise most recently when McConnell, a bitter foe of President Trump, hand picked Cornyn to lead the Republicans in the gun control discussions.
Editor’s Note: I tend to listen especially close to anyone corporate mainstream media repeatedly lambasts. Historically, those who media tears into are the most truthful people.
🔹I took careful note when Congresswomen Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Georgia) and Lauren Boebert (R-Colorado) were among the first to call out Cornyn and nine other GOP senators who agreed on a gun reform agreement with liberal Democrat representatives Sunday.

Cornyn was joined with Senator Thom Tillis (R-North Carolina) along with Senators Kyrsten Sinema (D-Arizona) and Chris Murphy (R- Connecticut) to lead negotiations.
“The Senate Republicans are everything wrong in the GOP,” Greene tweeted. “Too many of them have helped Joe Biden pass his America Last agenda even more than the Progressive Democrats in the House. The Republican Party needs a drastic identity change for America to survive. Or the GOP won’t.”
Other senators who signed off on Sunday’s gun deal were:
🔹 Susan Collins, R- Maine*
🔹Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia
🔹Bill Cassidy, R-Louisiana
🔹Chris Coons, D-Delaware
🔹Martin Heinrich, D-New Mexico

🔹Richard Blumenthal, D-Connecticut
🔹Lindsey Graham, R-South Carolina
🔹Pat Toomey, R-Pennsylvania
🔹Roy Blunt, R-Missouri*
🔹Cory Booker, D-New Jersey
🔹Richard Burr, R-North Carolina
🔹Mark Kelly, D-Arizona
🔹Angus King, I-Maine (caucuses with Democrats)
🔹 Rob Portman, R-Ohio*
🔹Mitt Romney, R-Utah
🔹Debbie Stabenow, D-Michigan
(*Asterisk denotes GOP member who sided with Democrats on budget ceiling extension noted above).

🔹Last week, Greene called out Graham, who said he was willing to consider voting on a Biden gun control effort. She said “he’s ready to vote for anything Joe Biden wants, he is ready to violate due process, and this is everything wrong with Republicans in the Republican Party. I’m calling out Senator Lindsey Graham, and I’m hoping every single one of you calls his office and tell him that he is breaking his promise.”
Note:
🔹Last week Greene took in 70% of the votes to win her first ever primary for Georgia’s 14th Congressional District.
🔹President Trump’s other endorsed candidate, Herschel Walker received over 69% of the votes

Yes, I believe he is, along with about half of the Pubs. These guys are all from the same gene pool. They watch out for their own butts and the wealth they gain, then both parties socialize, drink, and get along fine outside of their constituent’s eyesight. It’s smoke and magic.

DuckDuckGo Search for “John Boehner laughing with obama” (without the Quotation Marks) Boehner can be seen hanging from obama’s arm, laughing with him. Largely, there is one party. Republicans do what’s best for big money but need our votes to get in, and they secure those votes by promises they don’t keep. democrats get in by appealing to liberals and the depraved.

Yes, Cornyn is a RINO. I hope a real conservative will challenge him. Every time it is really important to hold the line on Constitutional issues and the march to turn our country left, Cornyn sides with Democrats just like the recent gun control bill. He needs to be replaced with a Constitutional conservative. I’ve seen his siding with left happen over and over the past decade. He seems to be vying for McConnell’s leadership position, so like McConnell’s RINO record, so goes Cornyn to be the preeminent inside the beltway Senator that will thwart future conservative efforts to maintain a truly free Constitutional Republic.
