President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Jordan Sekulow told Tom Basile live on NewsMax that despite the Georgia election certification, they will be filing new lawsuits on Monday or Tuesday that “will be shocking.”
“It’s nothing that we have talked about before,” Sekulow said. “It’s not related to the stuff you heard in the press conference, it’s completely separate. So I’ll tell you we have new litigation coming in the state of Georgia.”
Sekulow and other Trump attorneys are working on separate issues and matters (Dominion and Smartmatic systems manipulation, for instance) than what the Trump Campaign lawyers are.
Trump’s personal attorneys are looking into constitutional matters, equal protection issues and other concerns “that could make their way to the Supreme Court,” Sekulow explained.
He said the Lt. Governor and Secretary of State of Georgia “are in for quite a shock” on the lawsuit to be filed early next week “about how poorly they ran their election in one of their major counties.”
He mentioned they will likely file new lawsuits in Wisconsin and in Clark County, (Nevada) specifically because of the “160,000 votes that were tossed there for a local race.”
In Georgia, Sekulow said he was glad Governor Brian Kemp stepped forward to endorse a recount that “actually recounts, because that other recount was not actually a recount at all.”
Regarding the suspect Smartmatic ballot machines used in almost 30 states during the 2020 election, more information is coming in connecting the dots–including a possible tie in with Hunter Biden.
On October 24, 2018, Smartmatic, announced they appointed a U.S. Board of Directors to “guide the company as it offers secure technology to election jurisdictions across the country.”
The Board Chairman would be retired US Coast Guard Vice Admiral Peter Neffenger, who served as Barack Obama’s Assistant Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security and Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
It just so happens that Neffenger’s
Smartmatic software, used in the Dominion voting machines, made it possible for Democrat operatives to ‘flip’ 6,000 votes cast for President
Trump to Joe Biden in at least one Michigan county. The software has ‘back doors’ allowing corrupt officials to rig elections.
There is unconfirmed speculation that Trump’s legal team has received evidence that Neffenger has knowledge of the link between Joe Biden and the software for e-voting machines.
Last week it was reported Neffenger joined Joe Biden’s transition team for national security.
Smartmatic’s holding company is chaired by an associate of George Soros, the largest single donor to the Biden Campaign, Antifa and Black Lives Matter.
Neffenger is also a member and “distinguished fellow” of the Atlanta Council think-tank that recently received funding from the same Ukrainian firm that employed Hunter Biden for $183,000 a month.
In 2019, the Wall Street Journal reported that Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings–the same one paying Hunter Biden based on possibly illegal and controversial circumstances, donated $100,000 a year to the council from 2016 to 2018.
“He is president and on the board of directors of Smartmatic, and it just so happens he’s on Mr. Biden’s presidential transition team that’s going to be nonexistent, because we’re fixing to overturn the results of the election in multiple states,” Trump Campaign attorney Sidney Powell said during an appearance on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo.
“President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose.”
Powell said she has proof Neffenger had knowledge that the software provided by Smartmatic was designed to rig elections.
“We have sworn witness testimony of why the software was designed, it was designed to rig elections,” Powell said. “He was fully briefed on it, he saw it happen in other countries, it was exported internationally for profit by the people that are behind Smartmatic and Dominion.”
“They did this on purpose, it was calculated, they’ve done it before,” Powell continued. “We have evidence from 2016 in California. We have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose.”
