American Confidence in Ukrainian President Zelenskyy Collapses

Democrats are about twice as likely as Republicans to have at least some confidence in Ukrainian President Volodymyr   Zelenskyy.

“When looking at partisans by ideology, liberal Democrats are especially likely to express confidence in Zelenskyy,” according to a new Pew Research Poll. “Even conservative and moderate Democrats are much more likely to hold this view than either moderate and liberal Republicans or conservative Republicans. In contrast, about six-in-ten conservative Republicans lack confidence in the Ukrainian leader.”

Perhaps Charlie Kirk, founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, (2.8 million followers) was right when he posted about the subject on X in February 2024:

There’s a lot of talk in Washington about how the US needs to honor its commitments to Ukraine and to continue funding the slaughter of hundreds of thousands in a war it’s unlikely to win in any discernible way.

RINOs Mitch McConnell (KY) & John Cornyn (TX)

But I hear very little about the US government honoring its commitment to its own citizens, the people the Constitution is actually talking about when it says it was written for “ourselves and our posterity.” How about balancing the budget and stopping the invasion? How about crushing criminal gangs and eliminating the fentanyl that now kills as many Americans as the Vietnam War every 8 months?

This is ultimately why nothing they throw at Trump is sticking. He’s the only one consistently speaking about American interests for the American people, and that gives him power.

According to the poll:

● Democrats (49%) are more likely than Republicans (24%) to say that supporting Ukraine helps US national security.

● Only 36% of Democrats believe the U.S. is not providing enough support, compared to the 38% who said this in March 2022.

● When the Biden Administration and mainstream media began their propaganda in March 2022, shortly after the Russian action against Ukraine, 42% of Americans said the U.S. was not providing enough support to Ukraine. Today, the percentage has dived to just 21%.

● The share of those saying that the U.S. is providing too much support to Ukraine has grown from 7% in March 2022 to 31% in April 2024.

Confidence in Zelenskyy continues to decrease significantly as Americans learn of the political and private relationships he developed with the Biden family, Nancy Pelosi and so many other American politicians.

We’ve learned through congressional oversite testimony that Hunter Biden and his associates received $6.5 million from the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma over the course of a years-long relationship with the company.

Testimony and investigations reveal allegience to Ukraine by US politicians seem to be especially high among Democrats and RINOS (Republicans In Name Only).

As citizens become more savvy, away from Big Media propaganda, the way their own representation in Congress and the Senate votes on Ukraine funding becomes a litmus test for their voting choices.

  1. Some of us knew Zelenskyy was a Zionist Neo-Nazi long before Putin entered Ukraine to put down this idiot and his band of Neo-Nazi murderers.

  2. In the meantime, some salaried employees from Delphi (an auto parts manufacturer initially with General Motors as the parent company) had their pensions cut up to 70 percent 15 years ago. They’re pensions have still not been restored. Sherrod Brown-D campaigns on it every reelection cycle.
