Exposed Now: How Liberal Judges, Media, Deep State Owned Politicians Protected the J6 Hoax

Judge Zia M. Faruqui, born in Pakistan, was one of the five foreign born judges of the 15 judge panel that sit on the District of Columbia circuit courts during the January 6, 2021 Capitol insurrection hearings.

Some may recall that four years later, in September 2025, the far-left federal judge erupted during a hearing of a DC man who had threatened to kill President Trump.

When a DC grand jury declined to indict Edward Dana after he was arrested damaging a light fixture at a DC restaurant, threatened to kill President Trump and the DC Metro officer who arrested him, Judge Faruqui screamed from the bench and blasted DOJ lawyers. He then apologized to the defendant who threatened to kill Trump.

Faruqui said the U.S. is “past the point of constitutional crisis,” as the Trump administration “is playing cops and robbers, like children” during the federal takeover of Washington’s police department.

It was during the J6 trial in Faruqui’s courtroom of defendant Kenneth Joseph Owen Thomas (aka Joe Thomas), a DC officer testified under oath saying “Joe cut the tarp” on the Capitol grounds that day.

Unfortunately for the police officer who testified, he was shown in court on film actually cutting the tarp himself. As the cop obviously perjured himself Judge Faruqui quickly interjected, “let’s move on, we can get past this.”

This was the “evidence,” Democrats, judges, mainstream media liars and others actually used to convict most J6ers.

Not one J6er was convicted on anything more than a misdemeanor of the often repeated “unlawful occupation of government property,” not insurrection.

Four citizens were killed that day in the Capitol or on the Capitol grounds. The two most questionable included:

• Ashli Babbitt, 35, of San Diego and an Air Force veteran.

• Rosanne Boyland, 34, of Kennisaw, Georgia.

Not one single officer was killed despite the lies reported by the media that clearly were walked back quietly, months later.

If any of the evidence was tainted to convict, then it doesn’t matter what else happened. The evidence should stand on its own.

The record is very clear: Most J6ers report being assaulted. They were goaded as the metro police and FBI (agents and operatives as testimony now proves) actually ramped up the riot by shooting protesters on their heads and body with rubber bullets and tear gas cans. Beating one lady to death causing the ruckus by and in the tunnel, shooting Babbit and two other citizen deaths that day.

J6 was a fedsurrection that led to a riot to cover-up the stolen election of November 3rd.

All members of the J6 congressional committees destroyed the case files and documents! They each received preemptive Joe Biden presidential pardons (autopenned signed) for their crimes in the historic Jan6 hoax.

Unless J6ers were wearing Capitol Police uniforms, then the hoax continues to unravel. Their guilt can’t be undone.
