Finally in Congress: Announced Names of Who Should be Investigated First as Jeffrey Epstein Co-Conspirators

On Monday, August 31, 2026 these 14 people were publicly announced in the United States Congress as those who should be investigated and prosecuted as Jeffrey Epstein co-conspirators. Thomas Massie said their names out loud.

  • Jes Staley
  • Leon Black
  • Les Wexner
  • David Copperfield
  • Lapo Elkann
  • Tom Pritzker
  • Glenn Dubin
  • Frédéric Fekkai
  • Edoardo Teodorani
  • Jean-Luc Brunel
  • Daniel Siad
  • Ramsey Elkholy
  • Prince Andrew
  • Lesley Groff

For years, the Epstein story has been defined by secrecy, redactions, sealed records, institutional protection and the maddening reality that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell clearly did not operate in isolation.

These revealed names offers victims, state attorneys general and members of Congress legal standing to challenge the Justice Department in court over withheld or improperly redacted records.

It also gives state and local prosecutors access to unredacted material when they are investigating possible violations of state law.

Massie indicates the DOJ is still withholding more than 3 million Epstein-related files. This could open another legal path to get at them.
