ICE Has Ramped Up With Historical Record Breaking Arrests

ICE in Boston, Massachusetts has arrested a Brazilian illegal alien fugitive aggravated murderer who was sentenced to 14 years in prison in Brazil. He somehow fled that country and crossed the US border illegally on 6/7/24.

Tragically, he was caught and released into the country by the Biden administration. Brazilian authorities issued an arrest warrant for him three months later on 9/14/24 after his conviction for aggravated murder.

ICE indicated they arrested Maycon Souto Dos Reis in Westborough, MA after he came to their attention because of a local arrest for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

“This is yet another example of what the media often characterizes as a non-criminal, when in reality, many of these individuals are murderers, sexual predators, gang members and more,” ICE in Boston noted.

“They simply do not have a criminal record in the United States,” said acting ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston Field Office Director David Wesling. “We will continue to pursue these dangerous criminal aliens that sanctuary politicians fight to protect.”

During the last two weeks, ICE in the Washington DC area has quietly carried out one of their most successful operations in agency history. The historical result is the arrests of 1,328 illegal aliens in just a 14-day span in Virginia and Maryland.

About 400 of the aliens had criminal convictions or pending criminal charges, including a Salvadoran illegal alien, Eygner Moran wanted by police in Richmond, VA on a murder warrant.

Other targets included aliens with rap sheets for attempted murder and rape, as well as convictions for sexual battery, kidnapping, robbery and DWI.

During this same time period ICE arrests in Ohio garnered 308 Haitian nationals. The agency is now considering transitioning into a “find and arrest” approach after allowing illegal Haitians several weeks to turn themselves in to ICE offices.

Arrests of illegal Haitians is significantly ramping up as ICE prioritizes tracking down those who never checked in.

Department of Homeland Security also confirmed that the suspect charged with sexually assaulting and murdering a 2-year-old girl in Louisa County, VA earlier this month is an illegal alien from Mexico.

ICE filed a detainer on Raul Genesis Ortiz Moran with local law enforcement and they honored the detainer and handed him over to ICE.

Moran is now charged with second degree murder and aggravated sexual assault. He entered the U.S. illegally as a “gotaway” during the Biden Administration.

The Trump administration is stepping up the revoking of business and tourism visas of up to 200,000 foreigners who have applied for or are currently seeking asylum status in the United States.

These actions could be the largest single mass revocation of visas in U.S. history, but of course will likely face leftist legal challenges.

Unless challenged or revised, the State Department is expected to announce in September the revocation of so-called B1 and B2 visas issued between 2016 and 2026 whose holders have sought asylum or are now seeking asylum. The action will be taken in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security.

“We are coordinating with DHS to identify and revoke the nonimmigrant visas of foreigners who have come to the United States claiming to be short-term visitors, but then file for asylum to stay here permanently,” said State Department spokesman Tommy Pigott.
