Pear & Cranberry Feta Mezze Platter


Ingredients:

2 ripe pears, thinly sliced

½ cup dried cranberries

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

¼ cup toasted walnuts or pecans

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Fresh thyme or mint leaves, for garnish

Crackers, crostini, or pita bread, for serving

Directions:

Prepare the Pears:

Slice pears thinly and drizzle with lemon juice to keep them from browning.

Assemble the Platter:

Arrange pear slices on a serving board.

Sprinkle over dried cranberries, feta, and toasted walnuts.

Drizzle & Garnish:

Mix honey and olive oil in a small bowl and drizzle over the platter.

Garnish with fresh thyme or mint for a fragrant finish.

Serve:

Serve immediately with crackers or pita for a sweet, tangy, and savory mezze experience.
