On our way into Kerrville, Texas Saturday morning, we were surprised to see heavy traffic as we approached the city’s center.
Two blocks away from the courthouse, it looked like a MAGA parade was going on.
“How can that be?” I asked. “Why a Trump rally today?”
Moving forward, indeed it was a MAGA-Trump-Charlie Kirk bumper-to-bumper caravan totally circling the square.
We quickly figured out these Texas Hill Country patriots were taking all the thrills from the “No Kings” protesters along the curbside.
The woke far-leftists were dressed like it was Halloween as they tried to bring awareness in obedience to mainstream media and the liberal “No King” cause.
The Texas Hill Country has seen some grueling and heartbreaking times since the massive Guadalupe flooding of July 3-4.
“This area is just not going to put up with this nonsense,” one resident, who identified himself as James, told me later. “We saw how the Trump administration did what those Biden peons would not. Helicopters, boats, manpower, supplies and support was immediate and immaculate.”
“Well this is not Hawaii or California, where they had those fires that their governments basically ignored,” he added. “This is Texas where our officials, police, fire and emergency operations and citizens rush to help one another.”
“We came today to build a wall of flags and patriots around these idiots. They look ridiculous like Halloween trick or treaters begging for candy and attention. Nope! Not here!”
Predictably, mainstream coverage has emphasized their narratives and reports on large liberal cities. A quick Internet search will verify that.
A quick look on social media presents a more honest take on what most legal citizens believe.

The MSM, local news stations, and newspapers galore gave the No King’s rally free publicity. They started mentioning it earlier in the month and kept repeating time and place. Kudos MAGA Texans! š

You’d think they’d rather spend their Saturday afternoon at an Octoberfest. Oh, wait, yeah, they don’t know what fun is, among other good things, like watching our President and First Lady go visit the king in England to help him out of their messes.
