“President Trump is likely to lose the US Congress,” Peter Bernegger predicted  in April 2025.

He cites how liberal Susan Crawford ‘won’ the Wisconsin state supreme court race held on April 1st. “Now Marc Elias comes in and will rig the Congressional maps, causing the loss of 2 Republican congressional seats.”

“They are doing this in other states also.”

The truth Americans face is that our elections are being stolen by these machines and crooked ActBlue money. Yet it appears that far too many Uni-Party or RINO Republicans are just accepting more illegitimate results and pretending we could have made it too big to rig. If we don’t address the dirty voting machines and voter rolls, we will never change anything.

Independent journalist and president of Election Watch, Inc. Peter Bernegger announced he now has “a Court signed subpoena to take the sworn deposition of ES&S voting systems’ top people at their Omaha, NE headquarters.”

He explains that “in the ’24 General Election 26,374 ballots in Baltimore County Maryland were recorded as completely blank, representing 6.33% of all ballots cast.”

“ES&S voting systems are programmed by design to   take a pre-set % of ballots fed into their tabulators, and place those into a secret secondary electronic file.
The file is labeled “Blank Ballots.”

“The voter does not know, neither do the ground level election clerks. When the results are transmitted up to the County, somewhere bad actors ‘adjudicate’ those Blank Ballots.”

“Yep, you can feed your ballot into an ES&S tabulator, have the scanned electronic image (which the votes are counted off) put into a second black box without your knowledge, and your votes changed.”

Bernegger indicates this is “happening in numerous states including Florida, Ohio, Maryland and others.”

Here are some supporting documents:

“It is state law in many states including mine of Wisconsin an electronic computerized voting system/machines must be used,” Bernegger explained when questioned. “Wisconsin Statutes § 5.40, which specifies that:
Verified Voting “Except as permitted in sub. (3) or as required in subs. (4) to (6), the governing body or board of election commissioners of every municipality with a population of 10,000 or more before July 1, 1995, or of 7,500 or more thereafter shall require the use of voting machines or electronic voting systems in every ward in the municipality at every election.”  It was first passed in 1971, believe it or not. Updated in 1993, in 1995.”

Bernegger also posts that “the election clerks (vast majority of them) are being used as tools. Yet they will be the first ones to not let you, I, others see everything.”

“Then there are the 1% bad apple election clerks who do the heavy election fraud theft such as Claire Woodall-Vogg stealing the 2020 Presidential election in Wisconsin. And her counterparts in the other swing states.”

Bernegger also provides a  documented example of the Racine County Judgeship race held April 1st, “showing how feckless the Republican Party is:

State circuit Judge, Branch 7:

“Blank ballots are deliberately programmed into ES&S voting systems,” Bernegger reveals. “When a voter feeds a ballot into a tabulator, an electronic image is created of which the votes are counted from (not from the paper ballot itself). And these Blank Ballots go into a secret, secondary electronic file inside the tabulators storage memory. Those Blank Ballots then get “adjudicated” by some other person than the voter, after the election day is over with.”

Andrew Paquette, Ph.D. in computer science, discovered a pattern in the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) voter registration database showing that an unusually high percentage of voter records (31.5%) end in zero.

● Further analysis revealed “doubles,” where different Wisconsin voters are assigned functionally identical ID numbers through leading zero manipulation, affecting approximately 444,150 voter records (5.7% of the database).

● We can now report that Paquette has found an undisclosed person-level identifier (CodedID) in the WEC voter registration file that links duplicate records for the same individual, each of which is assigned different WEC voter ID numbers.

●Unlike “doubles” (different voters sharing identical ID numbers), these “two-fers” involve the same voter receiving multiple distinct voter IDs connected through a common encrypted identifier.

● These “two-fers” create a structural vulnerability for the same voter, maintaining multiple separate pathways in the registration system, each with its own unique voter registration number.

● In his analysis of 61,580 Milwaukee County voter registration records, Paquette identified 4,387 records with duplicate CodedIDs, confirming that all had different VoterRegNumbers despite representing the same individuals.

● Of these, 91.2% appear in pairs, 8.0% in triplets, 0.5% in sets of four, 0.1% in sets of six, and 0.2% in sets of ten, demonstrating systematic duplication rather than isolated incidents. 

● Thus, 100% of records with matching CodedIDs had the same first and last names and house number. Some were marked “active,” while others were “inactive,” with many CodedIDs having multiple registration numbers simultaneously marked as “active.”

Table 1 clarifies the nearly identical personal identification information (PII) for “two-fer” voters, where two or more voter records, each with their own WEC voter ID, are created as duplicates with nearly identical PII profiles. 

Paquette analyzed the complete database to identify approximately 874,000 suspicious registrations (11.3%) of Wisconsin voters.

Florida

Bernegger also reports:

● Broward County Florida reported 223 precinct voting records with exactly the same percentage of Blank Ballots as at least one other precinct.

● “Either in the same year or across different years of this County’s elections in ’18, ’20, ’22, ’24. The probability of this happening is in the billions to one.”

“At this point, we could have a 24-hour streaming service providing evidence of fraud in the 2020, 2022 and 2024 elections and still not have enough time to show it ALL!,” responded Craig Gibbs, an America First proponent. “We have been on a slow boil to a New World Order of Communism and we think we are in a hot tub. Will we wake up before our goose is cooked?”

‘Black Box Voting is Treason’

“Election administrators could VERY EASILY make everything in our elections transparent and publicly verifiable,” contends Robert Boyer, a former candidate for both governor and secretary of state in Nebraska. “From voter rolls to vote counts. But they refuse. Why? There can be only one reason. They are doing something nefarious.”

“Elections belong to We the People, from beginning to end. How is there government of, by and for the People otherwise?”

“It’s a ‘faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation,’ when votes are counted in a black box, it’s not who votes that counts, but who ‘counts’ the votes.”

“When the wrong people are ‘counting’ votes, and doing so in secret, we have no idea what they are ‘counting,’ or even if they are ‘counting.’ They could be making everything up for all we know.”

“Once again, the whole enterprise of black box voting is treason.”
