“The Supreme Court has just ruled that the worst murderers, drug dealers, gang members, and even those who are mentally insane, who came into our Country illegally, are not allowed to be forced out without going through a long, protracted, and expensive Legal Process, one that will take, possibly, many years for each person, and one that will allow these people to commit many crimes before they even see the inside of a Courthouse,” President Donald J. Trump said Friday.

“The result of this decision will let more CRIMINALS pour into our Country, doing great harm to our cherished American public.”
“It will also encourage other criminals to illegally enter our Country, wreaking havoc and bedlam wherever they go,” Trump continued.
“The Supreme Court of the United States is not allowing me to do what I was elected to do.”

“Sleepy Joe Biden allowed MILLIONS of Criminal Aliens to come into our Country without any “PROCESS” but, in order to get them out of our Country, we have to go through a long and extended PROCESS.”
“In any event, thank you to Justice Alito and Justice Thomas for attempting to protect our Country. This is a bad and dangerous day for America!”
Trump slammed the Supreme Court’s ruling, blocking his administration from using a 1798 wartime law to deport a group of Venezuelan migrants. The migrants argued they had not been given enough of a chance to contest their removal.

The president invoked the Alien Enemies Act in March when he designated a Venezuelan gang known as Tren de Aragua as a “foreign terrorist organization.” Alleged gang members have since been deported to a mega-prison in El Salvador.
Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito dissented, saying in part that the court didn’t have the authority to weigh in at this stage. The majority opinion was unsigned.
“Instead of merely ruling on the application that is before us—which asks for emergency relief pending appeal—the Court takes the unusual step of granting certiorari before judgment, summarily vacating the judgment below dismissing the applicants’ appeal, and remanding the case to the Court of Appeals with directions regarding the issues that court should address,” Alito wrote.

“From the Court’s order, it is not entirely clear whether the Court has silently decided issues that go beyond the question of interim relief,” he added. “(I certainly hope that it has not.) But if it has done so, today’s order is doubly extraordinary.”
“If the Court has gone beyond that question, it has blazed a new
trail,” he concluded. “It has plucked a case from a district court and decided important issues in the first instance. To my eyes, that looks far too much like an expansion of our original jurisdiction,” saying that he “must, therefore, respectfully dissent.”

The Court is guilty of outright insurrection and disobedience to existing laws, plus to any kind of reasonable interpretation of the Constitution, let alone it’s flagrant disregard for the will of the American people and it’s lawfully elected President. Steps must be taken to right this madness. I am calling Congress on Monday. And James Comey must be arrested for that eighty-six 47 stunt, obviously urging the assassination of President Trump.
It is obvious they will stop at nothing, so everything must be done. So, who would be lawfully expected to be the people arresting Comey? I don’t know who to call for that.

Okay, I’ll call, and be on their list, because that nest isn’t cleaned out yet, but it’s their job.

Now, we citizens know that our Supreme court is as lawless as the radical judicial judges placed by Obama. They interpet the laws of our land to fit their agenda, and there is no one to stop it. I’ve said this for years, Jack and Dodie, the only folks that can stop this violent takeover of our society is the American people, and I don’t mean by votes, lawsuits or whining.

Why can’t they set up a tent city just outside the Supreme Court building of some of the worst of these people? The sights, sounds and smells should be informative. Asking for a friend.

Like a January 6th?

I’m flabbergasted. Why are the criminal illegals any different than the millions of illegals that have been easily deported by previous administrations? Citizens involved in the January 6 staged event were not given due process.

It’s my understanding that the Supreme Court simply affirmed that giving deportees only 24 hours notice of deportation was not long enough. As far as I know, no time limit was set.

25 hrs would work.
