In less than two months into his second term in office, President Donald Trump has faced 129 legal challenges from activist judges.

Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan (R-OH), when asked by CNN if he agrees with President Trump that rogue Judge Boasberg should be impeached, replied:

“This judge’s decision was so ridiculous, it seems to be political. And then, when you add to it the history of Judge Boasberg, his work with the FISA court back in the whole Trump-Russia baloney, that whole, you know, fake collusion thing that they talked about, the Democrats talked about forever, and then, of course, his sentencing of Kevin Clinesmith, the guy who lied to the FISA court, altered a document back during that same time frame, I think you might have here a judge who’s acting in a political fashion.”

What CNN and most Big Media are not bringing into the spotlight is that Boasberg (who intervened on behalf of the terrorist gang members) was the presiding judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (“FISA”) court which approved many of the bogus FISA warrants used to harass the Trump campaign and the first Trump administration.

● Now that it is known all that was a lie, why hasn’t Boasberg found those who lied to him in contempt?

● In August 2020, Former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith, 38, pleaded guilty in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to a false statement offense stemming from his altering of an email in connection with the submission of a FISA application.

Clinesmith pleaded guilty to one count of making a false statement within both the jurisdiction of the executive branch and judicial branch of the U.S. government, an offense that carries a maximum term of imprisonment of five years and a fine of up to $250,000. 

Judge Boasberg sentenced  Clinesmith to 12 months probation and 400 hours of community service

Remember, it was Boasberg who approved this bogus warrant. How could he be counted on to be honest and objective? He let Clinesmith go ostensibly because of “what he (Clinesmith) had suffered.”

● Judge Boasberg’s wife, Liddy Manson, is a hardcore leftist–founder and board member of Meadow Reproductive Health & Wellness  abortion clinic she founded in June 2024. 

▪︎ She’s a board member of  Verité, a USAID funded NGO promoting “fair labor standards” for 18 years.

▪︎ She worked at the Washington Post for 9 years.

▪︎ She donated $3000 to Hillary Clintons’ 2016 presidential campaign and was openly critical of the election of President Trump.

▪︎ She has donated an additional $10,000 to democrat groups over the years. 

● Boasberg’s daughter works for a USAID funded NGO called “Partners for Justice, a nonprofit that provides legal advice to criminal illegal aliens and gang members”.

Jordan Votes America First

“There is one thing Jim Jordan does that is valuable – he always votes for the America First agenda,” wrote SheliaG2024 on social media. “But I agree Jordan has not delivered anything out of a committee. And there are two that he can do:

1.  Jordan announced today he’s leaning away from impeachment. He is wrong to do so! He must impeach!

Impeachment is a tool in the arsenal and he needs to use it. It is irrelevant if the senate can or cannot convict. It’ a tool in Congress’s kit, and it doesn’t need a Senate conviction to bite. Just the act of the House voting to impeach, even if it fizzles in the Senate, hangs a cloud over a judge’s reputation.

Look at history: Samuel Chase got impeached in 1804 over political bias in his rulings, and though the Senate acquitted, it stuck to his name like mud. It puts stain on their legacy that will remain until they take their last dying breath. Impeachment is  less about fixing a single bad call and more about signaling “we’re watching.”

The impeachment is separate from allowing appeals to traverse the courts. It is not an either/or situation. They both can be done independently.”

There are three judges he should impeach:

● James Boasberg
His ruling against Trump’s deportation plans, plus that “secret society” tie with Roberts via the American Inns of Court, makes him a prime target.

Rep. Brandon Gill’s already filed articles, and the House could push it through with their 219-215 edge. It’s a slam dunk for painting him as an activist judge meddling in executive turf.

● John Roberts
The Chief Justice is a long shot, but his public defense of Boasberg this week, paired with their alleged elite club link, could rally hardliners.

Impeaching him would be historic—only one Supreme Court justice, Samuel Chase, faced it in 1804 (acquitted)—but even the attempt would tarnish his “above the fray” image.

“It doesn’t have to be only 3.,”the political analyst said. “It can be more. But two have to be Boasberg and Roberts.”

2. Budget Reconciliation bill. Push the House and Senate to collaborate on a September reconciliation bill to kneecap district courts while dodging the Byrd Rule. The goal’s clear: starve the courts’ operations without touching judges’ salaries or shutting them down entirely, all while keeping it budget-focused to slip past Senate filibuster hurdles.”

On Saturday, Speaker Jordan indicated that “the House is working overtime to limit the abuses of activist federal judges. Our Judiciary GOP will expose the worst offenders in a high profile hearing and we are preparing urgent legislative action, like the Rep Darrell Issa bill to stop unfounded nationwide injunctions.”
