While many Americans know the term “RINO” stands for Republicans in Name Only, South Dakota patriots have successfully identified “DID’s” or Democrat’s in Disguise, and are making incredible progress in securing the integrity of their future political elections.

The South Dakota Canvassing Group organization has set the example for grassroots groups across America by tirelessly working to correct previous election integrity issues in their state.
“God blessed us with success on the 3 bills we asked for prayers on,” they indicated on their substack this week.

Governor Larry Rhoden, took office on January 25, 2025 to succeed Kristi Noem, who served as governor from 2019 until her resignation to become the U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security for President Donald Trump.
● House Bill 1208 – provides for registration of an overseas citizen or individual using the address of a mail forwarding service or post office box as a national voter.
“Four years of exposing the tens of thousands of unverified voters altering the outcomes of our local elections finally came to fruition in HB1208.”

Rep. Tony Kayser, (District 14-Republican) assumed office on January 14, 2025 and “again did an outstanding job of explaining the intended effect of the bill, which was defending the bona fide residents of the State of South Dakota from outside influence in our elections.”
“We have already proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that 99% of these voters never did meet the requirements of the state to vote, perjured themselves, and were illegally registered and voting in our state, but the changes in this bill are the final nail in the coffin.”
● House Bill 1062 – amends provisions to the maintenance and publication of the statewide vote registration file.
Rep. Heather Baxter was the prime sponsor of this bill, which would require the Secretary of State to:

- Keep a historical archive of data sets available to the public on the website.
- Require the county auditors to capture an election day voter list and to preserve and maintain that record for 22 months.
- Merge the absentee data with the voter file.
- Make all publicly available voter data free of charge.
- Remove rule making authority from the Board of Elections, and assign to the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications. (BIT)
- Add year of birth to the list of publicly available information.
“Now, the citizens will no longer be charged exorbitant fees for data that we already rightfully own, the year of birth will be available for better voter verification, all election day voter lists will be captured and preserved as required by NVRA, backups of the statewide voter file will be captured on a regular basis, and weekly snapshots will be posted to the SOS website available for download free of charge!!”
● House Bill 1066 – revised residency requirements for the purposes of voter registration.
“After a lot of interference from lobbyists, two weeks of non-stop work, multiple meetings with Deputy SOS Tom Deadrick, and back and forth with House Leadership, Rep. Kayser stuck to his guns with his simplified version of the bill, which only sought to define residency requirements for voting. Senator John Carley did a lot of heavy lifting in this time period as well.”

“Having experienced the games played in Pierre for the past three years, we were a lot more savvy this time around,” the organization’s release indicated. “The Lord blessed us with several new legislators that were not afraid to champion election bills, despite the warnings from more experienced legislators.”
“Now, only bona fide residents of the State of South Dakota will become qualified electors eligible to vote in South Dakota statewide and local elections.”
“Monday, March 10, all three bills were presented in front of the entire Senate,” the organization announced. “After much debate, each bill passed by a 2/3rds vote, making them veto proof. They then went back to the full house for concurrence and passed.
The bills have been delivered to the Governor, and are awaiting his signature.”

Good for South Dakota, and good for them asking for prayer and thanking for it to win the battle. Wow.
