‘The people will not stand for fake little presidents in black robes’
Recall that it was Judge James Boasberg, who not only helped lead the charge against the January 6, 2021 patriots at the Capitol, but presided over several of the secret grand jury battles that preceded the false charges against President Donald Trump.
By now, most knowledgeable Americans know him as the corrupt DC judge who broke the constitutional restrictions on executive privilege.
Boasberg established the basis for the fraudulent allegations Special Counsel Jack Smith was utilizing to target Trump the past few years.
This is the same Judge Boasberg who:
● sat as presiding judge on the FISA court.
● who gave FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith a slap on the wrist for manufacturing evidence used in the Carter Page FISA application that defrauded the court.
● who appointed former DOJ-NSD head Mary McCord as amicus curiae advisor to the court, after she knowingly and fraudulently submitted the FISA application to the court.
In each case Boasberg ruled in favor of maintaining the corruption, including his willfully blind support of the FBI searching NSA databases to conduct illegal surveillance of Americans, and including Boasberg’s personal appointment of Mary McCord to run defense on behalf of the corrupt DOJ main office. Keep in mind, Mary McCord’s husband works for Supreme Court justice John Roberts.

Chief Justice John Roberts’ statement recently in defense of Judge Boasberg is false. Roberts states, “[f]or more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.” Roberts is either lying or ignorant.
As Phillip Jauregui, senior counsel at AFA Action’s Center for Judicial Renewal, states in his recent op-ed for the Washington Times, “Some say Congress cannot impeach judges for their rulings in cases. History says otherwise. The first federal judge impeached and removed from office was Judge John Pickering in 1804 for ruling a case that defied the law. The articles charge that Pickering ruled ‘said act of Congress not regarding, but with intent to evade the same’ and that he ruled ‘contrary to his trust and duty as a judge of the said district against the law of the United States and to the manifest injury of their revenue.’ The same generation that drafted and ratified the impeachment and removal clauses knew them best and used them to remove Pickering for his radical rulings. The same can be done today.”
Additionally, Members of the House and Senate should begin the process of reducing the budget of the entire judicial branch.
“The Constitution provides that compensation for judges and justices ‘shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.’ However, it is entirely permissible for Congress to freeze judicial salaries, reduce the overall budget for the judicial branch by any amount, and force the court to maintain its salaries commensurate with the Constitution but reduce its budget in other areas,” says Jauregui.
“Speaking of Congress’ power of the purse, President Trump, House Speaker Mike Johnson and the Department of Government Efficiency might jointly investigate fraud, waste and abuse in the judicial branch and let those findings drive cuts in the judicial budget. That prospect might encourage the Supreme Court to better police its own branch.”

Man, I sincerely hope this bevy of essentially corrupt judges will be brought to heel. They are egregiously and deliberately flouting their role in the system.

Some argue to let “democracy” takes its course and vote out judges who don’t rule in accordance with the laws and the Constitution. If impeachment is used, then supposedly we’re no better than our adversaries. But, here, judge/judges actually DID do something wrong. So many broken oaths.

Thank you for your usual thorough great job of reporting. As for Roberts, did he say a word about how the antifa, BLM, and pro hamas protesters walk free and J6ers were treated in ways that are unconstitutional according to the 8th admendment? Did he ever address the inequality under law? When traditional Catholics were put under surveillance as terrorists, did he say anything even though he is Catholic? Equal justice under law is impossible or nearly impossible in DC. The judges and juries are too biased. All federal courts in DC except the Supreme Court should be abolished and the judges sent to areas where they can’t do any harm. Congress can abolish lower courts. This judge could be sent to judge maritime issues in Butte, Montana or some trivial issues in Adak, Alaska.

These judges are revealing just what they are in such blatant disregard for law and Constitution, that it’s time to take the action Roberts says we can’t. They are out of control, lawless, and must be impeached. They forget themselves. They are only appointed; due process can be taken to remove them.
