In 2017, identical twin sisters Brittany and Briana, both 38 years old, married identical twin brothers Josh and Jeremy after meeting at the Twins Day Festival.

This unique union is referred to as a “quaternary marriage,” a term that describes the marriage of identical twins to identical twins.
In 2021, both couples welcomed baby boys simultaneously, resulting in quaternary multiples.
These boys are full genetic siblings since their parents are identical twins, even though they are technically cousins.
Additionally, both families reside together in the same home in Virginia.

Actually, though I’ve never heard the term, I know a married couple who were each twins, whose twins married each other’s twins. On top of that, they were all B names and J names. I don’t know if the other set had any twins for children, the ones I know did not. Like Nancy said, genetics sure are interesting.
