Prominent Vaccine Attorney Debunks Another Fake News Attempt to Protect Big Pharma & CDC

On Sunday, NBC News attempted to blast Donald Trump and Robert Kennedy, Jr. for indicating they plan to study a possible connection between “autism and childhood vaccines.”

The mainstream NBC News claims the vaccine-childhood autism connection has been “debunked” by “hundreds of studies.”

Trump gave Welker her first  interview with Meet the Press in Sept. 2023

When NBC News’ Kristen Welker interviewed Trump again last weekend for Meet the Press, he gave her a masterclass in honest journalism:

Welker: Do you want to see childhood vaccines eliminated?

Trump: Uh, if they’re dangerous for the children…

Welker: Studies show there is no link between vaccines and autism.

Trump: Maybe it’s not vaccines, maybe it’s chlorine in the water… I want them to look at everything.

Welker: Childhood vaccines have prevented about 4 billion deaths around the world.

Trump: That’s great. I’m not against vaccines. The polio vaccine is the greatest thing. I think certain vaccines are incredible — but maybe some aren’t. And if they aren’t, we have to find out.

So when the tainted NBC News alleges that the vaccine-childhood autism connection has been “debunked” by “hundreds of studies,” there is one prominent legal expert who strongly disagrees with that false narrative.

According to Aaron Siri, the managing partner of national law firm Siri and Glimstad based in New York, “the answer is unmistakably “no!” and he presents the proof:

● Most parents with autistic children claim vaccines – including DTaP, Hep B, Hib, PCV13, and IPV, each injected 3 times by 6 months of age – are a cause of their child’s autism. Yet the studies to support that these vaccines do not cause autism have not been conducted.

Biden grabs Welker’s hand as she holds umbrella

● In 1986, Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in which it ordered federal health authorities (HHS) to study whether pertussis vaccine can cause autism due to parental complaints regarding same.

● In 1991, the Institute of Medicine (IOM) issued its report on this question and could not find a single study on the question of whether pertussis vaccine causes autism. Meaning, the science had not been done.

● In 2012, the IOM was again commissioned to study whether pertussis vaccine can cause autism, this time by CDC, and also the question of whether tetanus and diphtheria vaccines can cause autism (DTaP), and again the IOM could not find a single study to support the claim that these vaccines do not cause autism.

“Not one,” states Siri. “But it did find one study supporting that DTaP vaccine is correlated with autism but threw it out since it was based on VAERS data.”

In 2018, Siri deposed the world’s leading vaccinologist about the 2012 finding by the IOM “and while admitting there are no studies to support that these vaccines do not cause autism, he said he would nonetheless tell parents these vaccines do not cause autism even though he has no evidence to support that claim.”

“In 2019, we sued CDC for the studies it claims support that the vaccines given in the first six months of life do not cause autism. CDC finally identified 20 studies: 18 of those studied a different vaccine (MMR) or an ingredient not in these vaccines (thimerosal), and one irrelevant study looked at antigens. Incredibly, the final study CDC identified was the 2012 IOM review that found no studies supporting that DTaP doesn’t cause autism.”

“In 2020, in a lawsuit specifically about vaccines and autism, I deposed one of the world’s leading vaccinologists on this topic and she admitted under oath that there were no studies to support that vaccines given in the first six months of life do not cause autism.”

“While CDC claims that vaccines do not cause autism, despite demanding the studies to support this claim for the vaccines given in the first six months of life, and asking, suing, deposing, etc., for them for years, we still have not received a single such study.”

“But NBC doesn’t really care about the facts or data, rather it just repeats the dogmatic claim that “vaccines do not cause autism” like a mantra.

“One final thought,” Siri offered. “given the lack of studies regarding vaccines and autism – the issue CDC and “health” authorities claimed to have most thoroughly studied – imagine the state of the “science” with regard to the 100 other serious harms (often immune or immune-mediated disorders) parents claim are caused by vaccines.”

Siri & Glimstad are known for submitting Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to government health agencies such as the FDA, CDC, HHS & NIH to seek the evidence to prove claims made by these “trusted” government bodies regarding vaccine safety and policy.

Siri & Glimstad have over 20 individuals in the law firm that exculsively work on vaccine related matters.

RFK, Jr. remains concerned that vaccine manufactures are the only product developer who cannot be sued for damages caused by their products, and there is no trial process to access discovery. All liability and accountability rests with the government, the very entity that promotes the products and ensures they are “safe and effective”!

  1. Very interesting! We took our 2nd baby in for shots some 30 years ago and within 45 minutes she was having a reaction, piercing shrieks, spiking fever. A few hours later we went to the emergency room because something was definitely wrong. From the moment we walked in every single nurse, doctor, assured us it wasn’t the vaccines. That’s the kind of wall you’re up against. Everyone has been taught to just repeat, “vaccines are always 100% safe and effective,” even when you are looking right at evidence that seems to contradict that narrative.

She came through it and recovered, but something definitely damaged her health that day and it probably took over a year to get her to really thrive again.

    • So very sorry. Thank you for sharing. At 3, my youngest son went by ambulance to the ER that night. It was awful. Same wall. Neurologist later told me Brady would never talk, read, write, be schooled, etc. For clarification I asked him how Brady will be as an adult.
“He will have to be institutionalized.”
I prayed. Vowed to aim high. Clean filtered water, organic food with balanced diet, constantly read to, therapy…
Brady learned to read, write & arithmetic. Played baseball. Acted (lead actor sometimes) in school & community theater. Graduated from high school (regular classes 2nd-12th grade). Recently baptized. Church volunteer. Productive. I despise Big Pharma & medical industry. Hopeful RFK Jr & Trump can transform.

  2. You have seen it right in your own lives. So glad you overcame, no thanks to the system.

All these years, they have denied, and lied about studies or evidence, but people are done with blind faith in proven liars. It’s for the children, the children they have sought to destroy. This goes very deep. And it ‘s getting uprooted.

  3. My daughter practiced as an applied behavior analyst until she had her third child. She primarily worked with autistic children. Because she firmly believes vaccinations play a serious role in triggering autism, she has wisely chosen not to have her own children vaccinated. She did the research unlike many parents who put their trust in the doctors. 🙂
