“Misinformation” and “disinformation” are not actual threats.
They are simply terms practically invented as Hillary Clinton ran for office to push the New World Order agendas, with the Deep State and Mainstream Media used as tools to denigrate those who oppose their abuse of power.
Today, fewer people trust media:
The media say we must give the government more power to fight misinformation online. We must not. The only way to fight misinformation is through free speech. What the media really want is the power to censor us. And it’s easy to see why: very few Americans trust them.
The media need censorship to maintain their news monopoly. Their brainwashing worked on Democrats from 2016 – 2020. But Democrats’ trust has dropped 16 points since 2022. Years of media gaslighting on Covid, Russia, inflation, migration, Biden, laptop, etc. is now backfiring.
Michael Shellenberger, chair of Politics, Censorship and Free Speech at UAustinOrg notes that “the media need censorship to maintain their news monopoly.”
“Their brainwashing worked on Democrats from 2016 – 2020. But Democrats’ trust has dropped 16 points since 2022,” he noted. “Years of media gaslighting on Covid, Russia, inflation, migration, Biden, laptop, etc. is now backfiring.”
“The bad news is that these trends spell civilizational death. Healthy nations need trustworthy journalists, intelligence and security agencies, pediatricians, and universities,” he continued. “That means there are two options: those institutions must either be reformed or replaced.”
“Everybody can see the destiny of the mainstream corporate media. Declining Americans trust it and are turning to alternative sources, which is a healthy response,” Shellenberger stated. “Universities, pediatricians, etc. are controlled by trustees and members who can take control or exit and compete.”
“The answer is to restore trust. Disclosure and transparency are how the new heads of US intelligence and security agencies win the public’s trust.”
“Congress should itself commit publicly to truth-and-reconciliation and demand the same from the new heads of those agencies,” he revealed.
