Earlier this month Deep State Special Counsel Jack Smith filed additional charges in his weaponized case against Donald Trump.  

The move was so dastardly that even mainstream media’s CNN senior legal analyst Elie Honig wrote a column headlined “Jack Smith’s October Cheap Shot” about it.

Smith “has essentially abandoned any pretense; he’ll bend any rule, switch up on any practice — so long as he gets to chip away at Trump’s electoral prospects,” Honig wrote.

“At this point, there’s simply no defending Smith’s conduct on any sort of principled or institutional basis,” Honig continued, calling Smith out for his “unprincipled, norm-breaking practice.”

“Smith’s conduct here violates core DOJ principle and policy,” Honig wrote, pointing to a portion of the Justice Manual which states: “Federal prosecutors … may never select the timing of any action, including investigative steps, criminal charges, or statements, for the purpose of affecting any election.”

“Remember, Smith begged the judge to flip the rules on their head so he could file this document first, and quickly — ‘any action,’ by any reasonable definition — with the election right around the corner,” he explained.

“If prosecutors bend their principles depending on the identity of their prey, then they’ve got no principles at all,” Honig concluded.

“FOR 60 DAYS PRIOR TO AN ELECTION, THE DEPARTMENT OF INJUSTICE IS SUPPOSED TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT WOULD TAINT OR INTERFERE WITH A CASE,” Trump  wrote in all-caps soon after.

“THEY DISOBEYED THEIR OWN RULE IN FAVOR OF COMPLETE AND TOTAL ELECTION INTERFERENCE. I DID NOTHING WRONG, THEY DID! THE CASE IS A SCAM, JUST LIKE ALL OF THE OTHERS, INCLUDING THE DOCUMENTS CASE, WHICH WAS DISMISSED!”

In the Trump v. United States Supreme Court (SCOTUS) decision this summer, it was decided that official acts of the president are absolutely immune from prosecution versus unofficial acts that are not immune at all. SCOTUS gave guidance that suggested Trump’s communication with his White House staff, for example, could be considered official conduct.

In Smith’s separate Florida classified documents case,  a judge dismissed those charges altogether. Smith is now seeking input from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit to resurrect that case.

Jon Miller’s Take

“The leftist mob (DemocRats) would not have been happy with anything but SCOTUS declaring President Trump guilty of all “ALLEGED” crimes. The DemocRats do not even realize consequences,” Miller said.

“If SCOTUS would have ruled against President Trump, all past and future Presidents would be at risk of being prosecuted for alleged crimes while making presidential decisions,” he explained. All the left mob focuses on is getting President Trump. They walk with blinders on.”

“SCOTUS made the only decision they could have made. DemocRats again are attacking SCOTUS as expected. Again packing the court comes up,” he continued. “Basically put, so many WOKE judges on the Supreme Court, it becomes useless. And they say Republicans are destroying Democracy!”

“The cat’s out of the bag so expect more bizarre and ludicrous actions from an evil DemocRat party!”

Alejandro Mayorkas

“Unfortunately Mayorkas is just following a plan from the Biden admin,” wrote Miller. “It is not coming from Biden as the man can’t remember where he is or what he is doing most of the time.”

“This is a coordinated plan by our own government to infiltrate communist individuals into the United States,” he continued. “The government’s argument that these people are just here to pick crops and mop floors does not pass the BS test.”

“China does not let civilians just pick up and leave their communist country. They are sending them here on purpose.  Along with individuals from Pakistan, Iran, Turkey and Afghanistan, these unvetted military age young men are being allowed to move freely into our homeland. Without even being tracked.”

“There is something pure evil about this and I can guarantee Muslim Obama has something to do with it. All American citizens need to pay attention and be ready!  TRUMP 2024 MAGA. “
