Lawsuits Filed
Thirty-seven states changed their mail-in voting procedures just before the 2020 election in “response to the Coronavirus.”
Despite frequent warnings before, and claims after the election from President Donald Trump, regarding voter fraud and vote buying with mail-in ballots, mainstream media, in unison were relentless:
Using the CIA’s Operation Mockingbird techniques, Big Media churned out “baselessly” or “without evidence” when reporting dishonestly about mail-in vote fraud.
This caused millions more Americans to turn away from that Legacy Media and realize there are numerous examples of vote fraud and vote buying with mail-in ballots in the United States and across the world.
Concerns over vote fraud and vote buying with mail-in ballots causes the vast majority of countries to ban mail-in voting unless the citizen is living abroad.
There are fraud problems with mail-in absentee ballots but the problems with universal mail-in ballots are much more significant. Still most countries ban even absentee ballots for people living in their countries.
The result of the analyses completed by using each state’s official records from the 2022 General Election was compiled by United Sovereign Americans into an Election Validity Scorecard.
This easily illustrates the categories of irregularities in voter registrations and vote counts, and the discrepancies in officially reported election results.
Court evidentiary hearings are essential to determining election fraud.
Witness testimony accounts for upwards of 90% of evidence in evidentiary hearings.
Until 2020, no election contest in American history has had 923 citizens stake their personal freedom on sworn testimony to attest to irregularities and legal issues.
When an election lawsuit is dismissed, it is blocked from having an evidentiary hearing, thus preventing the evidence from being presented in a court of law.
Georgia
Georgia did have two recounts that used similar procedures to the original count and did not address the legal issues brought by fact witnesses, nor follow the U.S. Election Assistance Commission guidelines.
On September 11, 2024, United Sovereign Americans filed suit against Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
They indicate that he failed to verify the identity and eligibility of at least 543,859 invalid voter registrants, regardless of citizenship status, and authorized at least 239,178 potentially illegal votes from these questionable registrants in the 2022 general election.
Virginia
Election integrity leaders in Virginia discovered many local precincts in Henrico County with voter turnouts reaching over 100% from the 2020 election.
● Randolph – 115% (426 votes/326 registered)
● Spottswood – 113% (1260/1111)
● Monument Hills – 111% (1270/1120)
● Hunton – 111% (1174/1060)
● Rollingwood – 105% (2096/1989)
●Longdale – 105% (1941/1853)
● Elko – 105% (786/751)
● Derbyshire – 104% (2081/2004)
●Lauderdale – 100% (2494/2484)
●Antioch – 100% (1976/1970)
Election expert @RealSKeshel estimates that there were 15,572 fraudulent votes in Henrico alone.
Many election fraud deniers are attempting to debunk this data by quoting the County’s official precinct reporting data. But as expected, they’re clueless about elections. Henrico County and many others in Virginia do NOT include mail in votes and early votes in their individual precinct results reporting. In fact, they deliberately do it to hide the obvious manipulation of mail in ballots.
Colorado
Their data shows she failed to verify the authenticity of at least 57,978,855 facially invalid voter data records, regardless of citizenship status, and authorized at least 369,107 potentially illegal votes from these questionable registrants in the 2022 general election.
On Sept. 10, they filed a federal lawsuit against the State of Colorado, the Colorado Secretary of State, Jena Griswold, Phil Weiser, in his individual capacity as Attorney General of Colorado, the Colorado Office of the Attorney General, Merrick Garland, in his official capacity as Attorney General of the United States, and the United States Department of Justice.
They revealed 1,431,998 facially ineligible or uncertain registrations resulting in 100,693 improperly counted votes and 34,912 more votes counted than votes reported.
Michigan
Amidst fears that noncitizens will impact the electoral outcome of 2024 races nationwide, United Sovereign Americans, on August 28. 2024 filed suit against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.
North Carolina
Also, on August 28th, United Sovereign Americans filed suit against the North Carolina State Board of Elections and Attorney General Josh Stein.
Indications are that they failed to verify the identity and eligibility of at least 1,122,761 facially invalid voter registrants, regardless of citizenship status, and authorized at least 514,008 potentially illegal votes from these questionable registrants in the 2022 general election.
Texas
United Sovereign Americans filed suit on August 28th against Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson, alleging that she failed to verify the identity and eligibility of at least 1,352,202 facially invalid voter registrants, regardless of citizenship status, and authorized at least 196,658 potentially illegal votes from these questionable registrants in the 2022 general election.
Pennsylvania
In June, they filed a federal lawsuit against the State of Pennsylvania, various Commonwealth officials, the United States Department of Justice, and United States Attorney General Merrick Garland regarding errors in the results of the 2022 general election in Pennsylvania which rendered the results unreliable.
The lawsuit cites 3,192,069 apparent errors in the registration records resulting in 1,089,750 uncertain votes, as well as a discrepancy of over 9,000 more votes tabulated than voters who voted.

There is so much evidence, it’s hard to take it all in. And there is more than what’s here, but this is a fantastic analysis. Sure they are going to try it again, they are deranged, and think they can get away with anything, always. But we’re ready for them this time. The only thing left is to convince enough people who never vote to go out and DO THE DEED, out of love for country. Every ONE of us matters. And the children we’ll be giving a real life to matter most of all.

Yes, I thought I should clarify. Also, there’s very likely to be groups of people who can’t go but want to participate at every State Capitol in the Union, doing the same thing. It’s called, “Don’t Mess With Our Kids.” They did the same thing in Peru when the transgender thing was forced down the people’s throats, and George Soros gave up, and pulled out his funding. We are praying for the same result.

it’s amazing that the corrupt media won’t report that the election was stolen, we all know that it was. And it will be stolen in 2024. The democrats aren’t about to give up the Whitehouse under any circumstances, and the corrupt media will help steal it again by canceling out and condemning anyone who questions the results. Illegal immigrants, dead people and under 18 years old voters will be voting for the democrats and if that’s not enough they will just change the numbers and the justice department won’t hear any evidence presented. Just like last time.
