In the last full fiscal year (2023) of the Biden-Harris administration, the US Immigration and Custom Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) arrested 73,822 noncitizens with criminal histories.

This group had 290,178 associated charges and convictions with an average of four per individual.

These included:

● 33,209 assaults;

● 4,390 sex and sexual assaults;

● 7,520 weapons offenses;

● 1,713 charges or convictions for homicide;

●1,655 kidnapping offenses.

2024 Headlines

This was only the revealed totals from Homeland Security Director Merrick Garland’s ICE. There is no way, under the current adminstration, to know the total numbers from the FBI, sheriff offices and police departments across the nation.

This week, over 150 Democrats voted against Nancy Mace’s (R-SC) bill that would ensure undocumented immigrants convicted of sex offenses are deported or deemed inadmissible to the country.

The Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act passed in a 266-158 vote on Wednesday. Every Republican present voted for the bill, as did 51 Democrats, while 158 Democrats voted against it.

The bill would also deport or deem inadmissible to the country undocumented immigrants who have been convicted of, or admit to having committed, sex offenses, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse or violating a protection order.

Mace said these representatives opposing the bill “voted against deporting rapists, pedophiles and murderers of women and kids.”

“We are fed up with headlines about women losing their lives or becoming victims of assailants who trespassed into our country illegally under the Biden-Harris border crisis,” Mace said. “This legislation sends a strong message: If you are an illegal who has committed acts of violence against women, you will not find sanctuary here.”

Strong on Border Protection

Mace has been a champion representive for Border Wall construction and controlling immigration into the United States legally.

“On the House Oversight Committee, and under Pelosi’s control, leadership on the Oversight Committee held only one single hearing on our nation’s border,” Mace revealed. “Just one. Want to guess which border that was?”

“It was a hearing about the northern border, where we apprehend less than 10,000 illegal immigrants a year,” she continued. “Did we have a single hearing on our southern border, which saw over 2 MILLION crossings last year alone?”

“No,” she explained. Common sense says this has to change.”

● Mace serves on the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, where she is the Chairwoman of both the Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, IT, and Government Innovation.

● She also serves on the Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs.

● Mace is a member of the House Armed Services Committee, serving on the Subcommittee on Intelligence and Special Operations and the Subcommittee on Seapower and Projection Forces.
