Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, the identified gunman who attempted to assassinate President Donald Trump at his golf course in West Palm Beach, Fla. Sunday, had an extensive social media online presence.
For some reason, much of it has been deleted. Perhaps it is because of his obsession with supporting Ukraine and posts about saving democracy. He ran a website recruiting fighters and volunteers internationally for Ukraine.
One of his websites, “Fight for Ukraine” provided information on how to get to Ukraine via Poland to join its war efforts.
As a handler, Routh actively tried to recruit volunteer fighters and paid mercenaries.
He was even profiled in the New York Times in March 2023 for his efforts to recruit fighters to help Ukraine.
Routh was arrested in 2002 in Greensboro, N.C., following an armed standoff at his roofing business.

Thank you for being the media and sharing some basic information. It’s just astounding to me how one can hear about something like this happening, turn to the news, and get absolutely nothing but perhaps a small ticker running on the bottom of the screen.

Just terrible what’s going on in our country right now. Anyone who supports this kind of violence should be, well I can’t even think of anything appropriate to say. But I’m sure most of the people on this site feel the same way.
I’m suspect that DeSantis will find out more for us than the FBI or any other federal investigation.

You dug up a lot before the Feds got to it! It is astounding to think that a deranged, lawless man with delusions of grandeur has more dedication to his messed-up cause than a good chunk of people in this nation to saving it, because they are still half asleep and want to stay that way.
