Eric Coomer, the former director of product security and strategy for Dominion Voting Systems has filed numerous lawsuits against many entities, including at least one involving Joe Oltmann.
Last week, Colorado Judge William J. Martinez, fined Oltmann $1,000 a day for not revealing his source of information regarding corruption of the 2020 election against Donald Trump involving Coomer.
In the years before his judicial confirmation in December 2010, FEC records show that Martinez made dozens of contributions adding up to over $2,500. Many went to political campaigns through PACs aligned with the Democratic Party, like MoveOn.org and ActBlue.
Martinez stopped giving on Dec. 3, 2010, almost three weeks before his confirmation.
Then, starting in September 2016, a handful of contributions appeared totaling $365, all under the name “William Martinez.” All of that money went to ActBlue, the Democratic fundraising platform. He was reprimanded.

Who Is Coomer?
In September 2021, witnesses saw Eric Coomer ram his vehicle into a building in Salida, Colorado. When police caught up to him–even though it was obvious that his vehicle was damaged and he fit the description as the person who did it–he denied it.
A police body cam video confirmed it was him. When police spoke with Coomer’s attorney and explained that he could be charged with a felony, Coomer finally confessed to crashing into the building, saying he was “under a lot of stress” and then telling the police they could “Google my name.”
Apart from this lawsuit against Joe Oltmann, Coomer has also sued Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., One America News Network (OANN), Newsmax Media, the attorneys Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani and the conservative political commentator Michelle Malkin for defamation.
Oltmann, the Denver businessman who received death threats after exposing Coomer for boasting about being able to rig the 2020 election against then President Donald Trump, wrote in a Telegram post:
“Yeah… guy hits a building, lies about that he did it, three times… says he panicked. But he had nothing to do with the stealing of an election, ties to Antifa and deleting all his social accounts and posts before filing a lawsuit? Nah… all that is just a coincidence. My life has been turned upside down while this piece of excrement continues to wreak havoc on others. Even after we have the proof that the machines are stealing elections and proof mounts… they continue to lie, more… the counter suits and suits are going to be very fun.”
Oltmann, a Colorado podcaster and citizen journalist said he was outraged and indicates he was going to “do an entire episode on Eric Coomer.”
“I’m talking a Walter Cronkite broadcast,” he posted. “I’m going to rely on all of you to share it to the moon. I’m going to literally take out ads and buy billboards. Since this sh*tbag and his attorneys want to get the not so mainstream to lie and write slanderous articles.”
“I’m literally going to talk about this piece of trash and Dominion every single day,” Oltmann continued. “I’m going to wake up every day and remind you that the consequences of Coomer and the stolen election was inflation, war and turmoil for hundreds of millions of Americans. I’m going to remind you all.”
“Tens of thousands of Americans are fighting across the nation to save our nation from these satanist trash heaps. 68% of Americans know the election was stolen,” he noted. “The gaslighting is just going to intensify the consequences.”
“Sleep well,” he ended. “God is at the wheel and Jesus never said be a pacifist… not even a real thing…”
Who is Coomer?
Coomer was the Vice President and Officer for Voting Systems Strategy and Security at Dominion Election Systems as well as a member of the Antifa terrorist organization during the 2020 Presidential election.
According to Conservapedia, “Friends describe him a socialpath”– person with a psychopathic personality whose behavior is antisocial, often criminal, and who lacks a sense of moral responsibility or social conscience.
While mainstream far-left media systematically reports with buzzwords and phrases such as “voiced baseless claims,” “Big lie” and “with no evidence” to shield Coomer, the facts are becoming more of a challenge to distort or downplay.
In 2016, Coomer was asked if it was possible to bypass the Dominion Voting Systems software and go directly to the data tables that manage systems running elections in Illinois. His response was, “Yes, if they have access.”
Bypassing the election systems software means whoever has access can potentially manipulate the vote without many risks of detection. Coomer was asked who would have access to these data tables? Coomer replied, “Vendors, election officials, and others who need to be granted access.”
Coomer filed lawsuits through the defamation firm Clare Locke LLP against various news organizations, Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, and most recently, MyPillow mogul Mike Lindell.
In 2017 Coomer explained how to alter votes in the Dominion Voting Systems in a Chicago demonstration.
In September and October 2020, Coomer personally was in Georgia to make a “critical software change” to all Georgia’s 30,000 Dominion voting machines “without adequate testing or certification from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.”
After Oltmann infiltrated Antifa Zoom chats in Denver in which Coomer participated, he said:
“His Facebook account, he had posted the Antifa Manifesto a day after it’s was posted by a major Antifa organization. So it’s not like he waited and somewhere along the line somebody gave it to him. It was literally that day….”
“I wanted to research everything that was out there, like anything, anything that he touched. And everywhere I ran into him having his fingers in it, like he was the one in Arizona that was actually pitching the project to the election Commission in Arizona in 2019.”
“October 29th [2020] he was in Georgia as the expert witness in a lawsuit. He was in Georgia selling the product. He was in Georgia for the spokesperson.”
“He was in Pennsylvania selling the product. He was in Pennsylvania meeting with county clerks. He was in Michigan installing the system. Like this is a guy that’s not supposed to be involved in every minute detail of the organization. He is the Director of Strategy and Security. And there he is, everywhere you turn. He’s everywhere.”
Coomer applied a “critical software change” “without adequate testing or certification from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission” shortly before voting started in Georgia, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Oltmann has claimed:
🔹Coomer told an Antifa Zoom chat, “Don’t worry Trump won’t win the election, we fixed that.”
🔹On a conference call with other members of Antifa, Coomer said: “Don’t worry about the election, Trump’s not gonna win. I made f**king sure of that!”

Is this judge stupid, incurious, or do Colorado judges not have access to the Internet? I posted two videos on this in 2015 and several more in 2019. If Kamala loses this election, surely there will be numerous demonstrations of how to hack those poorly-made machines.
