Mass Murderer, Rapist, Previously Released by Biden-Harris-Mayorkas Regime Finally Detained by ICE

Joe Biden, Border Czar Kamala Harris and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas are directly responsible for the illegal alien invasion happening at our southern border.

In a single day last week, a mass murderer and a rapist, both previously encountered and released by Border Patrol as a direct result of the administration’s policies, were finally detained by ICE agents.

Marc Kervens Beauvais was arrested last week by ICE agents for the rape of a pregnant woman in Massachusetts. Beauvais was previously encountered and released by Border Patrol in June of 2021 after he illegally entered the country.

ICE Buffalo arrested the Peruvian gang leader who was wanted for 23 murders in Peru and was caught and released at the U.S. border in May.

Gianfranco Torres-Navarro, leader of “Los Killers”, was arrested by ICE in Endicott, NY, about 145 miles northwest of NYC.

Torres-Navarro was caught by Border Patrol on May 16th near Roma, TX in the Rio Grande Valley, but was released into the U.S. with a Notice to Appear. It took almost two months before federal authorities learned he was wanted in Peru for nearly two dozen murders. After being informed, Buffalo-based ICE deportation officers found and arrested him yesterday. He is now in ICE detention.

“The bottom line,” said Texas Rep. Chip Roy (21st District) is “we know what we need to secure the border and keep Americans safe.”

“Right now, the Senate is blocking passage of H.R. 2, which would stop the flow at the border. The next administration needs to begin widespread deportation operations on day one.

In the meantime, House leadership should follow the lead of the House Freedom Caucus and force the Senate to take my bill on noncitizen voting (the SAVE Act) by attaching it to whatever spending we send over.“
