Starting today, forget what media and politics tell you about being woke. Proudly place that hand over your heart. Sing the National Anthem. Pray.

News pundits, social engineers, Whoopi Goldbergs, Barack Obamas or Gavin Newsoms are going to continue to describe how you are to believe, what to do and when/how to act–via broadcasting, internet, movies and print media.

But the truth is, we don’t need them to teach or tell us.

The ideology of the woke has been hiding in plain sight: there is a 60-year paper trail of books, articles, and speeches. Americans must do the homework to understand the ideology, rather than simply continue tilting at the screen and tabloids. 

When an Australian electrician had been given a government “mandate” for Digital ID in order to renew his electrician’s license, he tried to go through the woke bureaucracy to bypass and solve the issue.

In his own words, this is how he handled it…legally:

In America, many people, organizations and businesses are standing firm against the wokeness the far-left is attempting to force on them.

Rather than comply or put up with this liberal social engineering, patriotic Americans fight through court, boycotts, petitions and demands to protect their rights.

What else can you do?

● Most of all, worship God more than Harvard, Yale, Penn State, the CDC, FDA, EPA or DOD. The Bible is the Truth, not a professor’s or scholar’s manifesto.

● It is important, no matter what a celebrity, news pundit, influencer or advertisement tells you to do or be, not to say anything about yourself or others that you know is false.

● Absolutely refuse to let your mind be colonized. The first crazy thing someone asks you to believe or to profess, refuse. If you can, do so out loud. There is a good chance it will inspire others to speak up, too.

● Stick to your values and principles. If you are a decent person, you know mob justice is never just. Never join a mob. Even if you agree with the mob. If you are a decent person, you know betraying friends is wrong. So if a friend or a colleague does something you disagree with, write them a private note. Don’t be a snitch. Any mob that comes for them will come for you.

● Be more courageous. Set the example. No matter how difficult it is, be brave (Not stupid, but courageous).

As I write this, on Memorial Day, 2024, I think about other times and places, where brave people have made far greater sacrifices. If enough of us stay brave, realize the dangers of propaganda, indoctrination, and social engineering, we achieve herd mentality and keep our freedoms.

● Never lose sight of what is essential. Professional and public prestige is not essential. Being popular is not essential. Getting your child into an elite preschool is not essential. Doing the right thing is essential. Telling the truth is essential. Believing in God and accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior is crucial. Protecting your children is necessary.
